It makes no exception for social distancing but is very explicit in who is to wear masks. Well, this is embarrassing…read more Should I tell? Of course. So, after the Color Run, I had trouble taking out my contact lens. I have worn contacts for at least 7 years with only one minor mishap. This is the second, more ridiculous and expensive mishap. I had a big glob in my eye, and I'm sure the color powder had something to do with it. I wanted someone good to look at it. I found this place on my insurance website. Having no clue as to whom to choose, I decided to pick a doctor that appeared to have an East Indian name. Dr. Saira Choudhri. Perfect. The office was kind of hard to find, but I did after some driving around. It's across from the Loop behind the Vitamin Shoppe in a professional office park. I just felt like everyone in the waiting room was old. I was the only young person. The feel was clinical, and rather impersonal. It needs warmth. Not a discount, just an observation. Dr. Saira Choudhri is more qualified than necessary. More beautiful than necessary. So, here I am, with blue still coming out of my nose from color run, and now yellow coming out of eyes, with a gorgeous, overqualified eye doctor taking out my daily contact lens with no effort at all that I had been trying to get out for the past 3 days. And she tells me I have allergies in that eye, gives me my drops, and I am on my way. And I am suppose to see her again in 6 months. I felt as if I was dealing with competent people here who really know their stuff. It's a professional and clean environment, and would definitely recommend. I just don't think you'll go there to make BFF. See, told you it was ridiculous.

I had such a severe double astigmatism and now I see clear as day after my LASIK procedure. The consultation, the surgery itself, and all follow-up appointments were a breeze. I was so anxious and the team took great care of me. Also, the pricing is great compared to others in the area and there was barely any waiting time as well. The literal only issue would be the parkinglot. It's a little crowded and spaces are small, but, that's downtown Orlando for ya!

It was not taking my payment which they said they would call me for to get the payment issue resolved. A good two plus weeks during the holidays go by and no call back so I called to check on the order. That's when they take the missing payment, telling me the order was not fulfilled due to this and me thinking that perhaps the payment had finally gotten processed, was done. Nope. A delay. Another few weeks go and I call... I get told that insurance denied it due to another customer who has the same name and birthday as me, so they are going to contact them and try it again. More weeks go by and I call yet again. Get told the same thing so I ask of the other person has a middle initial, they do not whereas I do. They try again and it seems that the error has been corrected. Again, I am waiting. I called back several days later and get told that the glasses should be here last week. Nope. It isn't until today, 02-17 that they are finally here. Why did I need to be calling so constantly for updates? Why was this issue with the other person not easily resolved since it's obvious we are not the same person? They have a variance which is easy to see with the middle initial which is displayed in my name. The glasses fit well but this last situation has put a dent in my confidence with the service. I was told the issue was now a delay with VSP, which is my vision caretaker so now I don't know where the error truly lay.
