My partner and I have had two interactions with Paragon Glass while visiting Arizona from California. The first for a chip repair and the second for a windshield replacement. On both occasions, the technicians arrived early, and we were completely satisfied with their services. The windshield replacement, in particular, was outstanding--performed at our hotel parking lot with dealer-quality glass, and the recalibration was done on-site. However, I am extremely disappointed with Yelp. My partner wrote a detailed review, which, for some unknown reason, was only visible for 18 hours before disappearing. We are 100% satisfied with both experiences with Paragon Glass. We were initially referred to them through State Farm's glass network, Lynx, and we have full confidence in their warranty. read more

I literally just got off the phone with my insurance about 10 minutes ago and got my reference number along with Paragons number for my auto glass repair. I called the number and it went straight to voicemail, which sounded like a personal phone. I called again and got the same voicemail, so I looked up their info and the Yelp reviews came up. I read a few and saw about peoples experiences with just the operator/dispatch/front office lady (whichever she is); I thought "oh she can't be that bad, maybe I will get someone else". I checked to make sure I had typed in the number correctly and decided to try one last time before I called my insurance back, this time it rang and Cynthia answered. I barely said that I was given their number from my insurance company to get my windshield and front passenger window replaced when Cynthia bombarded me with "well I had a truck break down and a guy out with Covid and with a passenger window replacement that has to be done right away and we don't have the time. Your insurance company was being lazy by not calling for you. Who's your insurance company?" I was seriously taken back by the tone of anger in her voice, I understand that things were going south for them and that was causing obvious frustration, but that is no way to talk to a possible customer. I did go ahead and tell her who my insurance company was and she repeated that they were being lazy and that I needed to call them back and do a three way call. She then asked where I was located and I told her Tucson; that's when she said "well that's the guy who got Covid so he is out. I won't be able to get you help for at least 4 days and with a front passenger window you..."; I hung up on her. I didn't need to hear anymore from that rude lady. But guess what?! She called me back! I guess she wasn't done talking..... Nope, she had to get in more and reiterate that the insurance company was being lazy. So, yeah, good luck to you all and maybe give some customer service coaching to Cynthia and let her know that your customers are not the bad guys nor are they her therapists (no need to go into details as to why you are frustrated). read more

WOW - I can not recommend this company enough! I was referred through safelite through Progressive. Our CRV's back windshield window, side and front windshield had been broken with a rock, by vandals. We live 2.5 hours outside of Paragon's area, but would be in the area in 2 days. IN 2 days time, Cynthia worked like crazy to locate the glass needed, get people to come to the conference area's parking lot and do the install and calibration! I have been using Paragon for all my glass replacements ever since I moved to the valley 15 years ago and have never had a problem with her or any of her installers. They do an amazing job, they do the work right. Even on my new vehicle, she had a company come out and do the calibration on my windshield everything was done at my house didn't have to go anywhere or had to wait all day everything was done in the time frame she gave me. I read the bad reviews, and should have listened. They came out to fix a chip in my windshield. Cynthia warned a chip fix never looks good, a little bit cloudy, but I've had chips fixed before, so I knew what to expect and was ok with it. However, their fix was horrible, it literally looks worse than before they did anything. When I expressed that to the repair person, he was polite, but then Cynthia called was exceptional rude. Yelling, 'I told you three times it would look worse than the chip' not true, but unbelievably rude. I can't believe State Farm's glass vendor recommends this company. read more

I have worked with this company since their inception, after a horrible experience with another. I was hesitant, but boy was it the right decision. For the last 15 years they have always been our go to for replacements, and in a family with 5 kids, that has meant a lot of replacements. Cynthia is the go to gal for all our glass work needs. The installers have always provided professional, timely, thorough work. They are meticulous, courteous and do an amazing job you can be sure is done right. Both Cynthia and the installers have always gone above and beyond to provide not only the best product but best service, always working within a timeframe we can work with. In fact, Cynthia makes sure all things are done correctly to insure the job is completed properly. This is demonstrated by her arranging for rotted molding to be replaced, as well as ordering new tint to be installed to insure all safety codes are followed. That is above and beyond! I called to make an appointment to have a windshield replaced. The woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She had no people skills. When I was asking for open appointments prior to Tuesday next week, she told me I had to call my insurance, even though I already had a claim number and they had given me Paragon's phone number to call them to schedule with them. I told this woman that I had a claim number and she advised the insurance HAS to call her to schedule. I asked her to tentatively schedule me and she told me she was sitting in front of her computer and could see it was open. So when I commented that I would be calling the insurance and meanwhile someone else had the opportunity to call and take that appointment, she told me "I'm just as upset as you are but you HAVE TO CALL THE INSURANCE!" As she was cutting me off and practically screaming at me. I've been in customer service all of my life, never have I spoken so disrespectfully to anyone in my life! In turn, I called AZ mobile glass and Travis immediately scheduled me and said I could call the insurance meanwhile he had me scheduled so that no one would take that appointment. There was a difference of day and night with that rude woman at Paragon. I will never again try to get service from them nor recommend any of my friends there! There is never any reason to mistreat a customer, we are who pay your salaries and without us your business would fail. read more

I should have left this review last year after the first time I used Paragon Glass! Cynthia is amazing with customer service and so friendly. I'm always taken care of right away and my windshield is replaced within 24 hrs ( some same day i believe if it's in stock) and I've never had a problem after install. I should have written this sooner. I've had the glass in my Jeep repaired and replaced several times over the past 2+ years. Each time I've used Paragon Glass and they've done an excellent job every time. Cynthia is great to work with and will do whatever she can to get your repairs done around your schedule and keep you updated every step of the way. Worst Customer Care I have every received!!!! I had my vehicle broken Into and my insurance referred me to them. The first call I received was unprofessional they told me they didnt feel like coming out the day they were called because " it was too long of a drive and they didn't feel like doing that much work today". They informed me they would need access to my care while I would be away. My key did not fit in my lock box and I had no other way of contacting them with my phone stolen and at the mercy of my friends phone. I was able to place my fob so they could unlock my doors. Which was the impression I relieved that they needed They did not tell me they would need to start my car. My friend received a very unpleasant call from multiple contacts at the company cursing him out!!!. "I God Damn told you!!" ..... If there was a misunderstanding I completely understand but yelling at a client multiple times is completely unexpectable. I will always recommend Gerber Glass and Collison (mesa) for the excellent customer care, speedy repairs and they will always keep you posted. They have always made room in there schedule for me. read more

Paragon Glass arranged for me to get my glass fixed and tinted while I was in Phoenix for vacation. A couple of months later something in the back window area is leaking and she started working hard to get it fixed and cleaned up even without known 100% if it is the back window leaking. Never have I EVER experienced such poor customer service. CYNTHIA was no doubt the most rude, classless individual I have ever spoke with. I had an appointment booked 8-12. Fine. She called in a panic saying it needed to be moved up to 6:30 - 7:30. Fine. I called at 8:30 to get an ETA. She proceeded to hang up on me. She then called back 20 mins later telling me it was going to be another half hour. I could not get one sentence in. She was yelling at me on the phone telling me to go somewhere else for service, that she had been in business for 18 years, and that she never told me it would be 6:30 - 7:30 and then hung up on me again. With this disgusting individual representing this company I am unsure how they have any business. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. read more
