What to say about Envision Eyecare? I do have plenty.... and it's plenty good. First - you walk into this very posh eyeglass setting & think they'd better be as good as it looks. Guess what? They. Are. That brings me to... Second - the staff. They are an incredible group. All of them are smiling, welcoming, and cheerful, so that translates to - they love their job. The staff knows exactly what is expected of them, and they go about it with such ease and professionalism. As someone who suffers from anxiety, I appreciated how comfortable they made me feel (thank you, Jane) Third - Dr. Wallace. Wow! What an amazing doctor! He, too, put me right at ease. He treated me like I was the only patient he was seeing. Now, I know that wasn't true, but it is how he made me feel. Dr. Wallace explained every step along the way of my eye exam, so I felt very comfortable. But Dr. Wallace does something a lot of doctors don't do - he listens. I mean - he truly listens to all my concerns, thoughts, ideas, and answers every question to the very best of his ability. Yes, Dr. Wallace is a rare breed.... knowledgeable, thorough, friendly, explains everything, AND listens. Fourth - wait time. I found the wait time to be minimal. From start to finish, I think I was there roughly 45 minutes to an hour, and didn't mind a minute of it. (My old ophthalmologist would leave me waiting from an hour to an hour and a half. Then after I finally get in, he'd push me right out, just as quickly as I walked in the exam room door. Found out he overbooks and overlaps his appointments. Soooo happy I don't go there anymore and hope I never need to see him as a surgeon.) Fifth- the really nice thing about Envision Eyecare is - if I'd rather get my glasses from somewhere else, they're fine with that. You feel no pressure to purchase from either the doctor or his staff. With immense gratitude, I am extremely happy that I changed eye doctors. Envision Eyecare in Celebration is an outstanding option from beginning to end. Delightful Dr. Blick cares for patients with state-of-the-art equipment in a beautiful, stylish environment. The space is bright and airy with a unique view of an enclosed courtyard, located centrally in the building. I love that feature. The inside has an elegant feel with beautiful chandeliers and immaculate white displays. My previous eye doctor had a kind of run-down office and the furniture looked like it was picked up at the side of the road. This office is a 100% improvement. Dr Blick is is fun to interact with while performing her services in a professional manner. The staff is a pleasure to deal with which a pleasant surprise as doctor's offices go. Dr. Blick is my eye doctor for life! She is a fantastic, knowledgeable doctor who is extremely personable and cares about you as a person, not just your eyeballs. She always remembers me & asks about my family by name when I come in annually (either because she's that sharp or takes excellent notes) but none of my other doctors do that) and is a delight. Her staff at the counter who check you in and help pick out your glasses are always a delight and are phenomenally helpful, and are equally part of the reason I will return to Dr. Blick for life - even though I've moved 30 minutes away. Envision eyecare is the Bentley or Lamborghini of eyecare. Dr. Blick is extremely knowledgeable about eyecare and eyecare health. Dr. Blick and her staff are professional yet friendly and very helpful.. This facility is clean. They promote cleanliness and COVID-19 protection protocols with hand washings by both Dr.& clients, sanitation disinfectant after each client, hand sanitizer throughout the facility and staff and clients are required to wear mask. They're not only looking out for your eyecare but they are ensuring a clean safe healthy environment for everyone... I went for my contact adjustment appointment and was in and out within 30 minites. Dr. Blink was kind as always and took the time to listen to me and then find a solution!
