Cannot make glasses to save their life. Had an appointment on September 1st. Took 3 weeks to get the frames in to check sizing. Then proceeded to take over a month to get the glasses. Reflections were atrocious and the prescription was horrible. Told they can only fix them for free once - sent them out to get remade took from november till just before Christmas to get the pair back and it's still the absolute worst reflections I have ever had in a pair of glasses. Perfect reflection of anything illuminated behind me. Atrocious delivery times, and did not fix issue. They work horrendously restrictive hours for anyone with a job. Just go to LensCrafters. This is appalling. read more

I've been a patient here for the last 2 years. The area is great and the office is very visually appealing. The staff is very friendly and professional. The ease of obtaining appointments is convenient. The eyewear selection is fantastic. There are many designer selections to choose from: Coke Haan, Versace, Ray Ban & Coach, just to name a few. They are open from 8 am to 12 pm on Saturdays, which is great for those patients who work Monday through Friday. Dr. Wallace is very friendly and easy to talk to. He explains everything in details in regards to your exam, as well as he listens to any concerns you may have. The only gripe I have about this office is that it is so expensive! I'm not sure if this is an up charge due to the office's premium location or what, but I find that I always pay a lot more out of pocket for my glasses and contacts here than I have at any other office. This may be a reason for me to switch my optometrist for this running insurance year, which is unfortunate, but I refuse to overpay for glasses just because the office is in an upscale part of town. read more

I'm glad I did. The staff is top notch from the check in staff, to the optometrist to the optical staff. Everyone is courteous and professional. The optometrists explain all the tests given and the results. The optical staff are very patient and helpful in choosing the right glasses for your needs. I can say that I have found the best set of eyeglasses based on their help. In addition they will explain all your options for lenses and will steer you to the right ones not the highest cost ones. I've been going to my eye doctor for at least 25 years. But I was tired of driving all the way back into Orlando to see him. I needed someone closer to my home now. I saw the reviews on Yelp for Envision and thought I'd give them a try. The office is large and beautiful. Everyone there was pleasant and helpful. I was shocked at how high tech and efficient everything was. My previous doctor was very old school looking back now I saw Dr. Wallace. He was very kind and took a lot of time to explain different things to me. He even stopped to look up pictures on the internet to explain something he saw on one of my eyes. When looking for new glasses, the staff was very helpful and didn't rush me at all. I will get them in a week or so. But overall I had a great experience. read more

This practice is absolutely fantastic! The facility is beautiful, the staff is so friendly and welcoming ( I love that they have the desks right there and welcome you there right away instead of having a standard check in process) and everyone is very knowledgable. The visit got off to a rough start due to my own confusion about my insurance and they did a fantastic job of helping me understand, explaining my options and very sweetly working around my changing my mind halfway through the appointment. Dr. Blick herself was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and very very personable. She's hyper over-qualified for a standard eye exam (but doesn't make you feel like she's too good to be there) and is very willing to answer any questions you have. One of the easiest doctors offices I have ever worked with. As soon as I walked in to the modern and brightly lit looking space, I was greeted by a smiling face. Very kind, professional, and funny. Once I saw the Doctor, she went through all my questions making me feel right at home. She also made me feel appreciated to be one of her patients, which is something doctors do not always do. She then decided it might be a good idea for me to wear glasses. She brought me out to one of her associates Patrick, who assisted me with choosing. Which was a lot harder than I thought it was going to be. I have to admit, it had to have taken me about 20 minutes to finally come to a final choice. He was very patient and helpful in that regard. Hey everybody. At my age(not too old) I have tried the "Chain Stores," and the people that are employed at those places behave nice to your face. But, after your credit card is swiped, they are just "on to the next!" Not with Dr. Blick and her amazing group of professionals! Dr. Blick shared, unsolicited by the way, a medical fact that she knows re certain medications that actually EXTENDS YOUR LIFE! So funny, on the way out of the examining room Dr Blick said to me, "So I hope you like your life!" Because of the aforementioned side-effect of a medication I take! Really cool, she didn't HAVE to say that, BUT SHE DID! That is what you get at Envision Eye Care. Along with wonderful people who do REALLY CARE ABOUT YOU! Hey, are they the least expensive? To say I'm judgmental when it comes to doctors would be an understatement. I find their lack of empathy and compassion frustrating ... but this visit was a breath of fresh air! The staff was beyond kind and caring, but the the gem is the doctor herself.. she was so thoughtful and kind yet knowledgeable and helpful.
