The manager helped me after the original employee billed my insurance and credit card to another patient. That was the beginning of the first mistake. When my glasses finally came in the first time we realized that the same employee did not measure me correctly for my progressive lens. They remade my glasses however, the glasses still did not work. During this time, the manager assured me she was crediting my account for the full amount. I would not have to pay anything and on top of that she was giving me a credit on my account for future purchases. It took about two months for me to finally get glasses that worked. There were a lot of delays. This all started in January and today I received a bill. Upon investigating the bill, it was told that it was for some sort of protection plan that I absolutely did not ask for on these glasses nor I ever would have. There was no apologies from the billing office and she did not want to assist me at all. She told me she would put a hold on the account and wait for the manager to possibly contact them. But I would probably get another bill next month. There was nothing but chaos on the day that I chose my glasses in January. So many people walking around. It is very hard to know when it is your turn to be helped. My husband and I have used my eye doctor for many years. Needless to say we are done, will be finding someone else next year.

After driving an hour I was told that I cannot pick up the lenses without rescheduling an appointment with the doctor. This is the second time that I've taken off work and made the trip based on their guidance over the telephone. I'm no longer a patient with this organization, and I would highly recommend you consider how much time you may spend in dealing with their disorganization. When I worked with Dr Washington she was fantastic, unfortunately I cannot continue to waste my time and money.

Dear Managers I am…read morewriting to file a formal complaint regarding the service I received at your Clermont office. I had an appointment with the orthopedic doctor and, afterwards, I was seen by an optometrist technician. I paid my deductible at that time. Later, when I returned to pick up my glasses, I immediately noticed that the prescription was incorrect and I could not see properly with them. I reported this issue to the optometrist technician, but instead of correcting it, I was told to "try the glasses for two weeks." Unfortunately, wearing them made my vision worse. After two weeks, I returned and requested to see the doctor again for the correct prescription. At that point, I was told I would need to make another payment before another appointment could be scheduled. This is unacceptable. I paid my deductible and trusted your office to provide me with the correct prescription. Instead, I received glasses that do not work, my vision was negatively affected, and I was asked to pay again to correct a mistake that was not mine. I am requesting: 1. A new and correct eye examination with the doctor at no additional cost. 2. Replacement glasses with the proper prescription. 3. Assurance that this type of issue will not happen again. I expect a prompt response to this matter. If it is not resolved quickly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to my insurance company and the appropriate regulatory authorities. She had broken her glasses and desperately needed a new pair before she left. She was also a bit overwhelmed by all the choices. Brandon helped her narrow down her choices very quickly and then ensured her two new pairs of glasses would arrive before she left for college. Arlene, his supervisor, also helped us when my daughter came back for her fitting since Brandon was helping another customer. She was quick, efficient, and very friendly. I also need to say that the place my daughter had her eye exam (not here) had very few options for glasses, they were all brand name, and the cheapest pair of FRAMES alone was around $250. Here my daughter walked out with TWO beautiful pairs of glasses including cutting edge thin lens, anti-glare, and blue light protection for around $330. I can't say enough good things about this Walmart vision center. We'll be back for all our glasses needs! Thank you Brandon and Arlene!
