They provided me with price quotes for different gutter sizes and guard prices so I was able to pick the option that best fit our budget. I went with a brown tinted gutter so it had to be ordered. They kept me updated with the delivery status and scheduled the install as soon as they came in. The install was all done in one day and the new gutters look amazing on the house! However, a few days later some debris/garbage from one of WGH's neighboring jobs ended up in our yard as it was a windy day, and the cleanup wasn't as thorough as it should've been so debris was left in our yard. Martín, the owner, responded quickly, took full responsibility, and even came by in person to make sure everything was properly cleaned up. The communication could be better. I'm told they have a new system for appointments. When they did come they seemed efficient- 3 person crew. They were friendly. I can't really climb on the roof so I guess I can take their warranty and word the job was done right. In sum I think the communication could be better. Hopefully it was just a busy season and they fixed their kinks.
