That's what makes a place like this worth it over somewhere like Home Depot where none of the staff has any technical knowledge. They weren't the typically style of merch and instead had niche little details associated with each school - fields, traditions, names of halls and buildings, mascots etc. Things that alum would know and appreciate more intimately. There was constant communication between John and I and he arrived in a gorgeous delivery truck... yes, it really is gorgeous. The sofa was triple bubble wrapped and taped. I was gobsmacked. My worries about the sofa being dropped on concrete or the leather being scraped on a wall, vanished. John and Michael wheeled the sofa up to my apartment, centered it along my living room wall, removed the bubble wrap and, voilà, my boring white living room turned into Versailles. I enjoyed John and Michael so much. Afterwards, we had a nice visit complete with the requisite selfies. Never was buying a piece of furniture this easy and painless. I especially liked their mirrored glass coffee table. There was a sliding door on the side of the rectangle to allow you display items inside. And I loved their layered bookcase. It looked like someone glued multiple boxes to create a unique bookcase. I would recommend coming in for design ideas. One problem I had with the store was that nothing had a price tag except a couple of decanters ($800). We had no idea how much the sofa or any of the furniture would cost. Also, the staff was scarce. Each item was priced appropriately and I really love the quality. For a 1st apartment, my goal wasn't to spend thousands on big bulky furniture I wouldn't later want to commit myself to.
