For some reason, the Chipotle is always packed, but there's never a line at La Fiesta, so I guess that's a bonus. This was one of my lunch staples when I worked downtown. They were extremely cold, Unapologetic, And hateful 1) We don't do exchanges or refunds or returns straight up, letting us know they were not going to do anything. They treated my niece who is a lawyer like trash thinking she was about to steal watermelon from them before we bought. So the treatment was worse when asking them to correct their mistake. Why people go out there way to treat those who are not their kind rudely is beyond comprehension. They went out of their way to berate, belittle, and talk down to us like he is God (owner). It was traumatizing. Oh, the Lady, we spoke to would say she was very respectful. She started out with a harsh, We don't do refunds, We're not exchanging. We don't do that, But I'll call my boss. At that point. My mother was irate and cursed at her, as I got rude once we Realized they weren't gonna do anything at that point things got real. As a retailer, they should understand that when you're coming in with a complaint, that's not the first thing you say to them: We're not doing anything. It was bad Customer service all the way around, but I have a feeling had we been Latino we would have been received differently.
