Then the cashier pipes up and says I had to cook them first, then the other cashier joined in the conversation, the one who couldn't talk to me and needed a manager. So now there are three young people talking at the same time to me, a 73 year old woman. I just handed the shells to them, told them to throw them away and that they should be ashamed of themselves. I shop there at least twice a week because it's only blocks from my house and I like to support local businesses. From now on, they only get my emergency business and I'll drive the extra few miles to Walmart and pay .16 cents for a lime instead of .50 cents.

Thus, I reached out on the app for a refund, it was denied. I called customer service; they said that they processed a refund and it will show in my account in 10 days. After more than 10 days it never showed, I called customer service back and they told me to call the store. The manager took down my number and said that the store director would reach out to me. That never happened; I called back and repeated the process and got the same result.
