I went to Paris Nails today for a Full Set of Acrylic and I was not impressed. Entering the salon no one welcomed me or told me where to sign in. The salon was not well kept and very dirty. It also was very unorganized and there were only 2 workers at a time I felt many people come to the nail salon around 5:00pm. I waited almost a hour to even receive service. Another customer accidentally dropped a nail polish bottle while I was there, the bottle broke. The customer was apologetic and the worker proceeded to be very rude yelling across the salon at her, "that is a brand new bottle, hold one bottle at a time." I believe this was horrible customer service and made the individual as well as all other customers uncomfortable. The only reason I gave this place a 1 star rating other than I can't post a review without one is that they have decent pricing. I would recommend going somewhere else, for you can get your nails done with matching product and not have to deal with the HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. read more

Literally the worst pedicure I have ever received. Nails weren't shaped, no lotion, and the paint job was the equivalent of a toddler. My niece could have done a better paint job... and she's 4. I was waiting for her to try to fix or shape them after the UV light (got shellac for reference) and then when she said I was finished I was shocked. Only went here because my normal place was closed for the next two day. Next time I'll wait for my shop to be open. read more

Came in from out of town looking for a good professional nail place and i stopped here to get my nails and toes done and i saw that less in 15 minutes the one doing the pedicures was doing them really fast and they have extremely poor customer service and you can hardly understand them my nails were already dry and i said to them "my nails are dry" he told me that they weren't from across the room while working on another client's feet then I waited a little longer and said to him again my nails are dry and he yelled at me "if you want to leave go ahead and mess up your nails" place looked clean but it wasn't sanitary I watched the girl doing a clients feet finish one and didn't change gloves to do another clients nails while the guy was on the phone paying a bill and then hands the phone to the client which he was working on to collect information on a business bill which is rude to be on the phone while tending to a client and he also managed to cut me while he was buffing my nails I REFUSE to recommend this place to anybody and the seats at the front of the salon smelled like urine read more

I went to Paris nail today for a full set of acrylic nails and a pedicure. I was not impressed. Three staff members were there at the time. I have a few points to make. * Upon entering this salon, I found it messy and unorganized. * When given a pedicure, I needed to ask for the whirlpool bath be filled to soak my feet. Before soaking them, the technician trimmed my nails and cuticles, then filed the roughness of my feet. I felt this procedure was done backwards. * Next I was seated with another technician for my full set of acrylic nails. Again, I felt the procedure was done backwards, in that when the tips were attached, the technician began filing them before adding the acrylic mixture to form the nail. * The charges for both was $60. I did not give a tip as I deemed the end result as not worthy. * Finally, overall, I noticed that the whirlpool foot bath, where my feet had soaked for 5 minutes, and file used to remove calluses was placed, was filled yet again for another patron without being cleaned in any fashion. The tools used on me for both my feet and my hands were not cleaned, let alone sanitized! I am dutifully reporting this salon for inspection by the Kenton county health department. I believe this salon promotes unclean and inhealthy practices. read more

I had been going here for a few months at this point, the man who I presume is the owner, who has been doing my nails this whole time, leaves a spot not top coated on my nail, I politely pointed this out to him after he had lazily did my whole set, after he attempted to fix the mistake I had pointed out the man rudely threw down the nail polish and proclaimed that he refused to do my nails ever again and that if I came back I wouldn't get service. The only reason I had even went to this place from the beginning was because I was new to the area and they were the only place I had tried bc I knew where it was even though my first time going there I said I wouldn't go back because they do your nails "half assed", and I should have listened to my first impression. Will never go back, and I do not suggest this place if you like your nails done correctly at all!!! read more
