I ordered this açaí bowl hoping it'd help me feel better after being nauseous and fatigued all…read moreday... Big mistake. It was so runny it felt like I was eating a bowl of cereal, not a thick açaí bowl. The toppings? Had to go on a full treasure hunt to even find them. It was so runny the fruit & toppings sunk to the bottom. They had my dasher message me that they were out of peanut butter, which is so annoying because what's the point of açaí with no drizzle? The only positive thing I can say about this bowl is the fruit was fresh & tasted good. Other than that, this was a waste of $25. It genuinely made me feel more sick than before. It looks NOTHING like the pictures they promote online, it's a straight up scam. Thank god DoorDash gave me a full refund. Customer support was literally shocked at how I received my order and said they'd feel the same way. I was literally transferred to their Trust & Safety team because of how awful it was. They said they'd be reaching out to the store directly because this is NOT okay. I'm genuinely baffled by this. How has this place only been open for a month and my order looks like this? There's no way they were trained by Parched, because Parched would NEVER do me like this.

Ziggi's is a chain coffee shop, but it's slightly smaller than that other coffee chain. (You know…read morethe one.) So I felt slightly better about kind-of-not-really-but-yes-sort-of supporting a local coffee shop. They have a drive-thru, but I parked and went inside to get my coffee. The Sundays were playing over the speakers when I entered, which is always a good sign. I just ordered a black cup of coffee -- they have medium and dark roast drip coffee. It was good coffee, and surprisingly, it got better as it got cooler. I've never had that happen before! Usually, black coffee gets more bitter as it sits, but not so with Ziggi's. They sell a variety of baked goods, packaged cookies, premade breakfast burritos, as well as other beverages that aren't coffee, like smoothies, teas, and something called Energy Infusions. In fact, these kinds of drinks make up the majority of their menu, and their menu didn't even have regular coffee on it. I had to ask if they even sell drip coffee, and indeed they do. The people who work here were very friendly and super efficient. The location is great -- right off the I-70.

Coffee and drinks were good and the people were nice. We will be back! Only thing I'd say to add is some cute things on the walls to break up the super gray ambiance.

Portions are large and fairly priced. The potstickers are 10/10 amazing. So good. The crab Rangoon were small and lacking in filling. They're also less expensive than I've paid elsewhere, so maybe they're going for a smaller portion on those. I'd rather have more filling and get 3 to an order vs the 5 or 6 we got. Service was fast. It was packed on a Friday night and we were in an out in less than 10 minutes. They do have limited seating inside, so if you go during peak times, you may not find a spot to sit. Overall, excellent addition to New Pal! A top choice for take out.

I live nearby so I can't believe that it's taken me so long to get to potstickers. The entrance to…read morethe restaurant is in the back from my perspective so I wasnt sure where the entrance was. I think they need more signs on the side of the building pointing towards the parking area and "front" door which is opposite side of the coffee shop in the same building. The staff was nice, friendly and helpful. They offered items to try out since it was our first time there. I wish business was booming for them because the food is pretty good. I'm glad to have a good asian restaurant nearby. They are closed Mondays but open the rest of the week. So happy that New Palestine has another great restaurant option that isn't a fast food chain!

These cats are expanding…read morefaster than I can shove a glazed twisted in my mouth, so this location on the east side of Indy is new to me. I have this dumb goal of visiting and reviewing all of the Pana locations around central Indiana, because I just love this chain so much. Like all of the Pana locations I've visited so far, this one is just as great as I expected it to be. I have a standard order at Pana: a glazed twisted donut. At the very least, I get one of these. Sometimes, when I'm feeling especially indulgent, a glazed twisted is also accompanied by another donut -- usually a different type of glazed donut, like a glazed old fashioned or the ugly but exceedingly delicious glazed buttermilk. (Why are the most tasty baked goods the ugliest ones?) This visit, I got my glazed twisted, plus a few others to take home: a maple bar, a strawberry glazed with sprinkles and a raspberry jelly-filled donut. The service here is so quick. There were three people in front of me, but I waited maybe 30 seconds before someone was helping me. Then I was on my way with my bag of donuts in less than two minutes. There are some tables inside, so you can stay and eat your donuts here, if you want. I've never stayed and eaten inside a Pana. This is a grab-and-go joint to me. Donuts are my favorite sweet treat -- for my birthday every year, I get birthday donuts instead of birthday cake. So, of course, I had to eat my donut right away and it did not make it home. Instead, it was eaten while I was driving, which is the best way to eat things. There's nothing like driving through construction traffic on the east side with sticky, glazed fingers.
