It arrived in SRQ November 2022. Fun Fact: the name is stylized as "Homesense" in Europe and the United States. This store is pretty sizable and has all types of interior and patio home wares, living room, kitchen, bath home items and everything in between. Every time I have shopped here the store has a great layout and is well organized. I especially like to shop the wall decor and I have bought really nice greeting cards and gift items from here before. Check out the furnishings which are sourced from all over. You might find something you were looking for--or discover something you didn't know you wanted or needed! One time I saw a huge dinosaur which would fill up any reasonably, traditionally sized living room and on a subsequent visit it wasn't there--there's something for everyone here. The quality of the furniture at this showroom is outstanding. Initially, we ordered and returned a lower-end Natuzzi "Editions" couch (from a different store) that did not meet our expectations. However, with Victoria's expertise, we found the perfect couch. She is knowledgeable about the products, options, and availability. Victoria accommodated all our needs, sourced the couch, and ensured timely delivery for our party. The couch is amazing and has transformed our living room. I've had some nice couches. After delivery, We were missing some parts and they quickly replaced them. Also had to exchange the light fixture for a different style and the whole experience was painless. How unusual. There were none stocked on the sales floor, despite the Target app showing plenty of inventory available at this location. If the inventory is available, especially for a newly released item, it's frustrating for customers to make the trip only to find that the merchandise hasn't been put out. More concerning was the condition of the restroom. It was genuinely one of the dirtiest public restrooms I've encountered--and I've seen cleaner restrooms at some questionable gas stations. A store this busy should have much better attention paid to basic cleanliness. I was also uncomfortable hearing an employee openly mocking people while talking with another customer. Regardless of who or what they were discussing, that is incredibly unprofessional behavior to witness as a customer. After three visits, this location has consistently been disappointing. I generally enjoy shopping at Target, but this particular store needs significant improvement in stocking, cleanliness, and customer service.
