She's been doing my hair for a few years and she is the balayage and haircut queen!!! My hair was super long and it was time for a chop and balayage and then I just chopped more and added a partial highlight and I love it! My hair is so healthy and it always comes out perfect! My hair is brown and a stylist bleached it a horrible brassy blonde. Rachel was able to figure out how to get my natural color back. Scheduled with Allison A month in a half in advance for my mother and I to have a mom daughter day. Received a text that morning she had an emergency and has to cancel us. Which I totally understand things come up. I texted three days later to see if and when we could rescheduled. I was told another stylist could do our hair. Then was told Rachel was available and would be in contact. I told her we would need a late Friday or Saturday since I'm back at work. The next day I received a text from Rachel stating she didn't have anything those days and she could see if one of the other stylist could get us in. I asked if Allison was going to be out awhile and we are willing to wait for her up to two to three weeks if needed. This was the last I heard from Rachel. It has been five days and crickets. I felt like we totally got blown off and it isn't easy to just take time off work. A phone call would have been nice to say if we could have scheduled with her later or not. Or a text. So. Treated myself to a facial with Erin today. It was exactly what I needed. Walking in, I was warmly greeted by the Stylists and the Owner. The space is beautiful, calming, and welcoming. Erin came out to greet me right away and took me to a cozy, dimly-lit, oasis of a room. She asked me about my skin concerns so she could tailor my facial to me specifically. I had my first visit here with Nicole for a cut/balayage this week. She was fantastic!!! I found the salon through Yelp and was sold by pictures I saw of cute short haircuts because I was ready to cut inches off and needed to know it would turn out well. Still, it's nerve wracking to go to a new stylist. Nicole was SO sweet and the salon is adorable, ambience is great. The girls are really friendly and want to make sure you leave happy. I came in with some seriously damaged hair from years of blondeing/meds etc. And I was a little worried about judgment but I received none and she was totally willing to work with my ideas. I'm not sure why it's taken me so long to write this review. I've been going to Paramount to see Jessika since August 2018. I was 8 months pregnant slowly recovering from severe hair loss from gastric bypass and I got on Yelp and tried finding a last minute salon that could try and help me. I called and the owner said she had one girl with a last minute cancellation and I bolted to Temecula. I needed blue/black color and I had low expectations for a cut because my hair was growing in so uneven but I thought let's let her do her thing and if I hate it it's just hair right? It took me a good week to look at myself in the mirror and see my new cut and think wow my hair looks the healthiest it's ever been. It was hard to ever picture myself without long flowing hair but after so much damage she found a cut that complimented my face and the crazy fact that I was about to be a mom.
