I haven't been here in awhile, but I wanted to get out and have something new for lunch. I ended up having a delicious green collagen smoothie, and a savory avocado toast! It was perfect for lunch! The staff was very friendly, and the space was clean and bright, can't wait to go back! read more

Ridiculous. I had time to write this review while waiting over 30 minutes for my smoothie order (1 smoothie). This was the second time I experienced this long wait. I ordered ahead for quick convenience. Nope! Got stuck in the drive through and couldn't leave ! Just lost a customer. Do not visit this restaurant unless you want to spend your Saturday in the drive through. read more

Wish I could give zero stars!!!!! We waited almost an hour to get our smoothie bowls / supposedly they were making them when we finally got to the window. We pulled into a parking space to eat them immediately. They were completely liquid!!!! What the heck?!?! There were four people working in there and there was 20 minutes In between each car. Nope!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I've never totally understood how on earth it takes these people twenty minutes to make two smoothies....but this has got to be the slowest location of all. Rude employees, with no care for customer service. Save yourself the trouble and make the extra miles up and drive to the Greenwood location!!!!! Thumbs down guys! Just because it's located next to a gym doesn't mean we want to grow older waiting in line.....step it up guys!!!! read more

Yneed to improve on you drive thru time. It takes on average 20 minutes to get thru the lime. That's ridiculous. Half the time the drive thru doesn't even move in a normal fashion. Two people will go then there will be a ten min wait then another two. Get more employees or show them how to do the work effectively bc at this point y'all service is trash AF. read more

Service here has been terrible. Last two times I have been in the orders have took 30+ minutes. One time I even ordered ahead on the app and it still took long. Completely unacceptable and a waste of time. read more

I'd long wanted to give Smoothie King a try, but it seems like when I'm in the area of one I'm either completing a task or having a meal somewhere else. However, after having an early lunch today I headed out to Hancock County for some chill time (NOTE: This means driving fast on country roads). The first Smoothie King opened in 1989 in New Orleans. They have approximately 1,300 locations including the U.S., around 130 in South Korea, and spots in the Cayman Islands and Trinidad and Tobago. Fun Fact - while you look at their logo and see a crown, it's actually designed so that the 3 points of the crown represent people and the Smoothie King commitment to community. Additionally, the last point of the crown is reaching out and is intentionally designed to signify reaching out to others. I will admit that I consider Pendleton Pike an odd location for a Smoothie King, but this one sure seems to stay busy so I'm obviously wrong. They do have a drive-thru. You can also order for contactless pick-up and there are delivery options. In 2017, Smoothie King made a franchise wide commitment to clean blends. They also have corporate partnerships with Challenged Athletes Foundation, Drew Brees, and Smoothie King Center. They do have an app and do offer rewards (though it's worth noting this was not mentioned today as I went to the drive-thru). The menu does take some getting used to, though the employees are friendly and helpful. Essentially, there are different types of blends that you pick based upon the purpose of your smoothie - getting fit, staying slim, being well, taking a break, and others. I'd initially looked online and studied the menu, though it's presented somewhat differently than the drive-thru menu and I found that what I'd thought I was going to get ended up being set aside for something else. The smoothies come in 20, 32, and 40 ounce. These are definitely not inexpensive. Most 20-ounce smoothies are in the $5 range, 32-ounce in the just under $8 range, and 40-ounce a little bit higher. Basically, you're drinking your meal. They do have $5 Fridays that offer 32-ounce smoothies at $5. I ordered a 32-ounce Coffee High Protein Almond Mocha. It includes cold brew coffee, dates, nonfat milk, dairy whey blend, almonds, whey protein, and 100% cocoa. It packs 400 calories, 12g of fat, 45g of carbs, and 30g of protein. It also has 74 mg. of caffeine. It's a serious kick. You can get ingredients and allergens for all the smoothies and considering their creative blends you definitely want to do so if you have serious food allergens. It came out nicely prepared and blended. It had a nice chill to it. I definitely enjoyed it and would easily order it again. I will admit it feels weird to spend eight bucks for a smoothie, but this truly does qualify as a meal for me and I definitely enjoyed it. I may very well return on $5 Friday and try something different. While the drive-thru is nice and convenient, there's no denying that with them making smoothies upon order it's not a super quick process. Mine was fairly straightforward without additions (you can add things like probiotics or fiber, etc. typically for $.99). Having finally tried Smoothie King, I'll definitely be back. This is also a more formal intro into smoothies for me and there's other places here in Indy to try. However, this Smoothie King is actually pretty close to my home and I look forward to returning in the near future. While I didn't go inside, this strip center has appropriate curb cuts and accessible parking. The neighborhood can be a little questionable, though during the day it's not bad. read more

I really love Açaí bowls and smoothie king did not disappoint. I had the Go-Go Goji Berry bowl and it was truly incredible! I went through the drive through and it was a great experience. The person who took my order was so friendly and nice. 10/10 experience for myself and my dog :) read more

The middle aged white woman who made my drink had her mask tucked under her chin (we have a mask mandate in effect due to the pandemic). Additionally, she added more ice to my drink after blending it but didn't blend it well enough the second time. This made it impossible to drink using the straw. The ice chunks were huge. This is the most sub-par Smoothie King experience I've ever had. read more

The service continues to get better. Today I ordered ahead, arrived a little early and a young lady at the counter greeted me with a welcome. The order time was to be done by 146 pm and I had the drink in my hand at 145. She smiled (through the mask) and was very jovial and told me to have a great day. This is the type of service to expect and I am happy! Keep up the great work! You knocked it out of the park today! read more

When I discovered that they sell Acai Bowls, I jumped right on it! Now I'm hooked. The only issue is that when I started getting them, they filled the bowls completely up. The last 2 times I've ordered them, the bowls were 3/4 full. I usually get the Goji Bowl and it's always refreshing on a hot summer day. Peanut is always a great add on. read more

Stopped by this smoothie king after some hiking at fort Harrison state park. I am a smoothie king lover, but it was my first time at this location. I actually ordered ahead on the app. I pulled up 5 minutes before the estimated pickup time on the app and they already had my drinks ready! Not to mention, it looked like they were pretty busy. I was pretty impressed by that efficient customer service. My go to smoothie here is the Vegan Dark Chocolate Banana (and add peanut butter). So good, a must try! read more

Smoothie is always good but if I order through the app and it say it's ready why am I getting there and it's still not done? So let me just say that I am super excited about the fact that they opened a Smoothie King 10 minutes from me. I'm a huge fan of Smoothie King. So I stopped by today and visited this location. The staff was very friendly and the store is very clean . On Fridays they run a promotion where you can get a 32 oz smoothie for $5 which is amazing. I ordered a strawberry kiwi smoothie no add-ins and it came up to $5.38. Even though there was a drive-through line. I went inside and I was able to get in and out within I would say 5 minutes. I definitely will be returning to this location. read more

I am a huge Smoothie King fan and am excited for this new location in the Lawrence area. There's nothing like this place nearby! This location is very clean, well put together, and fully staffed. My favorite part: they have a drive thru! Score! If you want something equally healthy and delicious, try the Lemon Ginger Spinach. For a sweet treat, the Pineapple Surf rocks! If you need a boost of energy, the Almond Mocha Coffee High Protein is a favorite and I love adding raspberries to it. Get the app and get points for money off future smoothies with each purchase. On Fridays, most are $5 for a 32 ounce except for Meal Replacements (look for the MR on the menu) which are $6. Each receipt allows you to do a survey for $1 your next purchase. Check this place out - you'll love it like I do! read more

I've come to this location multiple times to get "the hulk" strawberry 32 ounce. It's amazing. The people there have always been extremely nice and welcoming! Thank you for your great customer service. There was a girl working drive through today that got yelled at by a customer for no apparent reason (through the drive through window)... that girl working in the window did nothing to deserve that. The worst Smoothie King out there!!! If you love Smoothie King, don't go here! Your drink will NEVER be consistent and you may even find your drink tastes more like watery... something. You won't even recognize the flavor you wanted it's so bad. Sometimes the ice isn't crushed up completely so good luck trying to drink it. They also take FOREVER! I sat 40 mins in the drive through with only 5 cars including me in line. They have no clue what they're doing! Don't waste your time or money here! They're awful! read more

Fast service and convenient drive through! Friday $5 smoothies need to be a thing the rest of the week.

I really hate that I have to do this review, but enough is enough. I go to this Smoothie king just about every day or every other day. Ever since the bowls came out they really hate it and you can tell, they make the bowls and smoothies according to their attitudes. Not too long ago i walked in to place a order, and there was only two people working, the girl that was in there said in a nasty way to another customer that "we are taking online orders only, we are short of help" but nobody was in the store. So I just sat down and placed my order, that was uncalled for. Another time I placed a order, I had 2 bowls and 2 smoothies with the smoothies you dare ask for the allergy bowl. So on this visit, I get my PB Swizzle xtra strawberries xtra peanut butter the girl handed me the bowl with NO bananas. I spend way to much money in this Smoothie King it's the only one that close to my house and, I drive miles one just to get attitude. I've been using the app more just so that I can run in and run out. But still it doesn't matter. However I prefer to go in the store because and get the of the allergy bowl, my husband got a smoothie from there, and within seconds he broke out itching. They make you what they want you to have, not what you placed online. I hate spending my money in an establishment and get major attitude and not quality of service, I understand they are high school kids, but this is a business, I work in a casino and if I treated my customers in the manner that they do, i would be fired with the quickness. Customer service is everything to me. read more

You're going to wait for your smoothie here A looooooong time but I am so glad they have a Smoothie King in Lawrence I will just pray it gets better. The older gentleman in there is quite nice. If I could I would rate them a 0 star. The lack of professionalism and hospitality is unreal. So rude right to your face and god forbid you order every Friday just to be met with eye rolling. I went through the drive-thru. After I'd already paid, as I sat and waited, I could see the girl making my smoothie in the reflection off of the plexi-glass Covid panels they have at the counter. I watched her lean forward and spit in the blender before pouring the smoothie into the cup. Nasty nasty nasty. I second guessed myself but the look the cashier gave me when she handed the smoothie through the window confirmed it for me. $12 is a small price to pay to know how disgusting their workers are. All I did was order a smoothie. I was polite. I paid in cash. It couldn't have been out of spite for me as a person. Even if it was a personal vendetta the cashier knew and still handed it to me. Smoothie King, I've always enjoyed your menu, but I'm not coming back until you're fully automated. read more

I have been to this location 5 times and every time has been a bad experience.Don't know what the problem is with this locatio. Most of the time its not just the smoothie itself but the horrible attitude from some of the workers. oh my goodness this was the worst service ever it was 4 girls seemed pretty young one had 2 long braids and another had an rbf the one w the rbf made our smoothie bowls and it only took her 45 minutes 2 make two and when she gave them two us they were basically all the way melted and had chunks of ice in them my mom got extra bananas and they didn't even cut it up also in the middle of making our smoothies she stopped while constructing them to take other people's orders resulting in her having to remake our smoothies. if i was the owner i would fire that girl. oh and also we ordered 20 minutes before we got there in total waiting over an hour to get our smoothies and it wouldn't be that bad if they were trying but one of them was on her phone instead of working talk to the girls working sunday may 21st 2023 at 2:00ish read more

First time at smoothie king ever. Smoothies taste great, but we pulled into the drive thru not sure if what we wanted. The First Lady greeted us very kindly, and we asked for a moment to look. Not even a minute later, another lady came on the headset and stated " welcome to smoothie king, order when you're ready, I know we get paid by the hour but we trying to get these smoothies out" which was very shocking.
