Had the best experience at this spot. Not only did Valerie help me select from a bunch of great options paradise grills had (only one really fit what I wanted), the process to get it installed was hardly any more difficult. The pricing was extremely reasonable compared to some of the other outdoor kitchens i checked out before selecting something. I saved thousands! Worth popping in to look if you're in the market for an outdoor space. read more

Incredibly friendly staff, and amazing grill. I bought mine over a year ago and its still good as new. I recently moved, and brought my grill to the new house. The new house had natural gas already so I stopped into the store and they helped me get the conversion process started. Really happy with the team and the product read more

We honestly weren't planning on buying anything when we stopped into Paradise Grills. My wife and I were just looking around and getting some ideas for our backyard. We ended up talking with one of the guys there--younger guy, really friendly--and he was great. No pressure at all. He took the time to show us the different setups, explained what you actually get for the money, and answered all of our questions without making it feel like a sales pitch. We found a setup we both really liked and ended up buying it that day, which definitely wasn't the plan when we walked in! Overall, it was a really easy experience and we felt good about the purchase. If you're thinking about doing an outdoor kitchen, Paradise Grills is definitely worth stopping into. read more

I finally got my dream gift. We have walked into Paradise Grill a few times and every single time my eyes have been drawn to the Bar Cart. It's just such a cool and useful thing to have if you throw a lot of parties. We had quite a few questions and Sean was very knowledgeable about the products. Living on a canal I was worried about keeping it down near our tiki (hurricanes ya know?) so we opted in keeping it up in the lanai by the pool. One less thing to worry about from June to November. Plus let's face it, who doesn't enjoy a nice cold cocktail while lounging in the pool!? I'm really enjoying this cart. It's the perfect addition to our neighborhood and family parties! read more

The absolute worst company I have worked with regarding delivery times in 17 years of business. My employees have been waiting at two homes since 8am for two units and the company just told us it could be as late at 9:30PM. I asked for them to reschedule delivery to be during normal business hours. They said there would be a $700 re-scheduling fee. I asked for a full refund but they refuse and say all sales are final. Paradise Grills traps their customers with unreasonable delivery times and disrespect. Do not order from this company as they are extremely unprofessional when it comes to delivery of the product. I asked for them to compensate my employees' time for which they replied "NO we will NOT". Kelsey who is the manager for deliveries was completely and shockingly unreasonable and would not accept or suggest ANY solutions. read more

BUYER BEWARE!!! DO NOT GO SEE FRANCO OR SEAN AT THE UTC LOCATION!! AVOID PARADISE GRILLS AT ALL COST! Unfortunately, we had a change of financial stability the day following our purchase of this kitchen. While my partner was signing the sales contract, Franco had skipped over the cancelation policy of 72 hours, stating, "we don't talk about that". He texted Franco on Tuesday evening stating I would like to cancel. He replied with, "please contact our customer service". He called customer service and they state, I must cancel with Franco and his manager. He called his manager Sean, and he states, there is no way to cancel. In the store, we were told there was a Labor Day sale and now the unit we were sold, is being described as a "discounted model" and not a regular item that was on promotion. It is very concerning how Franco and his manager have misrepresented their sales contract and company. We thought it was strange he pushed us to leave a review on google and BBB before we signed anything. Again, this contract was misrepresented, they also throw in there that you must have a phone call with a future PDG customer to share positive experience. This could've been resolved with a simple refund of the deposit of $15,000 and cancellation of sales agreement within Floridas legal 72 hour window of recision of contract. This is an outdoor kitchen that would be considered a home improvement. This along with the numerous BBB complaints and class action lawsuit leads to major concern of the quality, safety and business principles as a whole. read more

Horrible Customer Service! Purchased a beautiful $10K grill, refrigerator and trash draw setup just over one year ago. Didn't use the grill or trash drawer for 9 months. Now that I'm using the unit, I noticed the Trash Drawer will not open over 3 inches. Contacted the Bradenton Store, was told to contact Corporate Office. After two months, they advised me they would send me new Sliding Hinges, well I can't open the door, so how could I replace the Hinges? I would have to tip the entire unit over to get to the hinge screws! Really! They advised me they could send someone out to replace the hinges for $250.00 Crazy!!!! Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your dollars on this horrible retailer. In closing, I can see into the trash drawer, noticed the mechanical nuts were in the hinge tray, was able to get two of them back on and secured. Others must be off that I can't see. Obviously the hinge was never assembled property, well so much for the Warranty read more

I purchase their Rolls Royce of bars, $75,000 unit. I was lied to about the zero percent financing and payments, my lights don't work, remotes don't work, one of the TV missing a remote, radio is intermittent to connect with phone. Accessories not connected. If that is not enough, and there is more, sales guy, no help, customer service absolutely terrible, they do not care at all. I am over 5 weeks in and still NO repairs. They ignore emails, they do not provide information on managers , they are really horrible at customer service. I will NEVER purchase from there again. And this was my second bar purchased at $18,000. Bottom line, either RUN, don't buy there, or don't give them a dime until you are satisfied that every single item works because you are on your own after they get there money. Extremely disappointed. read more

I was looking at outdoor kitchens for a long time. Finally set my heart on a paradise grill bar set. I was redoing my patio and went in often for different measurements. Ryan Dees from the Sarasota store was so helpful throughout the entire process. I would text and call him all of the time with questions from the electrician and the plumber, the screen people, and even questions I personally had. I purchased on Black Friday and I already have my grill delivered, installed and set up! It is so nice! I am so happy with the product. On top of Ryan being great, the two men who delivered and set up were also phenomenal. This was a really stressful backyard remodel. When it was being set up I had my tape measure out and was measuring to make sure everything was perfectly even and centered. They would move half an inch this way and that way with no complaints. James Irwin made our lives easier after we spilled coffee all over the new base. He was able to clean it perfectly. He was so informative with how everything worked and was also around so knowledgeable. We are very happy with our new bar setup and feel even better with the warranty. I would highly recommend! read more
