Our project was pretty straight forward - artificial turf and a small DG area for our backyard without any special designs. Even when we made a change in the middle of the project to extend our turf out further than originally planned, they didn't make me feel like a difficult nightmare client that I felt I was being. We received quotes from other companies who proposed 15-20k over our budget for only 70% of the backyard and no extended driveway. We reached out to Bill and he came over personally to look at our backyard. He listened to our vision and gave us feedback based on his experience. Most companies will try and upsell you, but we felt Bill was looking out for us and making sure we didn't make choices that would impact us financially in the long run. Most importantly, he gave us ideas that would help us stay within our budget. Karyn, the director of maintenance operations was also wonderful as she was quick to respond with any questions we had regarding the proposal. We had to submit photos of material for our HOA application and she provided them within a few hours. Once we signed the contract, our main contact was Taylor and his foreman Miguel who were great and answered any and all questions we asked throughout the project. The entire team was on time, nice and got the job done. During the project, our concrete was poured and we noticed some small cracks on it as it dried. When we brought it up to Taylor he insisted on fixing it. He had his guys break up the concrete and pour new cement and it looked perfect. We share a front yard with our neighbors and when we put our driveway extension in, their plants and dirt were moved around. The team fixed up our neighbor's side yard to look as if it had never been disturbed. Once the job was complete, one of Miguel's team members cleaned up our yard nicely, made sure any dirt/cement was removed from the fence. We are in awe of how beautiful our backyard looks and we can't wait to spend time there. We had a great experience with Bill's landscaping from start to finish. We highly recommend their services.

First, they returned my initial call and made an appointment to come out to our house the same day I left a message! If you have ever looked for a contractor of any kind, you know how significant that is! A couple of days later we had a plan and a contract. Two weeks after that, we had a team here knocking it out! Second, when they say they are arriving at 7 o'clock, they are actually here! No delays, excuses or no-shows. We were so impressed with how much was done in that first day! Over the course of the project, we often had 4-5 guys here at a time! The job was complete (even with an unexpected change I requested. Thanks guys!) in just over a week. The team worked together so well and we enjoyed hearing them chat and laugh as they worked. They obviously enjoy what they do and doing it with coworkers they trust and like. It gave us confidence in the company. This, in addition to how long Bill's Landscaping has been in business in the valley. Over 40 years!
