Absolutely horrible service! Not only was the staff horribly disrespectful, but the everything I had ordered was disgusting. To begin with, I wasn't greeted upon entrance which wasn't necessarily a big deal. This was until I came up to the counter to make my order. I was met with a female that was disrespectful to me, as I have never ordered a pastry before, I was taking my time to figure out what would be good for me. This lady was rude and very impatient with me ordering and when asked for a name, she quite literally would not give it to me. I had to ask THE MANAGER to give me her name. Which didn't make the situation better because the manager for the moment was sitting on his phone in the back, not even paying attention to the situation. From what I've gained from talking to them, was the name of the manager, Roger. The name of the female taking my order was Chloe or some type of C name. As I said it was complicated to get her name. After a while of this I decided to grab a croissant from the display, because of course i had come for something to eat. After paying for it, I left back to my car only to open it and find that the croissant that I had chosen was molded. Without a doubt, I will NEVER come back to this establishment again. Everything about this pastry place is great! The coconut mango cake was super delicious. It's not crazy sweet, he fruits topping couldn't be any fresher and it comes with the cuttest plastic cake knife with a compartment that has two match sticks ready for you to use with the candles that comes along with your cake! Your typical bakery in the NOVA area. The price has gone up a bit but comparable to others. They offer quite a few savory pastry selections which I was impressed. I tried the cronut and the almond crossiant. The cronut was actually pretty good but would have preferred a "plain" option available. The quality at this location is not on par with that of Centreville or even Fairfax. I find the croissants are never as flaky or nicely stuffed. The selection is also limited compared to the other stores. During my past few visits, the temp inside was unbearably hot, every single patron was sitting outside rather than inside in the sweltering heat. As you can imagine, most of the cream pastries also were sweating, if not melting in that heat. I didn't realize the glaze on my mochi donut had gone rouge, either completely slidding off or had gotten absorbed by the donut. When I heard they were going to open a Paris Baguette at The Boro, I envisioned a regular-sized (large), ultra modern establishment with regular pricing. Instead, it turned out to be really small and overpriced (20-25% markup), with limited selection. This is obviously more of a grab-n-go type establishment catering to all the corporate folks in the area rather than your traditional Paris Baguette where you come to browse, eat, sip, work, relax, etc. Having that said, I'm obviously not their target market. I might live in the area, but I don't work in or around The Boro. Definitely a nice option for folks at BAH, KPMG, TEGNA, CVENT, etc. I just don't see myself coming here as often as I would like. read more

Been long awaiting the opening of this Paris Baguette location - and today was the day! I was craving a nice breakfast and coffee and knew this is where I wanted to go. This bakery is located right off the Greensboro Metro exit - and nearby the newly developed Tysons Boro area. Inside, you are welcomed with a huge array of pastries - varying from savory to sweet - all neatly arranged and organized. I was tempted to grab a handful, but opted for the spicy curry croquette (staff recommended!). Next to the pastries was a mini fridge full of popsicles - perfect for the summer. And beside them was a fridge with drinks and more desserts - the personal sized cheesecake, macarons and matcha milk pudding caught my attention. It isn't a Paris Baguette without the beautiful and creatively designed cakes. I also love how they are selling the cakes by the slice (you can see a nice cross section). The Snow Bunny Cake was especially adorable - with its blueberry paws. I also ordered a cafe latte with soy milk - hopefully they start selling oat milk as a milk alternative. The latte tasted like one you would get at Starbucks, but cheaper and handled by nicer staff. It was my first time visiting this place a friend recommend this place to me. I was initially hesitant to go however I was pleased with my experience! I ended up getting chocolate ganache cake and I LOVED IT! it was amazing!!!! It had crunchy chocolate late balls in it which made it taste better! The cake was light and airy and not to chocolaty. The macaroon on the cake was perfection! I also ordered the chicken pesto sandwich it was soooo good!!! This is a top notch establishment. I stopped by accidentally today because I was walking by and didn't realize they'd opened. Walking into this place you would never guess they just opened yesterday. The customer service was above and beyond, everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make recommendations and welcome you. They have about more pastry options than I ever imagined possible and they all look amazing. Truly something sweet or savory that could satisfy any palette. I got the almond croissant at recommendation that it was a speciality and it was amazing! Coffee drinks are great too! Probably the best bakery I have tried in the area but I haven't found too many items that I like. I really like the mini croissants, really great little breakfast or snack item and I pop them in the microwave and they are fine to eat the next day or day after. I do recommend the baguette sandwiches, they are good and a great price. The hash brown pastry is pretty good too, I don't really like the cheese in it but it is a nice breakfast. Okay, I try to support businesses as much as possible during these trying times for restaurants and such but this place has the worst reward program redemption. A few months ago I tried to use two rewards in one transaction and the employee told me I can't redeem more than one at a time in one transaction. Okay, understandable I suppose, from the business perspective you want customers to keep coming back to use rewards. That's fine. So fast forward to many months later. I go and get a free coffee using a reward. I decided to treat myself and get some pastries for Mother's day and they tell me that the reward for a free pastry won't work because I already redeemed a reward that day. I say, okay, and the employee rings it up and I scan my Paris Baguette app QR code and the free pastry reward automatically applies and deducts from the total cost. I go, oh nice, it worked! HOWEVER, the employee then proceeds to manually remove the reward. Um what? Why is she doing this? Clearly the policy that she mentioned is not accurate because the reward applied automatically. Was this really necessary for her to remove a reward that clearly worked?? Maybe this is a franchise owner policy that he/she wishes to enforce but I would that this is pretty messed up. After all, I did earn the reward...you have to spend $50 dollars to earn a free pastry. Also, I don't just get my free item when I use these rewards, I always spend and average of $15-20 when redeeming.. Anyways, I used to buy cakes for all major occasions here and get toast/pastries pretty regularly but I will not be bringing my business here any longer. These experiences have brought my 4 star review down to a 2. I can't lie that the pastries aren't good though, because I'm not a petty person. read more

Everything was nicely packaged when it arrived. The donuts were a little softer with a little less chew than I have had before but the tang of the glaze was perfect.
