I have a specific issue that I think any future customer should be aware of before agreeing to services. If you're going to use their services - and again, I was happy with the actual service - I strongly recommend you pay by cash or check. I had chosen to pay via credit card. Their credit card handling is ... not great. I expected the technician to use some kind of processor like a square reader, but the solution at the time was to call over to their office and read out my phone # and CVV to their office staff who would process the payment. That's not a great solution and borders on unacceptable in 2026. The office staff was not answering the phone at the time that my service was completed, so the technician told me that the office staff would reach out to me the next day, which from my perspective, no big deal. Ultimately I got in touch with the office staff and paid, via reading out my card # and cvv over the phone. Again, not great. A link to a payment website would do a lot to alleviate concerns. During this call I mentioned using an onsite reader or payment website as being far preferable to reading out a card # over the phone. Here's where things start to go very wrong. Later I spoke with the owner of the company who opened the phone call in an extremely aggressive manner, claiming that I had been mean to his staff and practically yelled at me because I was unwilling to pay by credit card. I was in fact at every point during this willing to pay by credit card. I do not want to get into a he said/they said re: whether or not I was mean to the office staff there. I definitely did unreservedly apologize on the phone to the owner for any negativity in my interaction with his staff. Whether or not I was actually mean is not important to the next point, and this is the important bit: The owner told me that "If I was so uncomfortable reading my card out over the phone, I could've written down my card # and given it to his guy". Now this, this is huuugely unacceptable. Anyone familiar with the standards around credit card number storage and transmission (PCI-DSS) should know that this is a big red flag. There are specific rules for storing credit card #s, and writing it down on an invoice and throwing it on the passenger seat while you drive to the next location is definitely NOT on the ok list. I really hope that the owner was just throwing out random ideas and that this doesn't reflect a common business practice. Certainly the technician did not offer this solution, as well he shouldn't given how problematic this is. I would also emphasize that practically by definition, this company doesn't just have your card # and cvv, they also have your full address (assuming you live at the location you got service at) and likely full legal name, so this is quite a bit worse than a company storing just your credit card #. Anyway, I myself will not be using their services again due to my extremely negative interaction with the owner. If you choose to use their service, please PLEASE use a check or cash, or at least verify that their card handling processes have improved since my date of service (March 2026).

We bought an old home with a lot of character a couple of years ago. We made the purchase knowing…read morethat it did not have central air and that we would have to be investing in a unit sometime down the line. While watching TV I saw a Logan AC commercial that talked about a January sale stating if you purchase an air conditioning unit in January the furnace is free. Now mind you I was not in the market for a new furnace but the commercial also mentioned free estimates. In my head I thought I should at least get an estimate. We were no where near ready to make a purchase, but more information is never bad. I signed up online for an appointment for the AC estimate. I believe it was scheduled for 4 days later. Day of Logan texts me an estimated time of arrival along with a full photo of the employee to arrive at my house. His name was Jeff and he was right on time. He went through our house, discussed our needs with us, and explained some options. He promised an e-mailed quote later that day. I was impressed with his sales skills and his knowledge. After looking through the quote and discussing the financing options with my husband I reached back out to Jeff the next morning. He stopped by my house on my lunch break and he further laid out the financing. They were offering (if approved) 0 down, 0 APR for 72 mo. I was not planning on getting an air conditioning unit and replacing a furnace now, but the deal seemed to good. So Jeff signed me up. Then everything happened so quick. Jeff had his team out to our house by 10am the next morning and before 4pm that night we had a brand new, fully functioning furnace and air conditioner. It was almost like I was in a dream! The team that installed our unit was lead by a great man. He was kind, knowledgable, caring, and contentious. It was a snowy day outside and our yard is muddy, he was respectful of our home and floors. He laid down drop cloths that they could walk on to come in and out. I could tell he was a hard worker, he definitely seemed to need to remind his other 2 teammates to do things right and pick up the pace many times throughout the day. I was thankful for him. I'm not sure I would have been as pleased if either of the two other guys were in charge or had come alone. Ultimately though, we were happy with the work and the thorough explanation from the lead installer after the fact. He made sure we had all need instructions before they cleaned up and headed out. And now we have a new furnace and for the first time ever central air in our house. It is amazing. What a great deal. There are a couple more days in January, if you happen to need a new furnace and air conditioner, I highly suggest giving Logan AC and Heat a call. Ask for Jeff to come out, he will sell you on anything.

Cannot get parts and will be left in a dangerous situation…read more Before you buy a Trane, you need to know the parts are proprietary. In my situation, from the time my 4-year-old furnace locked itself out, it will take, at a best-case scenario, 6 days for me to get a pressure switch delivered and installed. The high temperature in the time span is 16 degrees. With lows getting down to negative 3.
