We had a wonderful anniversary dinner at this local gem! Our first time here and we were greeted and served with care. The sophisticated and romantic venue added to the quality of the experience. Don't be fooled by the casual exterior. Our cocktails of the Negroni and Lemoncello Martini were delicious with more than a couple that sought my eye due to the intriguing ingredients. We opted for the 4 combo Amuse bouche and were delighted with the quality & flavor of all 4. Mt favorite was the salmon atop the cucumber. Menu included French classics such as their unique take on beef Bourguignon and duck a l'orange. Both items were tender, moist, and delicious with flavor enhancing sides. The brussel sprouts with a light smoky suck fat flavor was top notch. We also enjoyed being greeted by the chef table side. It was a perfect date night for us. We were too full for dessert but the options were intriguing and I can't wait to try our next time. My palate awaits!
one of the major reasons we came here was that we missed getting duck confit after our recent trip to Paris. I made a reservation, and when we got there we were seated fairly quickly. The parking lot was a bit crowded, but luckily we found parking right across the street. i was going to get the steak and fries, but we tried it so many times in paris i wanted to get something else. So i ended up getting quail and short rib (which was part of their daily special) and the wife wanted to get duck confit. I also got a side of fries, but it was overkill, since my wife's dish already came with fries. Both the main entrees were delicious and highly recommended. We also got a small salad foie gras to share before our main entree... both recommended. They also provide bread and better before the food, which is nice. I think if you end up getting french onion soup, it'll go perfectly with the bread. the ambiance of this place is very nice. When you walk in, there is a interesting hall way to for people to wait. On the other side of the kinda see through wall is the actual dining room. Everyone dining the night we went was dressed up. (no shorts or t shirts) some even wore suits/blazers. will come back if i'm craving french food.
Always a super great spot for date night and yummy French gastronomique cuisine and the wine selection keeps getting better. The foie gras torchon (not cooked) is one of our star favourites, one of the only places you can get it the traditionally French way
The food the service the atmosphere all 5 stars! 10/10. I have zero complaints. This experience made me so happy. I love good food and this went above and beyond.
What an amazing experience! The service, the flavors, and the drinks were a wonderful combination. We were celebrating but would not hesitate to return.
4 stars because of the elegant ambiance & great service. They really treat you like royalties here. The staff greet you immediately, the manager stopped by to ensure everything was good. Then they left you alone during meal to enjoy your time (which was nice), but they were on stand by if you need them. This is a pricey, formal venue (baseball cap is NOT allowed). The food was good, but not spectacular, definitely not as flavorful as we expected. Portions were reasonable, enough for 1 person with average appetite. The meal started with complimentary bread & whipped butter. Roquefort meatballs appetizer came in Nicely-decorated 5 medium-sized meatballs - had distinct blue-cheese flavor. Hubby got Coq Au Vin Blanc (half chicken), with mildly-thickened brothy sauce over fettuccine pasta - tasty. I got the Iceland cod, creamy, very-mildly-seasoned melt-in-your-mouth fish. The complimentary small plate of potato au gratin was a nice surprise, it was creamy & mildly seasoned. Overall, a nice venue for a dress-up dinner date, but we were not too impressed with the flavors.

Service was wonderful, a lovely experience. - Caviar Sampler () - Rack of Lamb - Filet with foie gras touching - Ribeye - Duck steak - Escargot - Foie Gras appetizer - Seafood soup Everything easy absolutely amazing. We will be sure to come back
An Epic Find! Food: Food was amazing. The menu is French themed and honestly right on point. The Dover Sole is flown in from France and the scallops from Cape Cod. This place had the best French food I've had in Texas. Service: The staff is great, friendly and approachable. Our waiter Joshua made great recommendations and was knowledgable on the history.He really made the experience better. Ambiance: Do not be fooled by the exterior. Think of a speak easy but as a restaurant. Looks like a basic strip mall exterior until you walk inside. Everything was well designed and had a upscale touch. I highly recommend stopping here for a great dinner.
Not a stretch at all to consider this the finest dining experience in Fort Worth, likely in all of Texas, and I'd hold it up to any other restaurant I've gone in US. Wow, artfully prepared French cooking where even some baby heirloom carrots can be elevated into something extraordinary. Classic French dishes abound on the menu, but don't get too committed until the daily special blackboard is presented to your table. Picking out what to eat here is very difficult, it's all fresh and exquisitely prepared. Every time I bring new folks to try Paris 7th, they always give a "Oh My God" when tasting each dish. The food is just that extraordinary. Michelin star quality in my opinion. Classic dishes such as Dover Sole are presented alongside a clever Ossetra caviar appetizer paired with a super cold local Fort Worth brewed vodka. Fresh fishes and scallops are always available and save room for a Grand Marnier soufflé The wine service is also extraordinary. Huge selection of beautiful French wines ranging from classic Bordeaux's and Burgundy's to lessor known Sancerre and Mersault's. Let Chris Salvador guide you. He always has a delightful wine he's discovered that is perfect for any course of the menu. Service is nothing short of ultra-refined and knowledgeable and the food is well paced. Everything is just perfect. On the weekends, reservations are a must, but I like going during the week when reservations will guarantee you a table, but you can stretch out your meal and really enjoy everything about the place. Tables are well placed to allow conversation even during the busy weekend dinner service. All white tablecloths and little touches like wood Peugeot salt and pepper shakers create an authentic French Country vibe. If you a wondering what true 5-star food, service, and ambiance are like, you have to go, whether it's a special occasion or you just want to reward yourself for another week of life.
We had reservations here at 6:30 on a Tues night for my sons birthday. We appeared to be the first guests of the night. Throughout our dinner service more people did arrive. We all agree that the service was stellar. We do not drink alcohol and were offered two house specialty mock-tails in addition to any mock-tails we could request. We tried both specialty mock-tails and both were delicious. For our appetizers we ordered a taste of caviar, the tartare, and the foie gras tarchon from the chalkboard. All of our appetizers were divine. For the main course my son had the carré d'agneau (lamb), my husband had the magret et confit (duck), and I had the filet d'angus noir (tenderloin). We all three agreed that our entrees were disappointing! My son said his lamb was lacking the lamb flavor he was looking for. My husband said his magret was dry and the confit was salty. I was disappointed in the Bordelaise on my filet. It tasted like cheap gravy and ruined my steak for me. The scalloped potatoes that were provided for our table were the best dish in the table. We asked for a dessert menu and were provided one. The server gave us the menu and walked away. We looked over the menu and decided to skip dessert. Nothing jumped out at us. We overheard the assistant sever describing the desserts to the table next to us and regretted our decision to skip dessert. If the assistant would have been the one to deliver our dessert menu and gave us the descriptions he was giving to the other table we would have ordered dessert. Although the service was stellar we felt like the tempo in the restaurant was painfully slow. We understand fine dining and were not in a hurry. We took our time enjoying our drinks, then appetizers and finally our main course. However it seemed like we waited an extraordinary long length of time to have plates cleared and before the next course arrived. Even without dessert, we were in the restaurant for 2 hours.
It's not a special occasion for our family without a visit to Paris 7th. We did an early Valentine's meal with steak tartare, short ribs and striped bass. Lovely plating, delicious meal. Crème brûlée and oeufs a la neige with coffee for dessert. They are adding a private room to make better use of the former lounge area. Should be a great spot for groups dinners!
Have you ever wanted to hug a chef? These were my feelings after the first bite into our amazing night of spectacular entrees. The ambiance whisks you away from the normal day to day stresses! The sommelier, host and chef were top notch! We celebrated my college graduation here and it was total perfection.
I love French food and hubby booked this place for my birthday and it did not disappoint. We tried the caviar which was great, they had snails which were good and scallops flown daily from cape cod which were great too. For mains I had duck breast which was delicious and hubby had the beef bourguigon which was also fantastic. We had Delicious olives too and a soup of the day which was ok. I had the French 75 cocktail and he had an old fashioned both great and the ambience and service is lovely. We didn't have room for dessert even though they offered it for free for my birthday. We had a nice experience and want to try St emillion too
Service was absolutely the best part of our date at Paris 7th. Multiple servers attend to each table and each introduced themselves with something quirky or funny. I liked each of them. They were happy to be there serving great tasting food and you could feel their pride. Many people were chatting away enjoying company in an intimate room. A great spot for a date. While we waited for our food, we enjoyed their French bread from a wholesale french bakery in dallas with their housemade butter. It was delicious. I made a mess of crumbs and I was glad the server came by to clean them up. Delicious though! We ordered the French onion soup, scallop appetizer with side of carrots, wagyu and fries. The French onion soup was ah-ma-zing! Perfectly seasoned (not overly salted like some like to do) and the cheese and onions really stood out. The scallops surprised me with the walnuts. I've never had that combo and enjoyed it. The appetizer portion turned out to be the perfect size along with the other items we ordered. The wagyu was just okay for me. It was soft and nicely cooked but under salted. I did love the peppercorns with it. The frites were wonderfully crispy and had an addicting seasoning on top. Lastly, the star of the show: decaf cappuccino with their pistachio coconut crisp with berries on top of a citrus sponge. Presentation was top notch and taste was mouth watering. You will not regret ordering this dessert! More praise to their cappuccino is needed. Awhile ago I searched for the best cappuccino in Fort Worth and I never found it. Well, tonight I did. Wonderful thick froth and freshly grated nutmeg on top. The chef came out to check each table after finishing their main course; I appreciated this personal touch that seems to be in everything they do. I will gladly return to enjoy another wonderful meal at Paris 7th. read more

We had dinner with friends and it was very nice. The food is always fresh and prepared to our liking. The cocktails are perfectly balanced and delicious. I don't eat fish but for some reason I decided to try their fish special. It came out with its skin and tail so I had to psych myself up to dig in. It was truly moist and delicious. It wasn't even in a sauce and I was surprised that it wasn't dry. I may have to eat fish more often!? Here! ;) Everyone got something different and everyone was thrilled with their selection. The sommelier suggested a nice wine to pair with the meal that was less than we were willing to pay but it was a great selection. St. Emilion has the atmosphere that this place doesn't have but the food is good anyway. They need to remove the front area with the couches and turn it in to a nice bar where you can go in and order a glass of wine and an appetizer or have a happy hour menu, champagne and caviar bar or something. Wasted space where it could be nice and they would get revenue. But I will return again! You should too! See ya there! read more
We went here for my wife's birthday and I r ally enjoyed it. The ambiance is simple yet elegant. We started with the scallops 9/10 and the olives 10/10. The bread and butter is perrect 10/10. I had a chef special soup and I have to sag I wasn't a fan. I can't recall the name. I wish I would have done the french onion soup. We had the caviar and I highly recommend at least the tasting. The snails weren't my favorite thing, 6/10. For the main, I had the beef stroganoff essentially and it was delicious 9/10. The portion was very large. My wife had the duck and it was very tasty. We will definitely come back and try a wine and dessert pairing. read more

Paris 7th is an ode to Parisian cuisine that perfectly pays tribute to the gastronomic delights of French cooking. The Dover Sole is magnificent, the Branzino is divine, and I've had Beef bourguignon in the US and France and Paris 7ths rendition is the best I've had. They have a large wine selection, attentive and professional service, and an ambiance that matches the high quality cooking. If you're looking for a date night or just a great meal, look no further. read more

CREME BRÛLÉE BEBÉ After you eat it, it will be the only thing you will want to eat for the rest of your life. You have been warned. The scallops had me signing up for scuba diving lessons they were so delicious. Ambiance 11/10 I love me starched napkin and a place to wear dresses my husband asks me, "where are you going to wear that?!" I'm going to wear it to Paris 7th! That's wear! read more
We LOVED our experience at Paris 7th. This is one of those rare Fort Worth spots that has both amazing service, ambience, and food. If you didn't know what to look for, you would never pass by and know what treasure lies inside this strip mall restaurant. The food - every single bite was decadent and dripping in flavor. The sommelier, Chris, created some of the absolute BEST drinks I've ever had in my whole life. Our waiter was attentive and paced the meal beautifully. As soon as you walk in there's a beautiful spacious lounge with red furniture and it feels SO romantic and luxe. I just have nothing negative to say at all! I cannot wait to come back. read more

The service here is one of the many reasons to come back. The sommelier picked the perfect red wine to pair with my veal and my wife's lamb. I was a little skeptical of the choice but was pleasantly surpised when I had it with my entree. The veal chop, which was a special that night, was by far the best veal I've ever had. The texture was tender and the chop was so juicy. If you are so lucky and they have it, do yourself a favor and order it. read more

This was our first time to the restaurant. Overall, I was disappointed. Food was good - not great. My wife and I enjoyed the scallops and roasted duck. The fish was good, but not quite what we expected. The service was very disjointed - which is my biggest critique. We had a very early reservation, and the minute a few more guests came in, the waitstaff seemed quite challenged to come check on us. I was ready to order another drink and it took almost 10 minutes before I was able to flag someone passing by to put in the order. Then, when one of the servers came to take our dessert order - they didn't bring everything we ordered. Nobody ever bothered to follow up to check on us until the hostess brought our ticket which included the item that was missed. By that time we were done. It was frustrating to get this level of service at this type of restaurant. Overall, the experience was a disappointment compared to other restaurants of the same caliber. read more

We had dinner at Paris 7th. The taste of caviar, the duck, and the Tuile aux Mûres were all top notch. Highly recommend for the best French food in the area. read more

The server Chris S. could not have been better. Now the bad, husband said his steak had virtually no flavor, one of the worst he has had especially for the price. My Turbot fish was nice, I asked for substitutes which the server was great about but, when I got my substitutions they were wrong but, quickly remedied (this was just a misunderstanding. Having to pay $3 dollars to split a salad onto 2 plates is a little much and, we were not told of the extra charge, my 1/2 of the salad had no walnuts on it and there was virtually no dressing on the salad again, making it pretty tasteless. The Old Fashioned was very good, not sure why the extra $2 to make it an Old Fashioned and the $.50 for ice $.50 for ice really? The Ying/Yang desert souffle was ok, the Grand Marnier side was very good, the chocolate side was tasteless, where was the chocolate, the whipped cream delicious. read more

Paris 7th is the sister restaurant to Saint-Emilion just up the street. I ate at both restaurants back to back, and Paris on 7th I ate at second. Paris 7th kicks up the Michelin feel to a one star type dining experience with presentation, and wine selection being noticeably greater. In addition there are finer foods available such as: escargot in shell (fresh), Foie Gras (served your choice: seared or chilled), caviar, and duck confit with marget (breast) or magret only for a full duck breast dinner. Simply put, the food was outstanding. They have a sommelier on scene if you are not the type who feels comfortable navigating an extensive wine list. I felt this review to benefit from a clear "high points" vs "low points" list to show why I am leaving room for improvement from Paris 7th. High Points (pros) - Food was cooked perfectly - Food presented in classic fine dining fashion - Great choices of red and white wine - Atmosphere was quaint and quiet, but warm and welcoming Low Points (cons) - Wine list needs a much better Champagne adjustment. The available champagnes are no different than a large chain with only one or two off labels some distributer talked them into carrying. This menu was screaming for quality grower champagnes, or even larger house champagnes outside the boring staples of Dom Perignon, Louis Roederer Cristal, Perrier Jouet. Champagne is the one wine you can pair with any food, and champagne is quintessential for foods like caviar and Foie Gras! This lost them half a star here. - We were forgotten. Simply put, I did not have to rely on the Sommelier to help with selections which seemed to bruise his ego. Equally unfortunate was when we asked for an opinion on dessert the server replied, "This is just my third shift." When I said, "Well fair enough I am sure you're loving it (since this would be a wonderful restaurant to work for if you are serious about fine dining)." To which he stated, "Uhhh it's okay. (Then in pure sarcasm) Oh yea I mean, It's amazing I love it." Please. I say again, please. Do not air your issues with your boss or whatever your off night is to your table and guests! Finally, we waited for 35 minutes for a check. I had to ask twice for the check in fact. Then the host came and said, "I'm sorry, we all thought you had already paid and got your check." I guess I could have skipped out on the $500 tab? I'm not sure how they ended up so lost. This cost them the other half star for lack of finishing the experience well. Overall the bottom line is: The meal was amazing and started off wonderfully, however and great performance either in entertainment or in this case food service it is always imperative that the final note be the strongest and best. Sadly this was a symphony that ended flat, off tune, and leaving me questioning my return. I recommend this restaurant hesitantly in hopes that you might experience greatness throughout, and if they had closed as strongly as they opened this probably would have saved the full 5 star review.
