Sundance Peyton hot tub

My technician Nick Adams was great! He showed me how to add the chemicals, test, and correct if necessary. I also learned about maintenance, features of my tub, and general care. I read the manual before he came by, but his information, was all extremely helpful. Nick was knowledgable, on time, and polite.

I can't speak highly enough of Creative Energy and the service they've provided. We purchased a…read moreswimspa from them, but due to contractor difficulties on our end, things went sideways - the spa ended up sitting on top of a concrete pad rather than being sunk into a pit as intended. Once we sorted out a new contractor, Creative Energy -- and in particular Alex (their delivery chief) - rolled up their sleeves and figured out how to move the spa off the pad while we dug the pit, then came back and moved it in once it was ready. None of this was their problem to solve. But it was clear they weren't comfortable leaving a customer in a difficult situation they hadn't caused, and they went well beyond what anyone could reasonably expect to help put things right. That kind of service is rare, and it's exactly why I'd recommend them without hesitation."

Not only are the products themselves incredibly high quality, but the experience felt completely different from everyone else we spoke with. Chris took the time to really understand our situation with young kids, how we planned to use the spa, our space constraints, safety concerns, and overall what would realistically work best for our family. At no point did it feel pushy or salesy. It felt consultative and thoughtful. Even after installation, Chris came by personally and spent over an hour walking us through maintenance, water care, setup, and best practices. That level of service and care is rare. Couldn't recommend them more highly.

Similarly, the guys who came out to train me and do the initial setup were friendly and cool. There is a bit of a used car vibe in buying a hot tub and I did not love that part but once we got past the "sales pitch" part the service seemed very strong. I'd definitely recommend them.

I had the choice between Sundance and Hot Springs, and I chose Sundance based on history. That was a mistake. Recently, the spa's electrical panel failed, which triggered a surge that blew out my dedicated 220 circuits. Despite this being a clear equipment failure on a nearly new spa, both Sundance and Paradise Valley Spas refused to cover the $250 electrical repair bill. For a company to lose a 25-year customer over a nominal $250 fee--after their product caused the damage--is shortsighted and shows a total lack of support for their customers. Buyer Beware: If you are looking for a spa, I would strongly caution you to think twice before buying a Sundance from Paradise Valley Spas. Their "support" ends the moment they cash your check.

My husband said the father seemed to be very knowledgeable and honest when he came to quote. We paid the $1000 deposit and the start date was scheduled. Day one seemed to go well. However, from day two until the completion of the pool, their communication sucked. There were multiple days that they just didn't show up with no notification. We didn't hear anything until we reached out to them wondering why the no show. They claimed they had emergency jobs that pulled them away. We can understand that, but we would have liked a courtesy call. We had a scheduled date to get our house painted thinking that the pool work would be done, but due to all the missed days, it wasn't. So we pushed back the house painting a week. Come to find out, Coral Pool said we SHOULD get the house painted first. If we had better communication from them, we would have known not to push the painting back a week. Most communication was through text, which is fine, but this was not the experience we expected since they were so easy to work with in the beginning. Ultimately, the pool looks beautiful and everything seems to be running fine. I am pleased with the final out come. I am not sure if I would recommend.

Louie Mejia was our project manager, and he did an outstanding job from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of selecting finishes and design details, making sure everything came together beautifully. He also recommended essential repairs and updates that needed to be addressed to ensure the final result was not only stunning but built to last. Thanks to his expertise and attention to detail, we now have an amazing new pool that exceeded our expectations. We really appreciated that Coral Pool and Spa is a family-owned company and that they do not subcontract their work. Instead, they have a specialized, in-house team for every aspect of the job. Every employee we interacted with was professional, skilled, and respectful. We also enjoyed working with Louie's dad, the owner, who was always available to answer our questions and make us feel confident in the process. We highly recommend Coral Pool and Spa to anyone looking to remodel their pool or build a new one. Their quality, integrity, and customer care truly set them apart.
