This is the second time that I've taken off work and made the trip based on their guidance over the telephone. I'm no longer a patient with this organization, and I would highly recommend you consider how much time you may spend in dealing with their disorganization. The manager helped me after the original employee billed my insurance and credit card to another patient. That was the beginning of the first mistake. When my glasses finally came in the first time we realized that the same employee did not measure me correctly for my progressive lens. They remade my glasses however, the glasses still did not work. During this time, the manager assured me she was crediting my account for the full amount. I would not have to pay anything and on top of that she was giving me a credit on my account for future purchases. It took about two months for me to finally get glasses that worked. There were a lot of delays. This all started in January and today I received a bill. Upon investigating the bill, it was told that it was for some sort of protection plan that I absolutely did not ask for on these glasses nor I ever would have. There was no apologies from the billing office and she did not want to assist me at all. She told me she would put a hold on the account and wait for the manager to possibly contact them. But I would probably get another bill next month. There was nothing but chaos on the day that I chose my glasses in January. So many people walking around. It is very hard to know when it is your turn to be helped. My husband and I have used my eye doctor for many years. Needless to say we are done, will be finding someone else next year.

The entire team was incredibly professional and helpful from start to finish. It was very easy to make an appointment here, and there was very little waiting around involved when I actually arrived for my appointment. The doctor seemed very knowledgeable, and most importantly, the glasses I got have drastically improved my headaches and eye fatigue! I'm only knocking off one star because I felt like their selection of women's frames was a little limited. So they either blew the prescription or the manufacture, either way I am out a couple hundred bucks as they are unwearable. Ironically all the glasses I get online at Z**** are always right on the money.

First of all, the Dr's here are great!!!…read more I've been coming here for years and I can honestly say that no matter how early I've been for an appointment, they've never saw me at my scheduled time. I've always had to wait 25-30+ minutes to get back to see the doctor. I'm writing this review while sitting in the waiting room. I've been here for 45 minutes waiting. This is ridiculous. They need to respect that people have schedules of their own and if you're running behind, you should let people know instead of having us sitting here. Five more minutes and I'm going to have to make the awkward approach to the front desk to ask what's going on. I know their going to say "oh we're running behind". The same thing you should've said when I checked in so I could make an informed decision if I plan to wait or reschedule
