One particular company that has door-to -door sales reps (Energy Star Construction) provided me with an estimate for a 200 sq ft concrete patio with pergola for 16k (He would be able to knock off 3k if I agreed to my property being a showcase; meaning people could come over and check it out or call me about it. No, thank you). The next week, I noticed Mike and his partner working on a patio down the block from me that was fabulous- cable hook-up for their outdoor TV, light scones, and fans. I asked him for contact information, and he said he would stop by for a free estimate later on in the day. When he came by, I explained to him what I was looking for and told him about the estimate from Energy Star Const., and he said he would be able to do the job for $6500. Moreover, he told me that the job that he was working on down the street was a $15,000 job. The estimate he gave me was good for 30 days, and even though I called him after that deadline, he readily agreed to do the job for me. I am very pleased with the work that was done- The color matches beautifully with the color scheme of the house and the City of Hanford inspector said they did a "really great job for [me]." I would highly recommend Mike and Pro Patio to anyone who is looking for quality work for at an exceptionally fair price.

It took over a year to save the money to make it happen. Throughout that entire year, Devin Walker stayed in communication with us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping us accomplish this goal. He worked with our budget, made adjustments where he could, found savings when possible, and used his experience to offer alternative options that made sense. It never felt like a sales transaction -- it felt like a partnership. When installation began, the crew was just as impressive. They moved everything, handled all the heavy work, cleaned up thoroughly, and left the building looking incredible. The craftsmanship was top-notch. After installation, we had a small issue with one section of carpet. They came back out promptly and corrected it without hesitation. That level of follow-through speaks volumes. We're truly grateful for the quality of work and the customer service Central Floor Supply provided. We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them.

There are some areas that chunks have cracked off. Today I was told my front door and gate lights don't work because the conduit was cut. Not only did they cut the conduit, they apparently destroyed my drainage system in my courtyard. I have had problems ever since they finished. The owner came out after the cracks started, but did nothing. I understand that it could happen, but definitely not to the extent it did in the backyard. Most other areas did not crack. It's the destruction they caused without repairing me or telling me. They also needlessly took out the clean out basin for my front rain gutter which was hidden by plants and no where near where they replaced the cement

The project lasted about five months, and since we were living in the home the whole time, we were a little nervous about how disruptive it might be. J & J went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Every single day, construction debris was picked up, and the crew was extremely conscientious about keeping the space as livable as possible. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Our contract and timeline were clear, and we received daily or weekly text updates letting us know exactly what was planned for the days ahead. Any question or concern we had--no matter how small--was met with a quick and thoughtful response. It was also obvious that J & J holds their subcontractors to very high standards. Every trade that came through delivered work that met J & J's quality expectations. Before choosing J & J, we met with several other well‑known residential construction companies in the area. Looking back, choosing J & J was absolutely the right decision. They earned our respect and admiration through their professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine care for both the project and our family's comfort. We highly recommend J & J Quality Construction for any project--from a remodel to a home expansion. You will not be disappointed.
