If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Excellent quality, and even better service. I messed up on my delivery date schedule and actually needed my order a full 24 hours than when was scheduled initially. I called in a panic. TW and the team at Paris 312 made miracles happen and saved the day. They quickly pulled together my order and got to our venue in lightning speed. The balloons bouquets are beautiful and really enhance our event space. In the planning phase I provided Paris 312 with our brand colors and they matched them perfectly. Would recommend this company time & time again in the Chicago area! read more

I've used Paris312 a number of times - birthday parties, surprise celebrations, etc - and they are always THE BEST! Their selection, attention to detail, responsiveness, and reliability sets them apart from the competition. I have never had any issues with an order, and recently I ordered a bouquet and 1 of the foil numbers was half way deflated; the delivery person acknowledged it right, asked when I needed it by, and brought me a new one in just a couple hours. Highly recommend! read more

It's not often that I feel compelled to leave a review; however my experience at Paris 312 deserves a great review. Their team was professional, prompt, beyond accommodating, and delivered the perfect product!!! I practically called with an hour notice and asked them to put together a complicated gender reveal balloon and they not only complied, but also they customized my order, didn't charge any silly last minute charge, and offered to even deliver on that short a notice. They coordinated placing the very large balloon in the back of my SUV by moving the seats and arrangements around....without me even asking! Aside from the fantastic service, their product was quality and it took our breath away at our reveal party!!! Thanks guys! read more

I hired PARIS312 for a balloon arch and they delivered an awesome job. The initial contact with them was a bit slow (had to call twice in two different days to get a quote), but I then started talking with a different person in the company who was very quick to respond, knowledgeable and professional. On the installation day, the team was punctual, professional and the balloon arch quality was incredible. I'm aware you can probably get balloon arches on amazon (DIY) but if you really want quality product and service, that's the way to go. I definitely recommend. read more

Paris312 has the best customer service! I accidentally ordered the incorrect number for my child's birthday, and without hesitation, they delivered a new one free of charge. I really appreciated the extra effort they made and it made my little boy's day to see the number 2 balloon when he woke up on his birthday, especially since he's been learning his numbers:) read more

Paris312 made my day! (And hopefully my friend's). I just found out my friend is in the hospital. She can't have visitors because of the pandemic so I wanted to show her some love. I decided to send her balloons. I would normally head to Party City and hand deliver them but I live in another state. I googled and found Paris312. Out of the 3 websites I visited, they had the best one. It was descriptive with pictures and prices. Balloons can get expensive so I like to see what I'm paying for. While they do have many options to choose from, I didn't see a specific "Get Well Soon" balloon on the website, so I shot them an email to ask if they had one. TW answered my email within the hour and offered to speak on the phone if I had follow up questions. I called and we decided on the "We Got This" and "Stay Positive" balloons. They let me customize the background balloons as well, as opposed to making me buy the exact package in their photo. I was able to include a message (complimentary). They also asked detailed questions about the location to ensure proper delivery. (Don't you hate when the Amazon people don't get your package to you.) They delivered the balloons a few hours later. I'm so glad they do same day delivery. I spoke with my friend and she absolutely loves her balloons. She is a party planner so she knows her stuff. read more

I called Paris 312 last minute for a company event and they exceeded my expectations With on time delivery of very impressive balloons. I picked up a bouquet for a surprise birthday this week and again, the balloons were really beautiful and different than standard balloons. I love the confetti, pearlized, and really large round balloons. IMO Paris 312 is worth the upgrade in cost (not that much more expensive, but aesthetically a huge upgrade). I tell everyone about them now. read more
