She is sooo sweet, kind, and she cut my hair like no other. My hair is ethnic and has curls, some frizz and is thick. I am a swimmer and I thought I ruined my hair from just ripping my one or two braids while taking my cap off and not properly detangeling my hair after washing it 2x or more a week. I told Mia if possible no more than an inch off and behold. She deep conditioned my hair with two treatments, clarified it and I can't believe how soft it was. Plus she didn't cut more than I asked her to. I use to get my hair straightened once a week at a salon that closed down during covid for years. Yet, about 9 months ago I took up swimming. So I don't really know how to take care of my natural hair, then to top it off with the chlorine from the pool (even with a cap) so Mia showed me a couple of products and was able to see me last minute since my prior appointment at Ulta in Renton cancelled on me at the very last minute. Also I didn't have to pre-wash my hair like I did for my Renton Appt at Ulta (honestly if you're paying $ you shouldn't have to do that anyways). She helped me find the items that I was looking for and even some that were just really great suggestions. She noted my status as far as my Ulta rewards account goes. She thanked me for my business. She thanked me for my loyalty. She asked me if there's anything that I have been looking for, but not able to find. I did let her know that there were a few things, but there was no problem. The entire process was a wonderful shopping experience.

These candles burn for a long time and smell amazing. Other brands are totally out of wax in less than a day while I can light one of these for 12 hours and will still have several more lightings before the wax is gone. I have been going to this Sally's location for at least the past 15 years and have always had a…read moregood experience with the staff except at one point there was a manager who always opened late sometimes even 30 minutes late but now there is a new manager and she's great. I have been a hairstylist for 27 years and appreciate the knowledge of the new manager about the product line. Sometimes the store is out of what I need even for a length of time but I believe that is largely due to Covid. Other than that I like the store and everyone seems quite friendly!

Plus they had a poor quality. I went in there looking for hunters and UGGs and they had a very poor quality as well as a poor attitude for the manager, as well as the shoe salesman. I definitely will not go back there. Matter of fact, I'll spend my money at a whole different store. They've just lost a long time customer and this isn't the first time I've gotten bad service from them. It seems to be getting worse and worse every year.
