I don't know if the products are cheap here or not. I got a Esteelauder advance night repair, $147for 100ml. Just FYI

Very disappointing experience with Condor Airlines…read more We flew from Toronto (YYZ) to Milan (MXP) via Frankfurt with our two-year-old child. At check-in in Toronto, we specifically told the staff that we would gate-check our stroller and needed it during our five-hour layover in Frankfurt. We were assured this would be possible. After landing in Frankfurt, the cabin crew told us Condor doesn't return gate-checked strollers during transit. We then went to the customer service desk, where the representative told us she had requested our stroller and directed us to baggage claim. We walked all the way there, waited for nearly two hours, and were eventually told that the stroller would not be available after all. Because of the incorrect information provided by Condor staff, we ended up wasting our entire layover, walking across the airport multiple times with a toddler and no stroller. We even had to leave the airport and check in again for our connecting flight. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the customer service representative. She was rude, dismissive, and showed no empathy for the situation. Throughout the entire experience, different Condor employees gave us conflicting information, and no one took responsibility or genuinely tried to help. Traveling with a young child is already challenging. Spending five hours running from one end of Frankfurt Airport to the other because of poor communication and unhelpful staff made it an incredibly stressful experience. This level of customer service is unacceptable. I hope Condor improves staff training and communication so that other families don't have to go through what we did.

But Iceland to SEA or to Europe, they stop you after you walk into restricted boarding area and charge $100USD while you are already in line to board. No chance to consolidate or shrink carry on bag. Do not buy carry ons where wheels exceed the small carry on limits. Iceland air will "hose" you. This, I guarantee.... is a built in revenue generator imposed to take advantage of weary cross Atlantic travelers when they have no choice. Dozens were stopped on my flight today for an extra $100+. Then on-board there are no free blankets, pillows, snacks, food, or free drinks other than coffee, soda and water. Glasses are 3oz for coffee. This is an 8 hour flight! Very "cheapskate service" for a long trip. Then the costs of food, drinks, dinner, entertainment in Iceland is 2-3x the USA prices. The flight attendants looked great though! After a week in Iceland I felt I was spending "Baja CA prices" when in UK for fine Scotch and class A food. Pack very light and NO CARRY ON if you fly Iceland air and patch Chipotle burritos early for your in flight meal.

They put us on another later flight and that planes computer didn't work so we had to spend the night there. There was no one representing Icelandair to help us. They were supposed to give us vouchers for dinner and did not. Finally buses came and took us to some youth hostel an hour away. This place had a restaurant that was closed as by then it was midnight. Though we received breakfast, Icelandair refused to give us meal vouchers for lunch. Our flight didn't leave until 6 pm in the evening. Onboard, they put us in the cheapest seats, even though we had paid for upgrades. I will NEVER fly Icelandic again. If I could give them a "0", I would.

You can only get pre-brewed drip coffee here. I went during lunch. They updated their soups to to winder vegetable soup and creamy Thai chicken & rice soup, while there's still teriyaki tofu rice and chicken and vegetable rice. There is a choice of two salads: kale based and spring mix based. If you're feeling a little bit indulgent, potato chips and dip are available as is chocolate pudding. There are also the requisite chocolate chip cookies. Large picture windows reveal airplane hangers and Mt. Rainer in the background. The lighting is much better than the other lounge. This is an OK lounge; I wish they made repairs in a timely fashion.

For breakfast, the only hot food options were egg bites or waffles. The lounge advertised congee, but there wasn't any available. There was also only one type of milk, which seemed surprisingly limited. The lounge itself is large and was nearly empty--which, after the experience, wasn't surprising. While it offers plenty of seating, the food selection and overall amenities fall well short of expectations. Compared to the American Express Centurion Lounge or even the Delta Sky Club, The Club SEA is a far cry from the experience those lounges provide. If you have access to another lounge, I'd recommend choosing that instead. Unfortunately, if you're departing from the S Gates, this may be your only option.

After a gritty over crowded underground train ride the doors open and a mad rush of human waist head for the escalators. I'm included in that afterbirth of people but I'm special. I skip the shops and head for "THE LOUNGE"! Alaska Airlines has their premium lounge for people who pay to be pampered and of coarse I pay for that privilege... I enjoy the spectacular view of planes taking off while having unlimited tasty beverage ( sometimes alcohol ) and typically morning goodies. This refuge allows me to hide out from the scourge of humanity waiting for a plane to somewhere... Ok, there are plenty of dining and beverage places to wet your whistle including a Wendy's can you believe it... In fact grabbing a chili for my flight is a wonderful idea. It will keep the travel people away from me as I'll donate some of myTreblinka fumes into the ozone layer... Moving onto the shopping well many opportunity's to purchase candy or clothing and maybe even a silly souvenir of our local sports team. Enjoy your experience and have a wonderful flight! And please folks one reminder DO NOT WHISTLE while you walk around, it's annoying!

Date of visit: July 22, 2025…read more The concept of the different "pods" of gates to help control traffic (likely both people and planes!) is a nice one, but the biggest issue I have with it is that you are unable to walk everywhere you need to go and have to rely on the trams to get you where you need to be if you have a connecting flight. I wish all airports would let you stretch your legs and strut from one end of the terminals to the other, like Atlanta does. All that being said, SEA and the North Satellite Terminal are in overall good condition and the letter/numbering system is straightforward and easy to follow. Like most airports, stairs are an after-thought yet all of the escalators and aforementioned trams were in good condition.

Decor is typical of the UC and in good shape. Front of the club looks down at A terminal. in the back there was no views but roomier and quieter away from the buffet and bar. Lots of power and USB outlets available. The food was average this time with tomato bisque soup, ginger chicken and rice, pad Thai salad, vegetarian wrap, cold cuts, fruits, 3 desserts (brownies, chocolate chip cookies and some fancy poundcake) and a ham slider. Food was just being replenished when I wandered through. Full bar in the back for those who wish to imbibe a bit before their flight. Coffee machine and water were located separately in their own section by the front of the club. Staff were nice, smiled and came by to pick up used dishes regularly.
