We needed a new cover for our spa. The old one lasted 10+ years but started to leak so I called your customer service and fortunately was connected with Jarely Sanchez. I don't usually write Yelp reviews but I was impressed with the quality of service we got from your service representative. Jarely helped me select the right cover and recommended the best additional options for our situation. Cost at little more but should save money on heating costs and extend the life of the new cover. She followed up when the cover was ready for installation (only 4 weeks) and helped schedule a convenient date to get it installed. She is polite, knowledgeable and good with details. This is my second visit from a Paradise Valley service technician. The last one was in 2014 btw. That time and this the service was prompt and efficient and clearly explained. I don't recall who came in 2014, but for today's visit in Feb. 2019, the technician was Jody. The problem was a leak. Jody came out, ran the jets, heard the sound of the pump and identified it as a damaged pump bearing and took off the side panel and saw the leak from the pump. He explained the situation to me that the pump needed replacing as a result. Proper maintenance is to empty every 6 months (which I do), but even so it can wear. He had a pump in the truck and replaced the pump without having to empty the tube. Since he was there we spoke about some of the minor issues and he gave me useful advice on those and replaced a washer and a dial. I'm very happy with the service I've received each time. The pump has a 180-day warranty if memory serves, but I expect it to put in good service. read more

Justin Hawbaker and Paul White came over today to give me a demo on my new Nordic Hot Tub and they were great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. They ran through all its functionality and went through chemicals with me. Told me a lot I didn't know -- it was very helpful. ALSO my new tub was making an odd noise. They checked it out, did some troubleshooting and isolated the problem. Made some adjustments and the noise is pretty much gone AND, most importantly, they put my mind at ease and assured me the noise was not a result of something being broken. Phew. These guys are great! You'll be lucky if they help you if you have a a service call. read more

But to my delight when my hot tub cover broke, the experience I had calling Paradise Valley Spas actually put me in a great mood. Allyson, who took my call, was friendly, funny, and helpful. We purchased a pre-owned Jacuzzi J model hot tub in June 2020 that lasted us 2 years. We invested almost $7k which we did enjoy during the pandemic, but there was always something wrong with it. They had the incorrect cover upon delivery which they did replace at no charge. There was also a panel that needed replacing due to discoloration that they did replace since it was just delivered. The waterfall light stopped working 2 months after we bought it, and cost us about $600 to replace in Aug 2020. The bulb stopped working after a year and we were told that this was rare but it wouldn't be covered under warranty and would cost us another $96 for a technician to come out to look. A no show appointment and a reschedule. A bulb replacement was $300 plus labor. In Aug 2022, all the jets in two corners of the tub stopped working . Another $96 for a technician to come out The jet pump needed replacing and we were quoted almost $1k to get it fixed and two months later, the whole thing is dead. We basically spent a chunk of our savings on a hot tub that worked for 2 years. Buyer beware with buying used hot tubs from Paradise Valley Spas. read more

We just got a spa from Paradise Valley. The manual is not intuitive nor am I great at deciphering them:-), but the customer service is just incredible. Whenever I call I'm able to get to speak to somebody live. Jody walked me through the Initial spa set up on the phone so we could start enjoying it right away. He also Scheduled in-person training. I couldn't be happier he just spent an hour with me, sharing his knowledge and tips. He was extremely patient as I kept asking the same questions over and over. These people are pros. Recently, the heater in our 17 year old hot tub stopped working. Because they are nearby and had good reviews, I contacted them. Within a few days they came out, did some diagnostics, gave me an estimate, had the part installed and the tub running. The repair guy Mario was nice, smart and efficient. 2 months later, the tub continues to happily crank along. There are less expensive options for tub repair but I don't mind paying a little more for food and quick work. My one s is the amount they marked up the motherboard that they installed - can that really cost $700? But I have no regrets as the work is solid. read more

We use Paradise Valley to service our spa regularly, and of course we also call them when there is a problem. Most recently, Jody came out to diagnose and fix the spa. In a matter of minutes he figured out the problem, installed the parts and had it working again in no time! He really knows his stuff (be sure to ask for Jody)!! Not only is he friendly and professional, he made sure to inform me about some of the wood damage that had occurred and suggested that I address it now, before it gets worse. Just wanted to give a shout out to Paradise Valley Spas and their amazing technician Jody. I was due for the UV light to be replaced however in the interim I had managed to pop out the piece inside the drain that kept water from coming out until you screwed the drain hose on. Jody easily replaced the pieces and it works perfectly now. Secondly, for several years I have been laboring when draining the Jacuzzi to get the remaining several inches of water out of the bottom. Jody pointed out the 2nd drain that is much lower then the large one and changed my life! It now competely empties and all I have to do is mop the remaining debris! I'm writing a long overdue review for Shari Baker who sold me my hot tub remotely during the pandemic and the team (Pedro, Everado, Alex P, AB, Sean, Fia H, Salvador, Hector and Tafa) who delivered and installed it. Shari answered my numerous questions and ended up finding us a tub that someone had ordered and cancelled so we were able to receive the tub months earlier than a special ordered one. This tub replaced one we bought a few years earlier that was punctured by a falling tree. The tub is partially surrounded by a deck and the installation crew were able to install it in the tight space. All in all a great experience! read more
