Found these guys as responsive, reliable, straightforward and efficient in terms of communication,…read morebilling, etc. as it can be. Had them address a couple trees on a slope at a Dudley 4 family as well as pending brush removal job there. When questions come up regarding scope-of-work they took the time to communicate to clarify instead of blowing right through. Prompt e-mail communication and flexible payment arrangements. If office isn't there messages can be left and calls were returned. Reasonable pricing. Good experience.

The owner's personality gets him one star because he seems like a very nice guy. But,…read moreunfortunately, he's the definition of unreliable. A tree destroyed a small structure on my property during a March 2018 nor'easter. This company finally got the tree off my property after several delays and a couple of broken appointments, but I allowed a lot of leeway because of widespread damage and heavy demand for tree services. But even at the end of the day on a Friday near the end of July, this guy failed to make an arranged appointment. So, for the third time, he was a no show, no call, no email, no text, no return call to a message on his company phone (a cell phone). I feel it necessary to also add that when he finally did get the fallen tree off my property, his equipment (an old tractor with a fork lift on the front) left deep ruts in my lawn. I didn't require a fix because I had other contractors coming too (who were delayed because of his delays), but be aware of this possibility.

The price to paint our home's exterior was quite reasonable. We obtained three quotes. My husband and I were thrilled with the outcome. Many in our community have stopped to comment on a job well done. If needed, we would hire them again and have already sung their praises to others. I can be a difficult client and despite this phone calls/texts were responded to quickly and professionally. Shop no further. If you are looking to have the exterior of your home refurbished or painted top to bottom, hire Zach and his crew. You will not be disappointed. I do not give 5 stars easily - but in this case feel it may not be enough. Thank you Zach. I love my house again. - Elaine (and Ed) Murphy, Ware, MA

My experience with this company was even worse than awful, it was insulting. First, the person…read morecoming to do the estimate called me and tried to cancel the appointment because he was stuck in traffic and told me he had other appointments. This was after I had moved around meetings at work to accommodate the appointment. Then, when he got to my house and knocked at the door, he was trying to leave before I even walked down the stairs to open the door. He arrived in a station wagon with a ladder tied to the top of it and said he couldn't look at my skylight because he didn't have the proper equipment with him. Then he told me he was annoyed that he had to come to my house because he didn't schedule the appointment, his brother did. I would NEVER hire this company because of their lack of professionalism and seeming inability to even perform a simple estimate.
