It was so runny it felt like I was eating a bowl of cereal, not a thick açaí bowl. The toppings? Had to go on a full treasure hunt to even find them. It was so runny the fruit & toppings sunk to the bottom. They had my dasher message me that they were out of peanut butter, which is so annoying because what's the point of açaí with no drizzle? The only positive thing I can say about this bowl is the fruit was fresh & tasted good. Other than that, this was a waste of $25. It genuinely made me feel more sick than before. It looks NOTHING like the pictures they promote online, it's a straight up scam. Thank god DoorDash gave me a full refund. Customer support was literally shocked at how I received my order and said they'd feel the same way. I was literally transferred to their Trust & Safety team because of how awful it was. It was good coffee, and surprisingly, it got better as it got cooler. I've never had that happen before! Usually, black coffee gets more bitter as it sits, but not so with Ziggi's. They sell a variety of baked goods, packaged cookies, premade breakfast burritos, as well as other beverages that aren't coffee, like smoothies, teas, and something called Energy Infusions. In fact, these kinds of drinks make up the majority of their menu, and their menu didn't even have regular coffee on it. I had to ask if they even sell drip coffee, and indeed they do.
