One particular company that has door-to -door sales reps (Energy Star Construction) provided me with an estimate for a 200 sq ft concrete patio with pergola for 16k (He would be able to knock off 3k if I agreed to my property being a showcase; meaning people could come over and check it out or call me about it. No, thank you). The next week, I noticed Mike and his partner working on a patio down the block from me that was fabulous- cable hook-up for their outdoor TV, light scones, and fans. I asked him for contact information, and he said he would stop by for a free estimate later on in the day. When he came by, I explained to him what I was looking for and told him about the estimate from Energy Star Const., and he said he would be able to do the job for $6500. Moreover, he told me that the job that he was working on down the street was a $15,000 job. The estimate he gave me was good for 30 days, and even though I called him after that deadline, he readily agreed to do the job for me. I am very pleased with the work that was done- The color matches beautifully with the color scheme of the house and the City of Hanford inspector said they did a "really great job for [me]." I would highly recommend Mike and Pro Patio to anyone who is looking for quality work for at an exceptionally fair price.

The project lasted about five months, and since we were living in the home the whole time, we were a little nervous about how disruptive it might be. J & J went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Every single day, construction debris was picked up, and the crew was extremely conscientious about keeping the space as livable as possible. Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Our contract and timeline were clear, and we received daily or weekly text updates letting us know exactly what was planned for the days ahead. Any question or concern we had--no matter how small--was met with a quick and thoughtful response. It was also obvious that J & J holds their subcontractors to very high standards. Every trade that came through delivered work that met J & J's quality expectations. Before choosing J & J, we met with several other well‑known residential construction companies in the area. Looking back, choosing J & J was absolutely the right decision. They earned our respect and admiration through their professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine care for both the project and our family's comfort. We highly recommend J & J Quality Construction for any project--from a remodel to a home expansion. You will not be disappointed.

Jay and his designer Ashley were fabulous in guiding me through this process. They heard my dreams and wishes and made it a reality. Jay worked with the insurance company and I was able to get a few more dollars based on his reports to them. They were patient with me when I had to postpone due to a knee injury. They were always responsive to my calls in a timely manner. I never felt like I was bothering Jay when I had questions about workmanship. He was quick to fix any of the glitches along the way - fortunately they were minor because he plans well. And he finished on time and on budget - two of my biggest fears! Actually my biggest fear was not being happy with the finished kitchen - and I LOVE my new kitchen. It's a joy to cook again. I highly recommend Fowler Construction and plan on using them again as we gradually update our home!

Wonderful Experience with Ree-Model LLC…read more I've been burned many times over the years when hiring people to work on our home -- contractors not showing up when they say they will, projects dragging on far beyond the expected completion date, poor communication, sloppy work, messes left behind, you name it. Because of those experiences, I've honestly come to expect home projects to be stressful. That was absolutely NOT my experience with Ree-Model. From beginning to end, Ralphy was extremely communicative and kept us informed about what was happening and what to expect. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked on our project consistently every day until it was finished (unless we were literally just waiting for the stucco to dry). Junior has an incredible eye for detail. There were times my husband or I would notice some tiny little thing and wonder if we should mention it, only to find out Junior had already noticed it himself and had it on his list to address before they considered the job complete. That gave us so much confidence throughout the project. They genuinely cared about getting the details right. I also changed my mind on a couple of things along the way, and they never made me feel like I was being difficult or inconveniencing them. There was no pushback -- they just worked with me and made sure that, in the end, I got exactly what I wanted. Our project consisted of replacing old siding with stucco, replacing rotted facia boards, custom build and application of new shutters and window awnings, and painting done to the exterior of our home. We absolutely LOVE how everything turned out. The stucco looks beautiful and clean, and my custom wood shutters and window awnings came out even better than I imagined. When they were finished, they left our property looking beautiful and honestly cleaner than it was before they started. What impressed me most was that it never felt like they were simply trying to finish a job and move on to the next one. It genuinely felt like they were just as invested in making our home look beautiful as we were. Ralphy said he'd make our home look brand-new when we signed up, and he kept true to his word. After years and years of dealing with unprofessional, non-communicative, and seemingly uninvested "professionals," Ree-Model may have actually healed my contractor trauma. I'm incredibly grateful to Ralphy, Junior, and the entire Ree-Model team for the hard work and care they put into our home. I would hire them again without hesitation and truly cannot recommend them enough.
