I purchased two large glitter balloons here for $78 and both of them popped within hours of getting them. One popped while trying to release it from the bag it was packed in and the other one randomly exploded with nothing touching it. The balloons were great but I wish they would've lasted. read more

We celebrated our daughter's 21st birthday at this magical venue, Paris 312, with the help of the amazing TW and his team. Everything was just as we imagined and more. I would recommend this place to everyone who wants to throw the best party in Chicago! And their balloon creations were breathtaking. We live in Los Angeles and did not arrive until the night before the party. We could not have planned the details of the party without their professional yet personable team. Thank you so much for the balloons. The party and the balloons were a big hit. My balloons showed up on time if not early and TW was so helpful, professional, patient and accommodating, he is amazing. Who knew that people really paid attention to balloons but everyone asked me where I got them. My husband, the birthday boy, could not stop staring at them. I think I saw a tear. He had to bring them home. It took 2 cars but we got them home. They dominate our little townhouse but he doesn't care. Thank you so much to the Paris312 staff/support team and TW. Also a thank you to our delivery gentleman, Angel. He was so nice and helpful. read more

I had looked into several places to do a custom balloon installation for our wedding at Salvage One. Paris312 was so quick to get back to me and set up a meeting. We worked with TW to come up with what we would need for the day. He had amazing ideas and even took the time to meet me at the venue so he could get a feel for the space. He ended up proposing a couple of ideas and we decided to incorporate both balloons and fresh greenery in several areas of the venue. It was so beautiful, went perfectly with our floral, and blew me away. I was so happy with the end product. It ended up being one my favorite decorative element of the day. I highly recommend Paris312 for a wedding or party. They were able to use balloons to complement the venue and complement the overall design and feel that we had planned for the day. TW definitely has a gift for design and will all of your thoughts and ideas and turn them into a dream like product. They are truly amazing! read more

I highly recommend Paris312 for your next celebration event. As an entrepreneur and consultant, I know the value of a good product but it is superior customer service that makes a company shine and Paris312 has superior customer service. I initially searched the internet and I could not find a Chicago company that could delivery on my vision of inflated balloons and confetti within a Giant Balloon for a gender reveal party. When I found Paris312.com I was impressed by the website at first blush. I reached out to Paris312 six weeks before my gender reveal party and at that time they did not have the equipment needed at their location yet but informed me one was on the way. After that first call, each week Kate followed up with me via email with progress of their mastery of the balloon within balloon making equipment. Kate provided videos of their progress. Kate was very supportive of my vision for the party and she contributed ideas. Two weeks before my event I felt very confident Paris312 could deliver a Giant Balloon to my specifications. I am honored to be Paris312's first customer who they delivered this vision for. I am really excited to recommend Paris312. read more

THE BEST! Can't say enough about this place and their wonderful customer service! About a year ago I got letter balloons from another retailer that deflated hours before our party. Called Paris 312 and they came to the rescue. The shop owner even offered to open early if needed and to deliver the balloons to the restaurant. I also thought their pricing was extremely fair and affordable. I will always use this place for my party needs. read more
