Bright and clean, trays and tongs are provided for your selections. Today I chose the Sweet Potato stick, the coffee cake stick, mochi donut and a wrapped cheese soft cake to share at home and a pumpkin hot latte. WOW what a delicious latte! The pastries all looked delicious. I had the cheese and it was quite good. It's a rather large bakery where you grab a tray and walk around while making your choices. In the area where you pay, you can make your coffee and drink selections. There are about 10 small tables where you can sit with your food and drinks. There's street parking in the front and a large lot in the back. I would recommend you try this if you're in the area. read more

I enjoy being able to come here for a snack and to do some work on my computer. The seating is plenty comfortable and the food/drinks are plenty tasty. There isn't a lot of seating nor are there many outlets, but it's still a nice place to sit down for an hour or two. The noise level is never unreasonable - just a casual place to come for a bite, especially with a friend. The snacks, salads, and sandwiches are all plenty filling and flavorful, especially for the price. There are plenty of options available and the staff are always willing to answer any questions. They're very polite, efficient, and overall good at their work. It does get a little busy and a long line can quickly form, but the staff is very good at getting everyone through quickly, so the wait is never long. Last week, I placed an online order of 2 cakes and some mochi donuts since we had planned to celebrate my parents' birthdays on Saturday - before any of us knew that a bomb cyclone was going to hit the greater NYC area Friday night. As we got closer to Saturday, I gave the store a call to figure out what options I had in case I couldn't make it on Saturday. The nice lady on the phone explained to me that I had until Friday night to cancel my order (since the cakes are baked fresh at 6am the day of pickup). I remained optimistic that we wouldn't get THAT much snow, and that our party would go as planned so I didn't cancel... boy was I wrong! When Saturday came and I found out the party was cancelled (my parents and I are located in Brooklyn; this location is unfortunately V far from me), I called up the store again in a slight panic because I knew the cakes were already made at that point and there was no way I could make it. I didn't know what to expect - just wanted to let them know that no one would be picking them up. I was transferred to the manager, who was extremely understanding, friendly, and even cracked a few jokes. After making sure I couldn't come Sunday instead (I really couldn't), he said that he'd give me a full refund for everything anyway because of the extreme weather conditions. Incredible!!! Again, I really didn't expect that and just wished everything had gone according to plan. (In case anyone was curious, I ended up ordering my mom a cake via DoorDash from the Brooklyn location since her birthday was literally ON Saturday and I couldn't let the storm ruin it.) We were, however, in the Little Neck area yesterday during the Lunar New Year so I made sure to support them and order almost a dozen of those mochi donuts I had wanted to try! They were SO delicious and everyone was obsessed. The sugar ones are the best. I still feel bad that I didn't spend the same amount of $$ when I reordered (since I didn't get the cakes) but I made sure to leave a small tip. Love this new PB location that is about 6 miles closer than the Bayside one from me and they have a bigger parking lot as well as metered parking up front. I ordered a strawberry soft cream cake over the phone for pickup for the next day. When I arrived the next morning, nobody was in the store. It was super clean & spacious, well-stocked and the staff were friendly & helpful. Besides the cake, I got a few other pastries and my favorite, egg salad sandwich. Everything was delicious especially the birthday cake, not too sweet with lots of strawberries and the texture is light as a cloud similar to the fruit cream cakes from the Chinese bakeries. Since my family doesn't like cakes that are super heavy, those cakes are perfect for them. They love it. I love Paris baguette! I haven't been close to one since I left the city years ago. This is the closest one to me on Long Island and I'm so happy it's here!! The chai latte is sooo good! I got a smorgasbord of things to try as an early celebration for my bday. Mochi doughnuts (one sugar, one raspberry, strawberry and creme croissant, red bean bread, sweet potato bread, ham and cheese croissant, cronut, pastel del nata, cheese tart, a slice of soufflé cheesecake and a potato croquette. Then I went back and got the Christmas cheer cheesecake for my actual birthday and it was beautiful! I just took out the Christmas sign and put numbers. I recommend this location!!!! Craving carbs all the time, I was so excited to see new signage in this little shopping area a few days ago. I finally had a chance to stop in today. There were a few customers and certainly lots of staff still getting everything in order. At 10am, all of the sweet pastries and baked goods were out. There were still some shelves waiting to be filled with sandwiches and salads. All the food is individually wrapped and then behind an additional plastic shield (liftable or sliding). The pastries all look identical! I opted for a chocolate croissant, almond croissant, and focaccia cheese bread. Croissants were good and satisfying - not amazing but definitely good. Drink menu is pretty standard. There are also some cakes and cake slices in the front, including one or two cute animal ones if you're so inclined. I look forward to coming back! read more

Very late to review, but loveee coming here before work to grab breakfast or a snack during my lunch break. The location is still pretty new, but everything seems very clean and the staff have always been friendly. They don't always have a wide selection but I guess this makes me feel confident that every bread and pastry is top notch fresh. I've had a few cakes from here and they are all so light and fluffy! The only complaint I have is that the iced coffee is not very consistent. Some days, it is too watery. When I get the milk coffee, sometimes it is too sweet. I recommend getting the black so you can add the milk and sweetener to your own preference. read more

Paris Baguette is great in general. Just got their new "tiramisu king creme donut" from this branch, and I just have one thing to say: don't do it! Normally, I'm like Paris Baguette because the quality of food is usually similar at all branches. But this specific visit to this specific branch was 2/5 stars. (disclaimer: this was my first visit in this branch. And I purchased Tiramisu King Creme Donut for the first time) Summary: Visit was during lunch time. There weren't a lot of options for food. Cashier was slow and unresponsive. And Tiramisu King Creme Donut sucked, especially for $3.79! Grrr! Visit: I brought my items to the cashier and they were packed in 2 bags. Paid, and the bags were being handed to me when the cashier stopped dead in her tracks and, WITHOUT A WORD OF EXPLANATION (even though I asked her what's going on), held onto 2nd bag and got another person to help out. Apparently the cashier missed to charge for an item, and doing another transaction. It seemed like she was very new to the job (didn't know which item was which, or how to ring them up), but was slow at her job and did not explain the situation to the customer. This is bad customer service and I was subsequently late to a meeting. Tiramisu king creme donut: I never had this donut at any other Paris Baguette branches. This was my first try. This SUCKED. The bread part was greasy like Paris Baguette cronut (which I like) and the creme was only in the center row (not even all the way in). I don't think Paris Baguette should call this "Tiramisu King Creme donut". And I will never get this ever again. Still. So so happy Paris Baguette opened up in Little Neck! I've only stopped in once to go, just as they were closing but the staff was happy to serve us. Everything was looked super pretty and I wanted to try everything. In the end we settled on some of their mochi donuts and their French donut (cronut). I ordered a very delicious birthday cake from here it was so good I kept eating it for days. The only mishap was that they didn't write my husband's name on the cake and gave his cake to someone else. Thank goodness I checked it out before carrying it home. They were so nice about it and took it back and wrote it out for me very nice and courteous staff. It was very busy when I went there so they must have been swamped. It was a chocolate chiffon cake that I ordered I still remember the taste of it. I wish I had some right now the whipped chocolate cream combined with the chocolate sponge cake tasted so good. Because of my good experience at a different location I was eager to try this one. It was great. I got three different treats. One pain au chocolate that was great! One croissant with chocolate drizzled on top, yum! And my favorite was another croissant with chocolate on top and chocolate cream filling. It was fantastic! I completely recommend. It was a great amount of filling too! A lot of time the ratio is off, but not here. So good! I also got an iced chai and it was delicious. Nice and strong! Great flavor. My family and I are happy that Paris Baguette is opened in this neighborhood. We went there multiple times and there was a good amount of customers and staffs each time we went. The staffs fill the cakes and bread constantly to ensure there's a sufficient amount of food for customers. One thing I noticed was the staffs stack up the trays that the customers used, but I didn't see the staffs wiping the trays. Wonder if they would wipe the trays before the next customer uses them. Another thing I'd like to point out is that the Paris Baguette in this location mailed us 3 coupons previously; however, when we used it earlier this month, the male staff told us we could only use the coupon this time because it's for grand opening and they would let us use it this time because it doesn't have an expiration date.
