The costumer service was nice but I ask you to please think twice if you are going to get your hair cut here! I'll leave an example of what my mom requested and what she got. My mom use to have very long hair, and the lady literally chopped it off. Mario was the first professional to ever do my hair and I still remember it to this day :) He was my mom's stylist before that and he is still the ONLY person she lets touch her hair. This place is amazing!!! My hair was dyed pitch black about a year ago....anyone who knows anything about hair knows that getting black dye out is a pain (once you go black you really dont go back). Anyways, I was so lucky to have met Mario through my mother. He had been highlighting and cutting her hair for some time now and she had confidence that he could work miracles with my hair. I had already tried several previous salons, all with no success (unless you consider orange/gold/yellow/red hair a success but I personally dont care for the orangutan look). Mario's response was very calm & composed & immediately offered to accommodate you, but you refused! Instead you escalated your obscene behavior w/vulgarities. My poor little boy was right in front of you as he witnessed your psychotic outburst & low class! (so inappropriate) You're delusional to bring out the discrimination card!! Seriously? Once again lets not forget he was trying to cater to you! Many of us witnessed this, but you wanted him to service his client out in the back parking lot. While this whole incident was very uncomfortable..I wont let one bad apple (like Talin) ruin all the great experiences & results Ive had w/ my hair here! My Sister-in-Law and Niece recommended me to Amy about 2 years ago and I LOVE HER! Not only is she very talented, but she also gets the job done fast and her pricing is extremely reasonable! I have gotten my eyebrows threaded by her and she does a fantastic job as well. When I went to Amy, I had very porous dark brown (almost black) hair for about three years (you can imagine the dye build up) that I was doing at home and she managed to lighten my hair to a Toffee brown with Caramel ombre in one sitting AND MY HAIR IS NOT FRIED OR DAMAGED!!! Amy is AMAZING!!! I've also gotten a couple up-dos done with her and they always turn out fantastic. It lasts all night and stay sturdy. I'm so pleased with her that I even brought my 14 year old daughter to get her ombre done as her first dye job and it turned out fabulous! I have a friend that referred me to Park Avenue Salon so I made an appointment, I had no big expectations but I certainly was very surprised! The person that styled my hair his name is Mario took great care of me and asked me kind of what I was wanting to do I told him that I wanted something fresh and a new look for myself. She took the time to wash my hair and then began to style and gave me a little bit of color on just some of my tips when the finished product came out I have never been more shocked about how great my hair looked and the 48 years that I have had stylist cut my hair! Since I live in Puerto Vallarta Mexico it is very difficult to find a quality stylist now I have to figure out how to come back every 8 weeks to get my hair redone by this fantastic person.
