Their team was professional, prompt, beyond accommodating, and delivered the perfect product!!! I practically called with an hour notice and asked them to put together a complicated gender reveal balloon and they not only complied, but also they customized my order, didn't charge any silly last minute charge, and offered to even deliver on that short a notice. They coordinated placing the very large balloon in the back of my SUV by moving the seats and arrangements around....without me even asking! The initial contact with them was a bit slow (had to call twice in two different days to get a quote), but I then started talking with a different person in the company who was very quick to respond, knowledgeable and professional. On the installation day, the team was punctual, professional and the balloon arch quality was incredible. Paris312 made my day! (And hopefully my friend's). I just found out my friend is in the hospital. She can't have visitors because of the pandemic so I wanted to show her some love. I decided to send her balloons. I would normally head to Party City and hand deliver them but I live in another state. I googled and found Paris312. Out of the 3 websites I visited, they had the best one. It was descriptive with pictures and prices. Balloons can get expensive so I like to see what I'm paying for. While they do have many options to choose from, I didn't see a specific "Get Well Soon" balloon on the website, so I shot them an email to ask if they had one. TW answered my email within the hour and offered to speak on the phone if I had follow up questions. I called and we decided on the "We Got This" and "Stay Positive" balloons. They let me customize the background balloons as well, as opposed to making me buy the exact package in their photo. I was able to include a message (complimentary). They also asked detailed questions about the location to ensure proper delivery. (Don't you hate when the Amazon people don't get your package to you.) They delivered the balloons a few hours later. I'm so glad they do same day delivery. I spoke with my friend and she absolutely loves her balloons. She is a party planner so she knows her stuff. read more

I called Paris 312 last minute for a company event and they exceeded my expectations With on time delivery of very impressive balloons. I picked up a bouquet for a surprise birthday this week and again, the balloons were really beautiful and different than standard balloons. I love the confetti, pearlized, and really large round balloons. IMO Paris 312 is worth the upgrade in cost (not that much more expensive, but aesthetically a huge upgrade).
