By means of attempting several solutions to no avail, we have to totally tear down and redo after only 3 1/2 yrs. We realized the leaking has to be an issue under the floor......The pan was put in wrong, so it drained out around it in one of the corners! The Cloud Nine owner, Gilbert, refused to assist when I wanted to find out who installed the glass doors as we were trying to attempt to have more reap holes drilled thinking that might help drainage! His response, was, it's no longer under warranty! You don't care about warranty when your trying to fix a leaking problem damaging your floor. The attitude of the owner was uncooperative. Their Installation was not done correctly and has had cost & headaches to try to fix! No stars from my experience with Cloud Nine Construction!

One particular company that has door-to -door sales reps (Energy Star Construction) provided me with an estimate for a 200 sq ft concrete patio with pergola for 16k (He would be able to knock off 3k if I agreed to my property being a showcase; meaning people could come over and check it out or call me about it. No, thank you). The next week, I noticed Mike and his partner working on a patio down the block from me that was fabulous- cable hook-up for their outdoor TV, light scones, and fans. I asked him for contact information, and he said he would stop by for a free estimate later on in the day. When he came by, I explained to him what I was looking for and told him about the estimate from Energy Star Const., and he said he would be able to do the job for $6500. Moreover, he told me that the job that he was working on down the street was a $15,000 job. The estimate he gave me was good for 30 days, and even though I called him after that deadline, he readily agreed to do the job for me. I am very pleased with the work that was done- The color matches beautifully with the color scheme of the house and the City of Hanford inspector said they did a "really great job for [me]." He's followed through, shown up, and finished everything on time and exactly as promised. Very rare in this day and age. The first project was replacing a door and door frame on the side of my garage, and the second was a larger stucco project replacing a section of soffit that had sagged after separating from the rafters. On that second project, he even revised his estimate $600 lower after talking with his "stucco guy." I had been visibly relieved at his initial estimate, he could've just pocketed that difference, which makes me wonder if Gary is the most honest contractor in the world? Anyway, after these awesome experiences, he'll be my first choice for any project large or small, and I will recommend him to everyone, like I'm doing right now. Beyond just a great professional/work ethic, he has a warm, positive personality and is genuinely a pleasure to work with and talk with. Very highly recommended!!

Wonderful Experience with Ree-Model LLC…read more I've been burned many times over the years when hiring people to work on our home -- contractors not showing up when they say they will, projects dragging on far beyond the expected completion date, poor communication, sloppy work, messes left behind, you name it. Because of those experiences, I've honestly come to expect home projects to be stressful. That was absolutely NOT my experience with Ree-Model. From beginning to end, Ralphy was extremely communicative and kept us informed about what was happening and what to expect. The crew showed up when they said they would and worked on our project consistently every day until it was finished (unless we were literally just waiting for the stucco to dry). Junior has an incredible eye for detail. There were times my husband or I would notice some tiny little thing and wonder if we should mention it, only to find out Junior had already noticed it himself and had it on his list to address before they considered the job complete. That gave us so much confidence throughout the project. They genuinely cared about getting the details right. I also changed my mind on a couple of things along the way, and they never made me feel like I was being difficult or inconveniencing them. There was no pushback -- they just worked with me and made sure that, in the end, I got exactly what I wanted. Our project consisted of replacing old siding with stucco, replacing rotted facia boards, custom build and application of new shutters and window awnings, and painting done to the exterior of our home. We absolutely LOVE how everything turned out. The stucco looks beautiful and clean, and my custom wood shutters and window awnings came out even better than I imagined. When they were finished, they left our property looking beautiful and honestly cleaner than it was before they started. What impressed me most was that it never felt like they were simply trying to finish a job and move on to the next one. It genuinely felt like they were just as invested in making our home look beautiful as we were. Ralphy said he'd make our home look brand-new when we signed up, and he kept true to his word. After years and years of dealing with unprofessional, non-communicative, and seemingly uninvested "professionals," Ree-Model may have actually healed my contractor trauma. I'm incredibly grateful to Ralphy, Junior, and the entire Ree-Model team for the hard work and care they put into our home. I would hire them again without hesitation and truly cannot recommend them enough.

The project lasted about five months, and since we were living in the home the whole time, we were a little nervous about how disruptive it might be. J & J went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Our contract and timeline were clear, and we received daily or weekly text updates letting us know exactly what was planned for the days ahead. Any question or concern we had--no matter how small--was met with a quick and thoughtful response. It was also obvious that J & J holds their subcontractors to very high standards. Every trade that came through delivered work that met J & J's quality expectations. Before choosing J & J, we met with several other well‑known residential construction companies in the area. Looking back, choosing J & J was absolutely the right decision. They earned our respect and admiration through their professionalism, craftsmanship, and genuine care for both the project and our family's comfort.
