We have a similar system where I work for the IT people and it's always been really convenient...so I thought It would make a cool Christmas present to give to them. I half expected it would be one of those Indian support companies and that my parents wouldn't be able to understand the people on the other line, but they've had no trouble with them. And the service is actually unlimited. We've had it for like 6 months now and I've haven't been charged and my parents have called the number more than a dozen times for all kinds of things. "Fixing the printer" (new ink cartridge). "Fixing the monitor" (Wire in the back came loose)...The tech guys have been really patient, with my mom especially (I don't envy them at all!). They've been really happy with it...Best Christmas present I've given. (and kind of a gift to myself in a way!)

As for my data problem, the gentleman provided instructions for how to move the data without losing it. After speaking to an Apple tech, who advised I get a new phone because my version 11 phone has only half the capacity of the newer phones out there because "the upgrades require more just to run the phone" and since I can't afford one at the moment, this is the perfect opportunity to learn a new skill !
