Samsung Model #: RF32FMQDBSR/AA ice maker. If you have this refrigerator you know the ice maker is a problem. Samsung did a repair under warranty but the ice maker continued to freeze over and leak water from the ice chute. VinTech was punctual, efficient, thorough and took care with the items in my refrigerator that be needed to move to do the repair and also took time to clean up when he was done. He even followed up a few days after the repair to see if everything was working. I contacted VinTech to diagnose my ice maker and he responded quickly. He was available in a few days. On the day of the repair he provided a helpful tracker to let me know he was on his way and how long until he got to my house. After diagnosing the symptoms he took some time to explain what was going on with the ice maker and provided a repair option that he did for other customers that worked for them. Having done research on this ice maker I understood what his repair would do and it all made sense to me. He completed the repair and told me to what to expect in the next couple of days.
