Jocelyn was my Optician and there were so many other young ladies that deserve to be named, but I literally can't remember everybody. So today is December 10, 2019 and they are starting on my glasses. So we'll see how long it takes and most importantly, how well they turn out! I will update when I get my glasses. read more

This is by far the definition of excellence in every way! Both Dr Blick and Dr Wallace are compassionate,caring informative and you feel like you have known them both your entire life! The front desk staff and every single employee greets you and makes you feel like you're the only one there they are cheerful helpful and patient! You get great customer service with a smile in a very clean and modern-looking facility. I felt right at home and so did my family. I've been going here for 3 years and every visit it just as great as the one before it. These folks are very professional and do a great job. If you have any problem with your glasses or lenses, just let them know and they will do everything they can to remedy the issue. I needed a new eye doctor and was impressed but a bit skeptical by all of Envision's 5 star reviews -- the masses are right, Dr. Blick is amazing! The office is gorgeous. Truly stunning. I had to wait just a few minutes for my appointment, but it is a relaxing environment and there are millions of frames to look at/try on. My appointment was easy and super efficient. Dr. Blick was incredibly warm, friendly and chatty while taking care of business. I have a strong and somewhat tricky prescription, and she answered all of my questions and helped me figure out the best options. I got a trial pair to test out (love that she had my unique prescription in stock -- many docs need to special order), and then came back for an adjustment when I realized something wasn't quite right (and they got me in for the follow up right away). The second pair was perfect, and my 6-month supply was ready in just a few days. The office staff is great, too -- very helpful in sorting out all of the insurance business, which is always appreciated. Prices for the exam and contacts were very reasonable; I didn't get frames, but it seemed like there was a nice mix of high-end and affordable options. This place is a gem! read more

Very modern and clean location and helpful staff! I've been getting eye care for over 15 years and this was probably the best experience. I only hope that one day (this is no reflection on this office) they find something better than blowing that puff of air in your eye! But the tech was very quick and didn't make me suffer too much. I saw Dr Wallace and he was knowledgeable and didn't give me a hard time since I'm an extended contact wearer and know better. Highly recommend. Dr. Blick came highly recommended by several of my friends who go there. I can see why! The office is beautiful, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the appointment was a breeze. My whole life I've always dreaded the eye dr (not really sure why other than my eyes are super sensitive to the bright light they use and I hate the air puff test) but Dr. Blick may have just got me over that fear. The selection of frames were great...wish they had some more sunglass choices, but it's still pretty good. Can't wait to get my new glasses! Well, I've had better. I like Dr. Blick, and she is the reason I kept going back, but this past time they got my prescription wrong twice. She tried telling me my eyes changed in 3 months, I went with it but didn't believe it. Anyways, the prescription was wrong the first, and second time. They were gonna try and charge me the 30 to see her again but thankfully didn't. When i ordered the NEWER glasses, they got the prescription wrong again. I had to wait ANOTHER two weeks. It was already 3-5 months without me seeing properly which also affected my job and everyday life. I told them if they didn't find a new lab I would be switching companies, and I decided I am going to do that. Its sad, I like Dr. Blick and the office staff is nice. Wish they would switch labs though. I didn't like that they tried BSing me. So they lost a customer. They did at least make it right, but after all that stress of me not seeing properly for MONTHS. I am still adjusting. read more

Both my son and I had been going to Dr. Blick and her offices for many years. My last visit will be the last time. Approximately 12 pm on March 21st, I entered the office to pick up my corrected glasses. Tone, an associate, was showing another female patient some designer frames. I mentioned to the patient that she should check out the Tiffany frames. She tried on the Tiffany frames, model 2076B. She stated the price of the frames as $189. I asked about the pair of Tiffany frames for $189 and Tone confirmed the tagged price. She selected Michael Kors frames. Tone placed the Tiffany frames, 2076B, on top of a nearby table. I inquired with Tone about the Tiffany frames priced at $189. He showed me the 2076B frames. I tried on the 2076B Tiffany frames. I brought them over to the table where I was waiting for the associate who had been adjusting my glasses. Dr. Christine Blick walked another patient to the service counter a few feet away from me, when I mentioned to her how I just found Tiffany frames for $189. She said, "Good for you!" I stated I was going to purchase them at that time to have my prescription added to the Tiffany frames. She said, "That's great." I was waiting for the associate, who had stepped out of the room to adjust my frames, when she returned to where I was sitting. I told her to please write up a new order for the Tiffany frames, model 2076B. She left the room and returned to inform me that Jenna, Dr. Blick's daughter and office manager, said the frames were incorrectly priced and are supposed to be $489. I stated that the frames were marked $189 and had to be sold at the price tagged. Jenna declared that she would not sell the frames for $189 and reiterated the frames were priced incorrectly. I informed her that this is considered "bait and switch". She repeated the price of the frames as $489. She quickly grabbed the frames from me, pulled them close to her chest, and repeated that the frames would not be sold to me for $189. I stood up to leave and she said, "Bitch!" then smirked. I left the office without saying a word around 1pm. I have since also learned of several of my coworkers who have also had negative experiences with this office regarding price discrepancies. read more

Found Dr. Blick after having a less than stellar year with a different eye doctor in the area. The minute I met her she put me at ease immediately and I have not stopped raving about her and her staff since. Not only does she have a wonderful "bed side manner" but her knowledge of eye care and more actually has been a welcomed breathe of fresh air when dealing with a medical professional. She talks to you as a peer and not just a patient and always has you laughing. And on top of it, the offices are beautiful and chic straight out of a magazine.
