We called on a Monday afternoon and were told to come on in there was plenty of availability. The young man on the phone was polite and communicated well. We arrived and were greeted quickly, asked our names and to choose a color. We were quickly ushered to seats next to each other. It is a large salon with many nail techs and plenty of room for the 10 or so customers already there. Nathan and Tom were gentle and detailed, asking things we'd prefer, if we were going on a trip somewhere and just general conversation. They offered explained cutting or not cutting certain nails to keep them even with others, and did a great job. We were offered to sit in the massage chairs to let our nails dry for awhile, so we could enjoy the massagers. Great idea! Overall very pleasant experience. Quiet, relaxing and great price! My nails turned out amazing!! I got white French tip with chrome overtop for my vacation. I come here every time to get my nails done, and they always do amazing. Two problems: first, the person doing my nails cut my finger with the nail file. But that isn't a huge deal. And second we waited a while and we got there when they first opened. I got a pedicure. It's clean and bags in foot basin. However I think it's the fastest pedicure I've ever gotten. Barely a massage and no hot towels at end. For $40 I want longer massage. I typically like to stick to nail salons I know, but when my friend asked me to come to her side of town for a mani, I couldn't say no. It was a Saturday, I walked in, wrote my name and type of service (SNS mani + tips) on the clip board, and was seated promptly. She went to town on my nails immediately and roughly, cut them, and proceeded to dip them in SNS powder. I said "can you please put tips on them", she said "oh no, your nails are too long and not the right shape for tips." Funny, because I've always gotten tips and had zero issues. In addition, you can tell by the photo, my nails are anything but long. I'm not one to argue, so she continued without tips. Throughout the mani, several of my cuticles started to bleed because she was carelessly using the dremel tool. Although they didn't turn out all that bad, it's not what I asked for, it was extremely rushed, and the process was the exact opposite of relaxing. On the other hand, my friend had a very professional nail tech, who took her time, and did what she asked. Maybe I just picked the short straw, but I will not be back. read more

This is exactly one week after getting a pedicure here. My toe was swollen, painfully throbbing, couldn't walk on it great, and had a blister from where they remove the cuticle. Mind you without ever asking me if it was okay prior. Thankfully I'm in healthcare and know how to take care of this myself. Will absolutely never be returning here. It was very nice to be able to just walk in . I was asked to pick out a color. I was escorted to a chair the older gentleman started the mesage chair for me .I waited with my feet no soaking in the water after about 15 minutes a lady came over filled the bowl with hot water told me to put my feet in. It was a little too warm after she understood what I was trying to say . She started immediately working on my feet. She was quite rough, quite hurried. She cut one of my nails a little too short. It was a very uncomfortable experience.as what I could understand. She kept trying to tell me I needed to use gel nail, but I did explain back to her. I did not want gel nail. She raised my leg up to scrub on the bottom of my feet, which felt like a sanding sponge with no concern about any type of comfort. She was just in a hurry day get what she needed to get done. I was quite concerned. I did need my nails done for an event. I didn't have any nail polish on my fingernails. She started trimming my nails .She wanted to use the Dremel tool, but I explained I did not want the Dremel tool used. She then explained that she could use the Dremel tool and it would be OK. It would be fine, and I pulled my hands back to say no. Please use the fingernail file. She use fingernail file She trimmed around my fingernails, the cuticles and was pulling the cuticle skin My thumb started to bleed .She used alcohol on that to stop the bleeding I asked her to slow down she acted like she couldn't understand me . She asked me to pay now and go wash my hands i payed she then quickly put the nail polish on. She had me move over to the dryer station that had a UV light and a fan for your nails and feet. I sat there about 15minutes kept checking my fingernails so I thought they were dry and then I left. I don't know where she went I would say customer service a 1 only because the color of the polish was pretty it did last 3 days before it started chipping I really couldn't even say anything about their hygiene. I didn't see anyone sanitizing any of the bowls. They use plastic bags and the tools come in a caddy.They're not friendly. They are not even nice It's just a quick and quick out. read more

So I went in yesterday To get them fixed, and I had every intention of paying for them to fix them . I was not looking for a freebie. The lead lady in the 1st seat is so rude. She talks to her employees the entire time she is working on my nails, in her native language, not speaking to me at all, and she was not paying attention to my nails. I have 2 cuticle cuts from her not watching what she was doing. Plus she charged me $10. Extra to take the remaining nails that were still on my hand off, I was shocked by that, and I said " they were falling off, after just one week"!!! The place is so dirty, look around before you get your nails done there is so not a clean place in the store. The employees are rude, and it seems no one speaks English at all. When she started, another customer began throwing a fit because they had finished her mani and she didn't like the length - which I agree is inappropriate. But my nail artist left me to console her... Move along in the mani and she buffed my cuticles way too far, and I was bleeding (photos included). She hurried me along and then sent me washing my hands. When I return to my chair, the customer who was complaining has taken my seat and my purse was moved. I was hurried to pay and leave. No lotion, no hand massage, nothing. Not even a thank you. This place was great years ago. It is now just a place where they rush you around and pay little attention to detail... such a shame. I came to the salon without an appointment to get a pedicure. When I arrived the waiting area was very crowded and when I signed in I asked how long the wait would be. I was told 15 minutes. After a 30 minute wait I was taken to a pedicure chair where I then had to wait another 30 minutes before anyone came over. When the guy finally came over to me he didn't ask me what kind of pedicure I wanted. He only said it would be an extra charge to remove the gel polish I had on my toes. He then rushed through the worst pedicure I've ever had in about 12 minutes. I could have done a better job in my daily shower routine. The paint job looks average but the attitudes, service, and quality of this place leaves me to never want to return. read more

I am so unhappy with this visit. I got a gel manicure a few months ago at a different nail salon and once the gel was removed, my nails cracked and peeled for 2 months. It took 2 months for them to finally grow back out. I swore I wasn't going to get my nails done again, but I came for just polish. The guy was trying to get me to do powder because it's "healthier". And I explained my nail situation to him and that I just want polish because the gel ruins my nails. He promised this was healthier. Well what do ya know- they used gel! It's a par ref nail salon and doesn't feel as personable as others, but I'm pretty basic with my nail care and don't need a lot of fluff. I tend to be focused on not waiting in line a long tIme for my bimonthly pedicure and this place fits the bill. They have a lot of techs working at any time and I've never waited too long like at some other local nail places. My only frustration is that they don't take tips on credit cards and I have to remember to take cash with me. I'd love the flexibility of tipping on a card when needed. read more

Wow. Highly disappointed. This salon came recommended from a friend. Myself and two friends visited today before our trip to Florida in hopes to get our nails beach ready. We were directed back to the pedi chairs and two ladies sat down and immediately begin to start work, however, neither one spoke a word to us. We were not asked which pedicure we would like and received a VERY basic pedicure that was lack luster at best. It felt very rushed. We were not asked if we wanted gel or regular polished and the assumption was just made and we received a regular polish pedi. Then we were directed to sit at the table with the nail fans but they didn't even turn the fans on to dry our nails. We were then taken to get a gel manicure and we were yet again disappointed only further. We were asked to let our hands soak in cold water. Then the gel polish that was applied was sloppy and incredibly thick. Cuticles were not pushed back and it looked like they had grown out a week or more. Highly do not recommend.
