Jasmine, the manager, is AMAZING!!! Order there weekly, she ALWAYS has a smile on her face and is absolutely right on top of things. She, as well as her crew, are kind, courteous and accommodating. I had an error on one pizza and they were more than willing to make things right. Will reccomend them to all my friends. Thank you, Jasmine and crew!!!! Heidi Lehan read more

When I got there, the pizzas were not ready. about 15 people were waiting around waiting, phone ringing off the hook. no one's pizza was ready. Three said they ordered theirs at 11. I got here at 1:15. mine said it would be ready at 1:17. had to wait for them to make it. ordered wings at Wingstop and now they are cold because I had to wait for my pizzas. This was on game day. They knew that it was a big game, they should have been prepared. Poor customer service. read more

Went here on 6/15/24. First time trying a Papa Murphys in 10+ years. Went here around 530. Clean establishment. 2 gentlemen were working. Every friendly. It's not the best pizza I've had but it's not the worst. Got mushroom and pepperoni. It was good. Cheers! read more

I have ordered from this Papa Murphy's location twice and both times, there were giant bubbles in my pizza. It set off the smoke alarm! I know bubbles happen occasionally but something isn't right about the way this location makes their crust. My second pizza was stuck to the baking tray like glue. I had to use a spatula to pry it off. Papa Murphy's is fantastic quality, but this location is awful. Go to the next franchise. read more

Thought I would try the new calzones. was very disappointed. Watched the kids put them together, a small handful of cheese and four measly slices of pepperoni. could have made ten of them or more for what I paid for them. Bought them once, never again. read more

My husband and I always go here, never had a problem. Today we went in there and ordered the half and half large pizza (Half chicken garlic/ half papas all meat.) we noticed that the main person who was making the pizza had all marinara on the who pizza...I asked where the white sauce was...the girl with the pig tails rang up the order wrong and couldn't even count the money right!!!. So what the girl who was making the pizza said "well that's a tragic waste" I asked her "you didn't throw it away did you?", she said "no I'll take it home to my girls and they will eat it. The girl with the pig tails needs to learn basic math and how to put orders in. I hope my pizza doesn't come out bad.... read more

Closing 45 (or more) mins before you're supposed to close is appalling. We tried to call multiple times with no answer. So we drove over and 20 mins before closing all the lights were off and no staff was present. I've worked in the service industry and this isn't okay. read more

I love this concept.... I love the price and coupons...... I love their monthly pizzas.... I love how busy it is but the employees are fast... Tonight we tried the Cheeseburger pizza... I need to see if they have bacon to add to it... LOL.. I really did lime the pickles on it. Strange item for pizza but it works. I did the call ahead method. And got there early so thought I was gonna have to wait. But, nope it was done and ready. The bad part of this pizza (in my opinion) was the Ketchup used as the pizza sauce. I HATE KETCHUP!!!! Wish I would have thought about that.. Ewwwwww. I will order this again but do regular sauce. read more

Papa Murphy's - two slices of pizza on a plate - Pizza Near Me - Thornton, Colorado

Every time I go to the Murphys on 104th and Colorado right around 7.45 P.M. Their computer is always down and they have to close early. I would'nt gripe but it has happened more than once. I suppose the employes just want to get out of there. They might make that clear on the front door that displays their hours. Typical poorly managed store. Feel sorry for the owner. read more

I just wrote a letter to management and the corporate office on this place. Of course, there are teens working there. But teens who curse at you and then hang up? I just wanted a pizza with thin crust!! Anyway, the girl who answered the phone giggling wasn't giggling anymore when my husband asked her name and the name of the manager. I loved this place, thin crusts, many kinds of special pizzas, fresh salads, cookie dough (what else does one need?). But I must say, I'll never go to this location, nor should you. read more

Five stars is a lot to live up to, and they did it yet again tonight. After having a lesser experience at another Papa Murphy's I was back here for my most recent pizza purchase. Since the other location had missed some key ingredients on my last order, I checked to make sure everything was in order before accepting my pies. I was told that they recently ran out of zucchini and without hesitation I was offered a free side for the omission. My 4-year old was delighted that she was able to talk me into the cookie dough. As always, the pizza was wonderful and the employees are empowered to do what it takes to make the service top-notch. read more

I was skeptical. There was nothing like this in Michigan, where I moved from. Someone telling me "you spend 10 dollars and they give you an uncooked pizza, you take it home and then YOU cook it yourself" didn't really compute. Don't you go to a restaurant for them to complete the cooking process for you? Isn't that the idea of going out to eat? Anyway, I was skeptical but pleasantly surprised. I had original crust with pepperoni and extra cheese and it was quite delicious. A lot of how tasty it is depends on how smooth you are at baking the pizza, but we managed to pull it off pretty well. The cheese was ample and the pepperoni were tasty. The sauce, which they could use a bit more of, seemed to have a little twinge of garlic in some bites. The crust rises like a mofo when you cook it, but its a little bland. Next time I'll throw some cheese on it, or at least some garlic powder and Parmesan. I'm still not completely sold on the concept. I can't imagine saying to the missus "let's go out to eat" and then going out, getting a pizza from papa murphy's, coming home, and then baking it ourselves. However, if one of us is out and about and is looking to grab something on the way home, it's definitely a once in awhile option that can feed a few people easily and cheaply. read more

Definitely love at 425 degrees! I've never had a bad experience at this place. Great prices, generous with toppings, and even on a busy Friday night, you'll be out of there quickly. Best of all, you can cook it at home. What's not to love about fresh baked pizza? read more

Excellent super thin crust. Love it. My new fave is the Herb Chicken Mediterranean deLITE®. Feta, spinach, chicken, garlic and sun dried tomatoes. This is really good. Grab one on your way home, pop in the oven for 15 min and you have hot pizza when your ready read more

Do yourself a favor and DO NOT get the pan pizza. Waste of money and will bubble all over the oven. Stick with chicago style. Glad we had a coupon, at least we werent out any money read more

My big experience!!!! Thank you crew at Papa Murphys. You were so very polite and explained so much. I'll order the xl pepperoni next time as well. Its an easy and quick process that came out tasty and great. What a clean preparation area. And so nice to have my door opened for me read more

Phone experience: Mary is new, she took my 'high maintenance' order and made it simple. Food: awesome ingredients, sun- dried tomatoes, spinach, feta, artichoke hearts (for a happy husband), zucchini, ...they know how to combine them too. Price: Tuesday $10 special, any size any pizza, we are there every Tuesday Special place. read more

This place is the best pizza . The staff is knowledgeable and quick and most all kind. I would recommend this to anyone who wants fresh pizza at home.. the prices are fair. Plus now and then they run a great discount. At one time I was depending on them every Tuesday because of their ten dollar Tuesday. Love it.. read more

I really like this concept, especially living here in Colorado. Bake the pizza at home and it's hot & fresh. The execution could use a little work. We ordered the pepperoni pizza and the chicken garlic pizza. I think they had potential, but were way too greasy for my liking. read more

I've always been pleased with this location. great pizzas, never too long of a wait, and everyone has been polite to me. I usually have some type of coupon to use (of course that keeps me coming back too), and once I happened to walk in after they had messed up another order that was similar to what I was ordering. they offered me that for a reduced price instead; definitely not going to turn down discounted, fresh pizza! read more

Best tasting pizza, always ready, amazing value and terrific service. Always--every single time for four years and running. I love this place when I am able to get the pizza myself! read more

I used to get great pizzas from this location years ago, since the change in management, the toppings are skimpy and the service is lousy. The location in Reunion makes such a superior version than this place, I only went here for convenience but it's the last time I'll do that. After a huge mistake a year ago, the manager told me that they would record my name so I could get a free pizza next time I came in. When I tried to get that pizza, the kid pulled out a grimy spiral notebook with scribbled names in it-I wasn't in that book so no pizza. What a joke!! Pick any other location than this one, it's awful!! read more

I have been going to this one for quite some time. In about the last month they have had problems galore. Last time I went and will be the last time I ever go the guy putting the sauce only covered about half the pizza with sauce and then threw on the cheese carelessly and I stopped them right there and said if that is how your going to make my pizza I will pass. This happened at least two more times recently too. There are teenagers working there that couldn't give a care less how they are doing. I gave them a chance to get it together and they didn't so I won't go back. Sorry to say I went to the one on 120th and washington and got nearly the same thing and a snotty kid making comments that would get him punched anywhere else. Little chance I will return to that one either. Prices really went up recently and quality has been going gradually down to now I can't even accept it on 10 dollar tuesdays. read more
