If you want your granite job done right with incredible, personal service, Paragon Granite is your best choice! We couldn't be happier with our new granite countertops! Jeff, Todd and crew are top notch pros... and the office team are incredible to work with. There are a lot of "granite guys" out there, but if you want the best quality, value and the kind of service that makes you feel like family, go with Jeff, Penny(owners) and team is the way to go! Not only did we get a beautiful set of kitchen countertops, but we also made some good friends in the Hannings and t

Pleased paragon granite to fabricate and install our countertop. Shortly after they were installed our seems started to discolor and we called them a center rep out and said it was glue and that's just what happens when you have a light colored countertops would not ever recommend them as they do not stand behind their service

Paragon Granite did a fabulous job installing our Specchio White Quartz counter. Turn around time was 2 weeks. They were very professional and addressed all our concerns during and AFTER installation! Amy their sales coordinator always answered my questions promptly and was very accommodating. Jason is part of their team and was brilliant with troubleshooting problem areas during install. They weren't the least expensive nor the most expensive but they offered a fair price, we decided to go with them after multiple quotes . Skilled labor isn't cheap and cheap labor isn't skilled.Thank you Paragon Granite Team for our beautiful kitchen! You are a company that stands behind your work, I'd recommend them in a heartbeat!

Absolutely stunning when the light hits it!

They wanted to charge me 15% more to fabricate my granite I did not purchase from them. I called and she said it's an insurance policy

This company installed my kitchen counters. The caulking is sloppy, and the stone cracked but they just ignored it. 5/10. Sort of rude.

This is the BEST place to get granite/Quartz! They are very professional and 5 years later it still looks great.

I had asked him to look at an old house for a series of fixes it needed with floors, bathroom walls, exterior paint, and a bunch of other minor fixes; to get pricing and he was able to walk through and give us a lot of advice and options for what we could do along with price points that would work for us. Very professional, fast, and patient. I would seek him out again for any work.

The shower backs to my hall wood floor....within a short time I noticed bumbles appearing in my wood floor and I contacted the floor person.....bumbles in the wood is water damage!! By means of attempting several solutions to no avail, we have to totally tear down and redo after only 3 1/2 yrs. We realized the leaking has to be an issue under the floor......The pan was put in wrong, so it drained out around it in one of the corners! The Cloud Nine owner, Gilbert, refused to assist when I wanted to find out who installed the glass doors as we were trying to attempt to have more reap holes drilled thinking that might help drainage! His response, was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your floor. The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Their Installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches to try to fix! No stars from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction!

We were even able to sit with and adjust the electronic designs in their studio. They subcontracted with a painter who did great work and was really easy to work with. The guys from J&J were responsive and did things when they said they would. We were not super picky, but when we asked them to move a knob or drill an additional hole, they were happy to do it. We are very happy with their work and will go with them next time we want to get something done.

The project lasted about five months, and since we were living in the home the whole time, we were a little nervous about how disruptive it might be. J & J went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Every single day, construction debris was picked up, and the crew was extremely conscientious about keeping the space as livable as possible. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Our contract and timeline were clear, and we received daily or weekly text updates letting us know exactly what was planned for the days ahead. Any question or concern we had--no matter how small--was met with a quick and thoughtful response. It was also obvious that J & J holds their subcontractors to very high standards. Every trade that came through delivered work that met J & J's quality expectations. Before choosing J & J, we met with several other well‑known residential construction companies in the area. Looking back, choosing J & J was absolutely the right decision. They earned our respect and admiration through their professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine care for both the project and our family's comfort. We highly recommend J & J Quality Construction for any project--from a remodel to a home expansion. You will not be disappointed.

Never again! Oh man! Where do I start?! Yes, I chose them because they were the cheapest- I guess I…read moregot what I paid for. Lesson learned! The owner initially started very good, we talked thru what we wanted, how we wanted it as we had a big job, kitchen, bar, desk and two custom sinks for two bathrooms. Some was in person conversation, some via text and some over the phone. After the first visit we no longer saw the owner if we weren't paying attention we would have ended up with an under mount sink when we requested top mount. Once we started pointing out our concerns over the phone- because remember we never saw him after the first day, he became unresponsive. We had talked about covering all the old surface because who wants to see where the prior tile was...he did not ensure this was done around the sink. We asked for custom bathroom Sinks.. two turned out ok the third is not what we requested and now we have two different types of sinks in the bathrooms. When we asked him to fix it, apparently there wasn't enough material- I asked him to return all unused portions and he returned a slab piece that is apx 2 ft x 5ft. I find it hard to believe there wasn't enough material. I think at this point he was just being vindictive in not giving us what we wanted. This job was done in two phases, first the kitchen and bar then the bathroom. We were told all could be done within 2 weeks. 4 weeks in and when near completion of the kitchen only he asked for full payment. We let him know we had no issue with making the full payment ( he has already been paid 50%) however we wanted to ensure the job was completed first. This fool pulled his men off the job. Wow! Whereas he has the ability for recourse by placing a lien on our house for the unpaid portion- we have zero recourse against him, other than to spend more money and take him to court. Again, he was told we would pay him the remaining balance for the kitchen portion as soon as the job was completed. During the job we would contact him to let him know that his workers were not doing things as per our discussion- because remember we only saw him once- he finally sent in another guy to take the lead. I appreciated this guy as I understood he was stepping in 1/2 way thru the job. Again we let him know what the plan was supposed to be but still throughout this conversation there were many details the owner did not pass on to the job foreman. In the midst of all this we were expecting family from out of the country. I had provided a drop dead date the job must be completed by. The kitchen portion only was completed the evening before my family was arriving. My family and I spent the entire night cleaning, organizing, painting, putting things back into the cupboards, installing the sinks and stove. I would NEVER recommend Aust to anyone. Cheaper is not always the way to go. Pay a little more and go with someone who is not going to disappear once they have the job and 50% of your money! I would rate them in the negative if that was an option. They are not worth the one star!

The workers with Aust Tile and Granite did a fantastic job for my kitchen under the direction of a…read moredesigner I hired. I then inquired with Dustin on my own to have the remnant quartz put in my bathroom. I got zero response. I messaged multiple times. I had to reach out to the designer from the previous job to get a response from him. Due to his lack of response and follow through, it took a year to get him to show up to measure the bathroom counter. While he was measuring, I mentioned my plan to possibly replace my bathroom mirror or build a frame around it to update the look. Before leaving, I asked him to please send me a quote for the job. I never got the quote. Three weeks later I get a text message that workers are showing up in 30 minutes to place my countertop. I didn't dispute the workers showing up because I just wanted my paid for countertop to be installed. Unfortunately, the workers broke the 84x48" mirror during the job and accidentally gouged the bathroom wall. In my codependent nature, I mistakenly told them "not to worry about it". But after looking up the replacement cost of the mirror, not including installation I reached out to Dustin. He offered a $300 price adjustment based off of his opinion on the replacement cost. He justified his lack of accountability by saying, "you were going to replace it anyway...". Since I could not find a replacement mirror for that price, I asked if he would purchase the mirror himself and have it installed, he refused. I offered multiple solutions all to which he refused. What he did do was accuse me of trying to get out of paying and threaten me with with litigation. He also threatened to charge me storage fees for my countertop, lol In my personal experience, Dustin Aust is very unprofessional. His workers however, are very hard-working and know what they're doing. I don't blame them for the accident, I blame their leader for not taking responsibility. Be very cautious when working with Dustin Aust. At the end of the story, I paid the invoice. The extra out-of-pocket expense is money well spent on a lesson learned.
