Dr. Salinas is the best eye doctor I've been to. He's very knowledgeable about symptoms of eye pain…read moreand why they occur. He answered all my questions and concerns and didn't make me feel rushed at all. He's very personable and easy to get along with! The office staff is super helpful, they were able to get my husband and I appointments right next to each other, so we could come at the same time. They also explained our insurance coverage to us really well, in regard to getting eye glasses. They have a fairly large selection of eye glasses to choose from if you end up needing them. I took a picture of one panel of glasses, but they have 4 or 5 more outside of the picture I took. There's lots of parking available! I highly recommend Dr. Salinas and his office team and will continue to go to them every year that I'm living in Orlando.

I took my 15-year-old daughter to the doctor so she could start wearing contact lenses, as she's…read morebeen wearing regular glasses for two years and doesn't like them. After an hour-long lecture from Dr. Salina's, he decided NOT to give us a prescription for her contact lenses because, according to him, she should wear regular glasses for three months and then come back for the contact lenses. Where does this make sense if she's been wearing glasses for two years? Obviously, they charge for regular glasses and then we have to come back for the contact lenses and guess what? Pay again If I want my daughter to wear contact lenses, it's NOT the doctor's decision, because I didn't go to a doctor's appointment to have a kidney removed or to get for her a breast augmentation. It's hard not to feel as though them selling the glasses only to have me buy the contacts as well in three months was more important than what the patient actually needed.

I don't know why I keep giving this place second chances. Is it something about the optical…read moreemployee and their snobby attitude, or the incompetent doctor who only wants to sell me disposable contacts when I want yearly wear? But I digress. Today, I decided to give it another try, but before I spend my hard-earned money, I want to ask a simple question: Do they do dry eye tests? The doctor asked me to do one to see if I have Sjögren's syndrome, and that's one of the tests I need to take. Well, the snobby optical employee said they are not going to take either of my insurances, my eye or medical, and it's going to cost me out of pocket. I asked, "Okay, so how much?" She said, "Sit down and wait for the doctor to come out so you can ask her." So I decided to wait. Finally, she came out; they decided to have a Sunday brunch chat instead of answering my simple question. Then the doctor walked away. Mind you, other people came in for their appointments, and the same snobby employee was super friendly with them, but to me, she wanted to have an attitude. I followed my instincts and left. I know when I am not welcome, and every time I come to this place, I feel burned. This is my last chance with this place. I can't spend over $1,000 and be treated like I'm getting my yearly exam and glasses for free.

This is the second exam I've had here at this location and I have nothing but good things to say…read moreabout the doctor and the employees here. Today, I had an appointment with the independent optometrist Dr.Linda John-Finn. She is absolutely amazing and very personable! She's the best eye doctor I've ever had! She's extremely knowledgeable and professional. Making the appointment was so easy, I made it online and then shortly after I received a confirmation email with the time and date. For some reason it didn't make my husbands appointment but I called to see if I could get him in as well and unfortunately there were no appointments but she did call me the following day saying she could get us both in at 12p! So the fact the front receptionist remembered me was so thoughtful! After the eye exam you can look around the VisionWorks area and get your contacts and look for glasses if you are interested. I can't wait to come back for my next exam! Definitely recommended!

Overall such a pleasant experience. My eye exam was quick and easy with Keith and Dr. Maggie Toth…read more On the sales side, Nehru was so patient with me and a joy to converse with. He allowed me to explore the entire inventory, showed me all my transition color options, gave me prices with and without features so I could make the best decision that I would leave happy with. Left with a beautiful pair of prescription glasses and 50% off a second pair of prescription sunglasses. I love them and can't wait to get them in! Thank you to the entire team for an efficient and pleasant experience. I recommend this location to everyone I know. I went to a different Lens crafter's location last year and the experience was not the same.

I selected my frames, sat. Own with the very young sales lady and when she worked up my out the door price she gave me a price of $900 plus after my insurance.I asked her go show me the breakdown on her tablet and she just would not let me get close enough to see it. She was so rude, disrespectful and I felt that she was calculating for her own sales goals. I left and took my prescription down the street and my cost was $249 for the same exact designer frames, same prescription, lens extras like scratch, glare, etc. This place is a joke! Go to Pearl Vision down the street so you don't get raked over the coals!!!!!!
