He is reliable, punctual, and courteous, and he does great work, often going well above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We're like you; we scoured Yelp for the best reviews before reaching out to multiple landscapers. We had a hard time finding someone who would (a) respond, (b) show up at the agreed time to provide an estimate, and (c) show up at the agreed time to do the work. We actually hired a different landscaper, who didn't show up to do the work after multiple reschedules. This turned out to be a blessing in disguise because we hired Carlos. If he doesn't respond to your message right away, give him a little time -- he's probably out working! We initially hired Carlos for a one-time project that included cleaning and re-mulching plant beds, weed removal, and trimming dozens of monstrously overgrown rose bushes and other plants. His estimate was reasonable and he arrived on time for each visit. He and his crew did a great job and totally transformed our yard. Based on the good experience with the one-time project, we hired Carlos for biweekly service. He has reliably shown up every time for the past six months, and continues to do great work. We just asked for basic maintenance like grass trimming and leaf blowing, but he has consistently gone above and beyond to maintain the work he did with the one-time project, which we didn't expect, and continues to blow us away with the scope and quality of his work. We have also asked him to do smaller projects, like replacing broken sprinkler heads, which he has done promptly, cheerfully, and at a very reasonable cost. Every time Carlos finishes his work, I think, wow, this guy does such a great job, I should go write a Yelp review. Well, finally, here it is! Carlos Garcia is amazing. Manuel and his team were able go above and beyond to bring a massive change to my home. Manuel and his crew are dedicated and have a tremendous attention to detail. Manuel got rid of overgrown bushes, grass, weeds, and a tree to make room for a large amount of concrete connecting the front and backyard. Also cementing a curb around the back, fixing all the irrigation front and back and adding drip. Weed barrier was laid down below the mulch. Several wood fence posts were replaced, and Manuel was able to have a painter come in and paint the block wall. New sod was installed. Needless to say Manuel was a one stop shop rather than having several different contractors onsite. Manuels expertise came in an honest fashion as mother nature put a bit of a delay on the project. Manuel did not rush just to get a job done, he wanted to ensure the project was complete and to my expectations. This all came at a very competitive and valuable price. When they moved their chipper they almost hit a neighbor's car that was on the street. And last but definitely not least... 7. When they were done on the property... the drove by our house and flipped up off... our security cameras even caught it! I have half a mind to call OSHA and make a report against them for safety violations. Do NOT do business with them. I'd rather have an arborist in-training with a pole saw than these people!
