DO NOT EAT HERE. SPOILED FOOD. My husband was so excited to bring us here. After waiting for a high chair and to be seated, we made our way to the buffet. We had to search for clean plates as food was still on them. Finally get to pick our food. We sat down to eat and we were leaving full plates to be picked up. The food did not taste good and some didn't have flavor. Like the mashed potatoes. The sushi was sticky and had strong fish smell. They didn't pick up our plates. My husband had to keep asking them to. Bless you. After leaving plate after plate, we just got up without really eating anything. We just tried the food out and left it. My husband, went to talk to the manager to let her know the sushi is spoiled, the egg rolls were too, the dishes were dirty and they weren't picking up plates. She didn't speak English, so he asked me to go talk to her. As I was standing behind her, she was bad mouthing us. I let her know I was there and why we are requesting at least 50% off. She didn't even apologize, and she rudely said no because we had been there for 20 mins. I according to the receipt. I told her that's how long it took to be seated, get a high chair, go get food, run around looking for a waiter to do their job and we didn't end up eating anything. She said sorry you were here too long and there's nothing she could do. When we got home, my daughters who ate the sushi ended up getting food poisoning. We paid $78 for 2adults and 2 kids and all we asked was half off. Not the whole thing. This place is just gross. Don't eat here. read more

Let me start by saying that price is a bit high for the food quality. Loved wok station, yum, but everything else was ok. Lighting is super dark. At least where they sat us, buffet doesn't include drink, weird! I really want to like this place, will give second chance as I want to take mom there. Also you need more soup options. I went last night I loved it, very clean spacious for being like one of the few buffet's open I really enjoyed trying this place we plan to celebrate my dad's birthday here on January 21. Fairly cheap price for an all you can eat. Dont expect top tier food tho. My biggest complaint was that it was extremely hot as i could see other customers at their tables visably sweating as so did I. They do offer discounts to military which is nice. Found our new fave buffet place! Very clean even the restrooms! The staff are very helpful, cleans tables quickly. They would give you tea/coffee (with cream and sugar) upon request. Food is good - i like their variety of sushi - not your typical chinese buffet kind of sushi. I also liked their pork chops. Only downside is the price of the buffet does not include drinks so that is another $2.99 on top of the price for the buffet. It is not so crowded either (maybe bec they're still pretty new). They also have military discount (although when we went as a big group they only gave discount to 2 adults who are not spouses and not to the other family members/kids when we even brought their IDs). Usually not a fan of low budget, the phase, this place is much better than most in its price range, they have a Mongolian grill, of course they've got the hot foods and the cold foods and the desserts, they also have a grilling station where they're grilling chicken all of the time, the food seems much fresher than all other buffets in this price range read more

The service is hit and miss some servers are kind and don't overly ask me if I'm OK but come by enough to check and see how things are going and then, and then there are others who simply act as they don't see anyone at the table. Me and my family been coming here for more than a year now and this is the first time I've been disrespected and a big disappointment due to trying to ID my 10 year old daughter. They won't even tell their name and I don't even know if I've talked to the actual manager. No disrespect but they even speaking in spanish behind my back and just left me without telling their names. I had visited here yesterday and the food was ok not the greatest and could use improvements. Most of the dishes contained food that i am allergic to involving crab,squid,and octopus. There were no signs placed if customers have a food allergy that it contains specific ingredients. Also, the mongolian bar where i got some noodles the chef that was there was cooking shrimp next to my niece's teriyaki beef and she is allergic and there was a cross contamination. There were seasonings that had no labels Also, the cinnamon rolls were cold and not warm and had no cream cheese icing on top. As wells as the sweet biscuits they were cold and best when warm. The orange chicken was not good and was also not hot They charged us $44 for 1 senior and 1 adult and 2 drinks. I would visit Super china buffet instead of this place. Best buffet in south bay. Don't listen to these one-star crybabies that expect everything to be perfect. They must be the competition. The wings are huge. The pot roast was very good. They have a Mongolian bar that they cook your bowl in front of you. Drinks cost extra, but the price is cheaper than all other Chinese buffets because you pay extra. Water is free dumb asses. I don't get the bad reviews, I took my family there for dinner today and we all loved it ! I agree with the other yelper, it has to be competition making the bad reviews. They offer lots of variety, the sushi and Mongolian bbq stations were a hit with my hubby who is super picky! The ribs and pot roast were delish, I knocked off a star for the mashed potatoes, since they were obviously powdered potatoes.. Everything else was fresh and tasty! For the price I think it's a bargain..the highlight for my little ones was the cotton candy machine, I have never seen a buffet have this as an option for dessert! They are also super clean, the staff was on top of wiping everything down constantly .. the servers were also very super nice and attentive.. don't listen to these negative reviews.. I do not recommend this new buffet at all . Tried the pot roast very greasy . Orange chicken mostly breading and sweet. Fried rice needed soy sauce , no flavor. Egg drop soup bland. Cold pizza , dessert was cheap cookies, cakes nothing spectacular. Sushi bland , pork ribs cold. The only item 2 items I would recommend trying is the salad bar and the wok station because you make them yourself and add all the flavors. Service was also terrible, we went on a Wednesday night and had to wait for a clean table as many tables had dirty dishes on them , when we asked a waitress if she could ask to clean a table her response was just wait a couple of minutes .
