Food is disgusting and cold, I would say the only good thing was the pizza lol and that tasted gross, the food is just sitting in warmers it crusts over

I was so happy when I found this buffet restaurant. After the pandemic there's not many buffets out here in San Diego. This has been my go to for the past year since I discovered it. The food is good, lots of variety, I really like their wok station it's my favorite! The price is great. Seniors get discounts, my parents are regulars there. They also provide you with a card to stamp your visits and you get a free visit to the buffet after your 10th purchase. Who does that! They're great! You gotta try this place.

Continuing our quest for buffet places in San Diego, we stopped by Paradise Buffet for dinner. Taking the good and bad, I felt our experience was average at best. The pros: - lots of different foos options: sushi, hot Asian foods, hot American foods, make your own stir fry noodles, a variety of desserts, soups, salads, and even a kid section with mac and cheese, pizza, corn, and garlic bread. - plenty of seats and we got seated immediately upon arrival at 7pm - food was being replenished throughout our visit - reasonable price for a buffet at $20 per person for dinner The cons: - the ambiance is depressing. It's dark and dim inside. - lack of customer service. Nobody greets you, workers do not engage when taking your plates away, and when you ask questions it seems like you're bothering them - the food was bland and uninspiring. It's edible but not something you would crave or go for another round - it's located in a very large and busy complex so keep in mind there's traffic coming in - soda machine lacked enough carbonation so the drinks were flat Not sure about this place yet. May need to try it again...

Affordable and family friendly Asian buffet for the whole family. In this economy, what more can you ask for? First off the food is okay. It's not the best but it does the trick to feed something for everyone. The reason for the good review is the hot and fresh Mongolian grill and sushi bar! Don't forget to tip them! The prices are already so low! Not to mention the fresh cotton candy for the kids. What else can you eat here? Sushi, desserts, and hot Asian food. Self serve food and drinks (extra price) ready for you and your family. Tip: Early bird special for seniors daily. See pricing

Verry good food and desserts and shrimp! I can not put into word how great the food and customer service is at this restaurant! All the need is old fashion hard ice cream would make them perfect! Greate people! Best stir ever!

"Unfortunately, my experience was ruined by the incredibly rude behavior of the manager. Instead of addressing a concern I raised politely, they were dismissive and condescending. It's unacceptable for someone in a leadership role to treat customers that way. It's clear that customer service is not a priority here, and I won't be returning." Third plate spoons forks are super dirty and have very low quality in food. I will never recommend this restaurant to anybody if I can. I would give it a zero star as a business owner is sad to hear that.

As I get older & really start to appreciate the value of a dollar & the importance of choices, having Snow Crab legs (sweeter than the larger King Crab & not nearly as difficult to crack as Dungeness) is fast becoming a "non-negotiable" for me. Also, it always helps when a restaurant -buffet or not- is great with large parties. Coming with a group of 11, 100s Seafood Grill Buffet handled our group well. Spoiler alert, the place didn't even hesitate when we had 100+ guests come for a reception for a beloved one's passing a few years ago. Was it a chaotic? Sure. Did they handle as swimming as possible! Absolutely. Their sushi is fresh - especially for a buffet. My niece appreciated their "Make Your Own Poké" station. Also, don't knock them for having a pro serve ice cream. (Too many customers don't know how to properly scoop -Hint: Dip the scoop in the water & move to the scoop as a spherical ball). Don't sleep on the lime, melon, & grapefruit ice cream flavors as well. The great thing about this place (like any decent buffet) is that there is something for everyone & the quality is above what other places serve. There is a 2 hour limit - just remember to be reasonable. This place has to make a profit to stay in business.

The restaurant is out on the end of the harbor, with a beautiful view of the sea. You have to get up stairs on the top floor for the restaurant, with an elevator also on the side. We were served by Christina, although it took quite a long time to be approached and order. She was sweet though and we picked out what we wanted. I got the calamari for our shared appetizer, then I ordered the paella and my girlfriend got the salmon. The calamari was crunchy and delicious, and was seasoned very well!!! The sauce on the side was like sweet soy sauce. This dish came out very quick!!! Like less than a couple minutes after ordering!!! We however waited for a pretty long time for our entrees. I figured it was because of the busy day. Downstairs there was a private engagement reception room going on!!! Luckily the ambiance and setting of this place kept us relaxed and calm, and the weather was beautiful!!! We were both pleased with the food when it finally came and were so hungry that we ate the plates clean. After we finished eating, Christina was sweet and sang happy birthday to my girlfriend, lighting a candle on the brownie dessert plate we chose. It was very soft and warm, deliciously created with the caramel and chocolate drizzles!!! Overall a fantastic end to our night, so we were very grateful. As we were leaving, many people were coming in and I'm sure it was because they were trying to get the sunset views. Such a nice classy place to go out and eat at!!! My only complaint is that they had their dessert station stocked with nasty-assed Hershey's chocolate syrup. For what they are charging per person they could afford to put out something nicer like Lyon's chocolate sauce. I realize this seems nit-picky, but Hersheys truly is the bottom of the barrel, crap quality stuff. I did have an amazing meal. The hubby and I will be back again soon, and often!

Pricing: * Adults: $25 * Kids (10 & under): $13 * 3 and under: Free There is a 90 minute time limit which we have been reminded on our last few visits. It also includes self-serve drinks like coffee and tea. One of the best parts is that it's not always the same menu--another reason we keep going back (honestly, every Sunday if we could!). Some of my favorite items: * Bangus Fried seasoned Milk fish * Ube pancakes with house-made ube butter THIS is a must-have every time! * Arroz caldo Super comforting, reminds me of my mom's cooking whenever it rained, when I was sick, or slightly got cold in Hawaii. * Lumpia Both Shanghai and vegetable are so good! * Lechon Kawali Fried pork * Sinagang My kids favorite item. Filipino soup known for its distinct sour and savory flavor, typically made with a tamarind-based broth, and different meats. Kare-Kare My husband favorite! This luckily has been here every time we come. * Champorado My lola made this. Champorado is a sweet, thick Filipino chocolate rice porridge made from sticky rice and chocolate. It's topped with milk. It's served hot which I prefer. We've also dined here from their regular menu, which includes Filipino food, Hawaiian local dishes, and sushi. Parking: There share a lot with other business. When we come at night during the weekdays we don't have to worry. Sunday's during brunch other businesses are closed so its not too bad. Overall, my family and I absolutely love the Sunday brunch buffet. If you're looking for a place to celebrate... or just need an excuse to treat yourself, this is the place.

There are two separate sides of the restaurant and various self serve counters. In the self serve counters there are some warm foods, salads and sides, hot pot veggies and add ins, and some ice cream. I was a little disappointed there were no radishes. The waiter said they stopped stocking the radishes because they were loosing too much money on them. The kbbq alone was $40 ayce which is on the higher priced side. To me the meat quality was a little better but I don't know if it was that much better than other $30-35 kbbqs. They advertise a lot of the meats as Wagyu but they're not the best Wagyu quality. The sides you can order are pretty good. They have a variety of karaage that are crispy and delicious and they also have corn cheese that can be melted on the grill. The ice cream at the end is the cherry on top. Based on the price and food, I would give this place 3.5 stars. But the service was really good so I'm giving it an extra half star for that. Our server was super nice and personable. He made sure we were doing okay throughout the night. The other servers also came by to check on us and once near the end of the night we got a really fatty plate of brisket and he swapped it out for a less fatty cut which I've never experienced at a kbbq place. I don't know if I'll come back to this kbbq but it was a nice dinner with some friends and great service.
