-Failed to respond to email. -No reply's to texts. -Missed his meeting time. -Gives lame excuses! Do Not Use Aztec Tile!!! Reached out to owner, Noe, he asked me to send an email so he could reply with a response and schedule a consult. A week later no email from him. I called him and he said he was out of town. Ok, gave him a second chance, let's schedule over the phone, HE SAID, let's meet between 12-1 for the in-person consult/estimate. He also asked me to text him the my address, my name, my cell, etc. so I did. Day of, hours before our time frame, I asked him to text me when he's on his way. No text response. I called him at 1 and no answer. He called me back and said he was an hour away on a job he was stuck at. Wth!!! You schedule a meeting with a prospective client and you ghost them and you give them NO heads up. Very disrespectful of someone's time! You should call to reschedule, I say these type of lazy business owners don't deserve anyone's business. He texted me later after I told him I'll go elsewhere and he said HIS main responsibility is to current signed contracts! You're responsible to potential clients, too, and to make meeting times YOU arranged, in addition to signed contracts. That's how to run a business. A quick text to say we have to reschedule is a bare minimum to run a business. To give a response like that lets me know you give no s**ts to your customers and you don't respect them. What a flake! read more

I currently have the pleasure of working with Aztec Tile & Granite and Elite Cabinet on the remodel of my home. From the start their dedication and craftsmanship are nothing short of exceptional. The team took the house down to its studs, reinforcing the foundation and opening walls to strengthen the entire structure. Their attention to detail has been evident at every stage of the project. This level of speed and accuracy is rare and truly commendable. This personalized approach made me feel valued and confident in their ability to deliver exactly what I envisioned. I highly recommend Aztec Tile & Granite and Elite Cabinet for any remodeling project. Their expertise, efficiency, and customer-focused service set them apart. My home is 3/4 done and can't wait to share pictures when completed. read more

We recently hired Elite Cabinet and Aztec Granite and Tile to remodel our entire downstairs living space which includes our kitchen, living room, formal dining, formal living room, bedroom, full bath, half bath, butler's pantry and a custom cabinet entertainment center and wine bar with sink. I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional and truly skilled at their craft. The team worked diligently to transform my space, and they paid great attention to detail. The new tile floors are beautiful and have completely changed the look and feel of the rooms. The kitchen remodel exceeded my expectations with modern finishes and smart design choices that have improved both functionality and aesthetics. I wanted plant shelves by the sink, an extended island which now serves as our dining room table, new under cabinet lightening and a completely new pantry that was once the half bath. The new full pantry now has more storage than I will ever need and is more functional than our old butler's pantry which includes a small fridge for drinks, 2 super susans, 2 trash cans, outlets for our appliances, and lots of open shelving. Throughout the project, they maintained a clean workspace and were respectful of my space, which is something I truly appreciated. You really do get what you paid for. Very high quality materials and high quality craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Noe and his team to anyone looking for a top-notch remodeling team. read more

5/16/22 Updated review Everything Noe and his crew installed has held up well! The cabinet doors, although as white as they come, still look new. The tiles installed still flawless! Thanks Noe for making my house a home we could enjoy for years to come! read more

Thank you to Noe and his team for their work on our bathroom remodel. From start to finish they were the utmost professionals! Working with many contractors over the years, my biggest pet peeve is communication and showing up when you say you will. Not only did Noe communicate when they would be there, his crew would show up 15 minutes before start time and were always prepared. The guys were so nice and respectful, communicated with us, worked hard, cleaned up at the end of each day and then communicated when they would be back and what they would be doing next on the project. The tile work was beautifully executed with the smallest grout lines which is what we wanted. The new white oak floating vanity is absolutely beautiful and we love the hardware that we were able to purchase from them. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Thank you for bringing our vision for our bathroom to reality, we absolutely love it! We highly recommend using Aztec Tile & Granite and Elite Cabinet Fabrication on your next project! read more

The team at Aztec Tile and Elite Cabinet Fabrication absolutely knocked it out of the park! I was looking for a general contractor to bring my dreams for my home to fruition. Which included a full remodel: structural changes, removal of walls, flooring, complete kitchen, bathroom and bedroom rebuilds. All new electrical, new lighting, new plumbing to match. Essentially leaving the original framing of the home - and rebuilding it into something hardly resembling the original aesthetic. All I can say is wow! The project exceeded my expectations. Noe is a master at his trade, started working immediately, was on-time and on budget. Excellent communicator and values serving his customers. Accessible day or night, weekend or holiday. Delivered impeccable customer service, tremendous value and really made it incredibly painless. The best part is - Noe, the owner is a one-stop shop offering a complete solution with ONE point of contact! I did not have to coordinate with various contractors, worry about facilitating schedules or have to sync the various laborers to adhere to each others timelines. One word "phenomenal". If you're in the market in search of a custom cabinet builder, a granite & tile shop or a remodel contractor... Noe is your guy, and his crew at Aztec Tile & Granite will not disappoint!! read more

I would give them 6 stars if I could. My experience started with great communication about time and cost. They arrived on time and were very professional. They go the extra mile to put down floor protection. Their work is fast but well done. The finished product came out perfect. They cleaned up well after themselves. They neatly stacked the remaining tile. I would hire them for as many future projects as I can find. Overall- a really great experience working with them. read more

Thank you to @aztectilegranite, @elitecab.inc, Noe and all the guys for making our dream kitchen a reality! After months of planning, Noe and his crew came in and delivered on every detail. From design to final touch ups, we were included in every aspect of the project. No request was too big or too small and was quickly taken care of (although we may have set a new world record in the proces). The crew were professional and respectful of our home, always setting up clean and safe work stations and making sure to always clean up at the end of each work day. Noe was readily available for any questions/concerns and kept us in the know about what the next steps would be. Also, we love all the new Zline appliances that were installed. They look great and function as promised! If a home remodel is in your future, look no further and give Noe Fernandez a call. read more

From start to finish, I was very impressed with the expertise and quality of the workmanship. And, so polite and friendly - even with my crazy dog!! The thought of demolition in my house had me worried, but they did everything to protect my floors, doors, walls, counters, and more. They were diligent and conscientious in their clean-up every day! I had no idea how many layers were involved in the process of building a shower - there are a lot! And, they do every layer with perfection! I give them my highest recommendation!! read more

The process from start to finish was a great experience. They will provide you with a design before the project starts and you can make unlimited changes to the design until it's 100% what you want. As far as quality, you're getting the best wood/quality for your project. Trust me, don't cheap out on wood for your closet or cabinets, you'll 100% regret it. The installation was done in a timely manner and we couldn't be happier with the finished product. We'll be using Elite Cabinet for future projects and have recommended them to several friends already. We also stopped by their beautiful showroom to pick out hardware for our cabinet and we also got to see where our cabinet were being manufactured. Aztec Tile & Granite is incredible and we are so lucky to have found Noe and his entire team to remodel our guest bathroom and master bathroom. They were professional, on time every day, always ensured the areas they were working were swept, vacuumed and tools/materials were tidied up before they left each day. We felt comfortable with them being in our home when we weren't able to be present. We appreciated their suggestions and expertise along the way. We had a lot of tile work done both on the floors and the showers and they did it perfectly and exactly as in envisioned. Elite, their cabinet division, did a beautiful job sanding down our existing original boxes and making us new custom doors to match! We now have 2 dream bathrooms and we could not be happier. After too many years, we remodeled our Master Bathroom. We were very impressed with Noe Fernandez and his crew. The demolition of the existing bath was very quick and the crew kept the job site picked up each day. Noe met us at the tile store to pick and choose our tile, his choice of paint color was perfect. Noe kept us informed each day on what to expect next. The results are fantastic and more than we expected. I would not hesitate to provide him with a referral. read more

We had water damage to wood flooring and kitchen cabinets, so we had Dustfree Tile remove old flooring. Aztec Tile and Granite did a superb job of installing 1000 sq ft of new tile. The guys who did the work were pleasant, careful, and thorough. The finished floor is perfectly flat, with tiny grout joints that barely show -- could not be happier! And their finish carpenter did a perfect job of replacing the water-damaged wood cabinets -- you'd never know there was a problem. read more

Aztec Tile was highly recommended to us after we had a horrible time finding a reputable and dependable team. The superintendent Noe was fantastic, he made us feel comfortable and confident during the whole process despite us having bad experiences with other companies in the past. We received a recommendation to use Chavez Construction DBA Aztec Tile & Granite and were very happy that we did. They came in to put in new countertops and add backsplash.
