No simple side access like Max or Coleman spas. Per tech these dealers are "workable" and back up their products

Bought May 2016. Leak started in 2022!?! *If you see David's "reply" below, plz know he has not replied to emails on 7/2, 7/9 or 7/11. Trust, I have all receipts if needed. Should've known something was wrong when they kept advising to use "fix-a-leak" for 3years, to which the manufacturer said they "don't recommend." After weeks attempting to negotiate a fair repair cost, the manufacturer servicecases@watkinsmfg.com (Maria) offered No assistance. The store dealer reps (Wesley & Neil) refuse to have an actual conversation. They simply send me a link to agree to pay $3000-$7000 to remove the spa for repairs. Max spa & Coleman Spa are recommended by my repairman. - Negative ZERO STARS. #Themoreyouknow More pictures, and details to come....

Creative energy is a store with a lot of inventory and wonderful sales people. Everyone was very knowledgeable, very helpful and super efficient. The delivery was prompt and the men were careful and also, super efficient. All in all, it was a wonderful experience shopping there and we love our new hot tub!

We were looking for a hot tub on and off for years and finally pulled the trigger. Initially we wanted a Japanese style Hinoki wood tub, round and minimalist. In the end we went the other route with a super modern high end 2023 Aria Hot Spring Spa. Not cheap, but amazing. The Aria we purchased has a lounger with massage jets that actually feels like a massage, is esthetically pleasing, and is super efficient. We worked directly with Scott Campbell and he was fantastic. He knows everything about hot tubs, is calm, not pushy, and really try's to figure out what you as an individual/family are looking for in a hot tub. We visited the store at least three times before deciding on which spa was best for us and every time Scott was helpful. In addition to Scott we can say the entire team at Creative Energy was helpful, specifically Josh. We only had one hiccup during this process and that was on delivery day with our electrician. I hired a friend of a friend to install the sub panel and connect the hot tub. All of his work was super clean, his work at the main panel where he had to combine some breakers, the line from the main panel to the sub panel was run through conduit even though it wasn't required, the sub panel was put in the perfect position, and the line from the sub panel to the tub was hidden and exactly where I wanted it. However, when he connected the wires to the hot tub he basically put one of the heat pump wires in hole "3" instead of hole "4". Since we were antsy to get in the tub I called Mike Delfino of San Mateo Electric who has been the recommended electrician for Creative Energy for over 20 maybe 30 years. Originally I had Mike come out to give a quote on the job and he quoted me 1,900. My friend of a friend electrician quoted me at 1,000, so I thought we'd save some money and give this young up and coming electrician some money. Anyhow, Mike came out and said that my friend did a great job and there must be something wrong with the Spa, he charged 300 to come out and check. Mike missed that a wire was in hole "3" and not in hole "4", which happens I guess but when I reached out to ask why he charged my wife 300 for an inaccurate assessment he never got back to me. So, whoever you hire make sure they put the right wires in the right holes :) Creative Energy sent somebody out the next day and they fixed it in literally 2 minutes. All in we could not be happier. The spa is amazing, Scott was fantastic, and we use it everyday. If you have the space, enjoy soaking, and have the money, buy one today.

Dude is a genuinely knowledgeable and kind human being. Plus he sells cool stuff !!

Didn't buy a thing on our random Sunday visit. Didn't seem to bother Josh at all. I fully realize that his "job" is to "sell". But. Sometimes "selling" is a long game. I walked in with my wife to research gas fire inserts vs electric "fake fire" insets. I was utterly clueless and directionless other than knowing that I wanted a fireplace. Josh spent his time and shared his knowledge with us freely and without any phony baloney salesman crap. Dude just seemed to want to make sure that we were informed and made the best decisions for us. About halfway through our visit my A.D.D. Kicked in as it tends to when I'm surrounded by fire and cool stuff. So I made a random change and began grilling Josh on hot tub trivia. Still no exasperated eye rolls or bitterness. Instead Josh switched gears and gave us a tour accompanied by "Hot Tubs 101". Here's the thing. Our visit wasn't on a whim to waste a dudes time. It was because we have an amazing opportunity to build our dream home. We don't have buckets of money. But we have a dream that has some ..... gaps or holes in it. Josh was a super duper nice guy that took the time to wrangle my 1st grader on meth attention span and my limitless and crudely worded questions and he helped us get a little bit of knowledge so we can continue to plan wisely and develop our dream. Josh didn't harvest a commission this weekend. Instead he sowed the seeds of a field of dreams !! (Hehe. See what I did there?). Thanks Josh. Your time was valuable to us and we appreciate it. We learned a lot and we will be working to integrate a gas fire insert and a nice hot tub into our plans. I honestly always thought hot tubs were for rich people. You helped me realize that it was do able. Thanks !!

Three months and the spa still looks like it's falling apart.

We left Crunch after 17 years (well, technically it was Gold's before but you get the point) because I had a female stalker and Crunch wouldn't help me (even with restraining orders). I was wildly unimpressed with their non-assistance. We went to Equinox bc it was supposed to be nicer and it was only a 1 mile walk from our house - fantastic. While it looked nicer, it was not nicer. It's old, outdated and limited. It's stupid expensive. And the hours really, really suck. So after a year, we left Equinox and we were wavering on going back to the Bay Club or joining the Y. Our kids really wanted to work out and the Y was a great option for a family plan. So we joined for them. While testing it out and thinking we might bounce out to the Bay Club, we ended up loving it. They recently upgraded all the equipment to smart equipment and I'm diggin it! I haven't seen these machines since I was at an upscale gym in Houston a couple years ago! I love the price ($185 for all 6 of us, plus it as daycare vs $230/mo at equinox per person and no kids are welcome) I love the normalness of the Y too. I may make great income, but I don't want to be with the stiffs. I want to be where my roots are.

The one or two people that have the cans to enforce the rules are not around often enough. When they try and enforce the 'no telephone calls' members ignore or even yell at the staff with no retaliatory actions against the members. Several members lack any form of manners or common courtesy. They see no problem sitting around on the machines having 30 minute social visits followed by 10 more minutes of them, still on the machine, but staring at their phones (Lady Garlic!). Parents apparently send their teenagers here for free babysitting. Teens do exactly what they do at home: stare at their phones. And they take pictures, also prohibited. Other review comments about the lazy grumpy front desk staff are true as well but not across the board. Furthermore, there are two younger staff members that will initiate a long conversation with members who are on the machines. This sets a bad example. This is an AI generated picture but this is absolutely what you will see here all the time.

We didn't hear anything until we reached out to them wondering why the no show. They claimed they had emergency jobs that pulled them away. We can understand that, but we would have liked a courtesy call. We had a scheduled date to get our house painted thinking that the pool work would be done, but due to all the missed days, it wasn't. So we pushed back the house painting a week. Come to find out, Coral Pool said we SHOULD get the house painted first. If we had better communication from them, we would have known not to push the painting back a week. Most communication was through text, which is fine, but this was not the experience we expected since they were so easy to work with in the beginning. I sent George Flanigan a request for quote and service of my 2023 Sundance Cameo 880 series Spa…read moreafter I looked over his website and saw what a great job he did at listing all his spa services and the associated charges. I had a hell of a time with both mildew or mold growth in my spa where I did a complete change of water and a deep cleaning along with a chemical cleaning of the jets just two months ago. Yet I was still getting brown flecks that were coming out the Jets and floating around my spa and I had really lost my patience with it. George contacted me back the same day via email with some very useful information and said he could make it out the next day to look things over and come up with a game plan. He said it sounded like it would be a two-day service where he would have to drain the spa and use a commercial jet cleaner one day and let the spa sit overnight, then refill it and super shock the spa the next day before refilling it and balancing all the chemicals. The knowledge he imparted to me about water chemistry that first day was beyond anything I had ever heard before and there were a few different reasons why I was dealing with the issues that I had. He mentioned there were no guarantees this would take care of the problem but he had handled spas worse than mine before and been able to solve their issues. I have been a spa owner for over 30 years but this new spa has been a real challenge and obviously my chemical balancing wasn't preventing the growth in the spa. Two days later my water is crystal clear and my chemical levels are all completely within safety levels. It's refreshing to find someone in their field of expertise who knows what needs to be done and communicates it flawlessly then executes on the plan with stellar results! I was so impressed with his timeliness and service, I decided to hire him for weekly maintenance on my spa so I wouldn't have to worry about whether I was balancing the chemicals correctly anymore or not.
