-Failed to respond to email. -No reply's to texts. -Missed his meeting time. -Gives lame excuses! Do Not Use Aztec Tile!!! Reached out to owner, Noe, he asked me to send an email so he could reply with a response and schedule a consult. A week later no email from him. I called him and he said he was out of town. Ok, gave him a second chance, let's schedule over the phone, HE SAID, let's meet between 12-1 for the in-person consult/estimate. He also asked me to text him the my address, my name, my cell, etc. so I did. Day of, hours before our time frame, I asked him to text me when he's on his way. No text response. I called him at 1 and no answer. He called me back and said he was an hour away on a job he was stuck at. Wth!!! You schedule a meeting with a prospective client and you ghost them and you give them NO heads up. Very disrespectful of someone's time! You should call to reschedule, I say these type of lazy business owners don't deserve anyone's business. He texted me later after I told him I'll go elsewhere and he said HIS main responsibility is to current signed contracts! You're responsible to potential clients, too, and to make meeting times YOU arranged, in addition to signed contracts. That's how to run a business. A quick text to say we have to reschedule is a bare minimum to run a business. To give a response like that lets me know you give no s**ts to your customers and you don't respect them. We recently hired Elite Cabinet and Aztec Granite and Tile to remodel our entire downstairs living space which includes our kitchen, living room, formal dining, formal living room, bedroom, full bath, half bath, butler's pantry and a custom cabinet entertainment center and wine bar with sink. I couldn't be happier with the results. From start to finish, they were professional and truly skilled at their craft. The team worked diligently to transform my space, and they paid great attention to detail. The new tile floors are beautiful and have completely changed the look and feel of the rooms. The kitchen remodel exceeded my expectations with modern finishes and smart design choices that have improved both functionality and aesthetics. I wanted plant shelves by the sink, an extended island which now serves as our dining room table, new under cabinet lightening and a completely new pantry that was once the half bath. The new full pantry now has more storage than I will ever need and is more functional than our old butler's pantry which includes a small fridge for drinks, 2 super susans, 2 trash cans, outlets for our appliances, and lots of open shelving. Throughout the project, they maintained a clean workspace and were respectful of my space, which is something I truly appreciated. You really do get what you paid for. Thank you to Noe and his team for their work on our bathroom remodel. From start to finish they were the utmost professionals! Working with many contractors over the years, my biggest pet peeve is communication and showing up when you say you will. Not only did Noe communicate when they would be there, his crew would show up 15 minutes before start time and were always prepared. The guys were so nice and respectful, communicated with us, worked hard, cleaned up at the end of each day and then communicated when they would be back and what they would be doing next on the project. The tile work was beautifully executed with the smallest grout lines which is what we wanted. The process from start to finish was a great experience. They will provide you with a design before the project starts and you can make unlimited changes to the design until it's 100% what you want. As far as quality, you're getting the best wood/quality for your project. Trust me, don't cheap out on wood for your closet or cabinets, you'll 100% regret it. We had water damage to wood flooring and kitchen cabinets, so we had Dustfree Tile remove old flooring. Aztec Tile and Granite did a superb job of installing 1000 sq ft of new tile. The guys who did the work were pleasant, careful, and thorough. The finished floor is perfectly flat, with tiny grout joints that barely show -- could not be happier! And their finish carpenter did a perfect job of replacing the water-damaged wood cabinets -- you'd never know there was a problem. read more
