After a long research I choose Lake Nona ophthalmology, and I booked consultation with DR Patel , upon my arrival I was greeted with a pleasant and courteous staff , the office was bright, nice ,and clean. I first came in contact with Beatrice the clinical manger who is extremely kind and very welcoming. She made me feel at ease as if I know her my whole life and she did all the scanning . Then I met with Dr Patel who recommended the refractive surgery instead of EVO ICL which is why I booked the consultation in the first place. Dr Patel took the time to explain the reasons behind his recommendation , answered all my questions , and educated me on what to expect during and after the procedure. Furthermore; he called me personally to check on me a day later after surgery. All I can say is that Dr Patel give me another chance to perfect vision. I would highly recommend Dr Patel and his stuff especially Beatrice and Dr Ahmed Thank you

Him and his wife run their office in Oviedo/Winter Springs and it may be small but it's very mighty. I can't say enough about how amazing the two of them are, and it's so obvious that they love what they do, and they love doing it together. Can you say wholesome? I actually moved to the DC area a few years ago and I still make sure I book my appointment with Dr. Garone when I come back home to Orlando for the holidays. I still order my contact lenses through him, too - he's got the best deals. I am very vision impaired (-8.0/-8.5) and he's made it a much better experience than I ever thought possible. The best!!!

Plus he always goes out of his way to get you the best deal on the price of contact lenses. Top notch doctor. The best eye doctor I've been to in my 25 short years. In my entire life, I have never been to an office that had such a great on-time performance. I've been coming here for the last five years and don't believe I've ever waited 5-10 minutes beyond my appointment time to be seen. The providers are skilled and do excellent work. And if you need to have larger excisions, they even do complementary scar treatment, which is a grand bargain. I have high standards and visit 3-6 times a year as a pale skinned person who grew up in Florida. The few negative reviews you seen here are not indicative of my countless experiences. I also know other people who feel the same way. The negative reviews are from people who are probably always negative, and don't handle mistakes or miscommunications the right way. I can have an appointment for 8am and before 8:30am I am done and in my car ready to go. I started coming here for alopecia treatments many years ago and had to start coming again for the same thing. Outside of getting monthly injection treatments they also offered me a prescribed topical ointment that's been working nicely. I've also had moles checked with my yearly check-ups and had some laser treatment to remove some spots I was self-conscious about. Regardless of what I've been here for I always feel comfortable and well-cared for which is why I highly recommend this place. The parking may seem tricky since this building is right off of a main road and you'll only see a few spots in the front, but there is plenty of parking in the back. And there's an entrance from the back as well so you don't have to walk around and in through the front.
