We just moved to the area and needed to have our master bathroom remodeled. The only houses I've lived in for the last forty-five years, I've built; so I'm particular. I looked here on Yelp and decided by the reviews that Marc was the guy to call. From the beginning response time of my original call to Marc, to project completion, he and his crew have been the best - helpful making the right choices, meticulous workmanship, and clean people to work with. Their attention to detail and concern for their customer are beyond what I could have hoped for. Marc's hands-on approach shows his deep construction background; I'm sure his grandfather would be extremely proud of him. Thank you Marc, Sergio, Brian, Primo, and all the guys I didn't get to meet. One particular company that has door-to -door sales reps (Energy Star Construction) provided me with an estimate for a 200 sq ft concrete patio with pergola for 16k (He would be able to knock off 3k if I agreed to my property being a showcase; meaning people could come over and check it out or call me about it. No, thank you). The next week, I noticed Mike and his partner working on a patio down the block from me that was fabulous- cable hook-up for their outdoor TV, light scones, and fans. I asked him for contact information, and he said he would stop by for a free estimate later on in the day. When he came by, I explained to him what I was looking for and told him about the estimate from Energy Star Const., and he said he would be able to do the job for $6500. Moreover, he told me that the job that he was working on down the street was a $15,000 job. The estimate he gave me was good for 30 days, and even though I called him after that deadline, he readily agreed to do the job for me. I am very pleased with the work that was done- The color matches beautifully with the color scheme of the house and the City of Hanford inspector said they did a "really great job for [me]." 5/5 -- Incredible Experience with Bill at BLC Homes…read more We recently completed a home remodel with Bill at BLC Homes, and I honestly couldn't be happier with the entire experience. Bill is one of those rare contractors who combines top-tier craftsmanship with clear communication, professionalism, and genuine care for the final product. From our very first meeting, Bill took the time to understand our vision and offered thoughtful recommendations that made the project even better than we originally planned. He provided a detailed timeline and budget, and he stuck to both--no surprises, no headaches. Throughout the remodel, Bill and his team showed up on time, kept the space tidy, and worked with incredible attention to detail. Every finish, every line, every piece of the project reflects true quality. He handled a full kitchen gut, raised ceilings, new concrete, a complete electrical overhaul, bathrooms, flooring, structural changes, and the transformation is stunning. He kept us updated at every stage, checked in frequently, and made sure we were completely comfortable with each decision. Working with him was stress-free, smooth, and honestly enjoyable. If you're looking for a trustworthy contractor who delivers exceptional work and stands behind everything he does, Bill at BLC Homes is the one you want.
