This place is absolutely horrible. Shame on them. And before you think twice about my review, this is after a course of two years and trying to order from them several times. We live less than 2 blocks away. This place should be a go-to spot for our family of 5 (plus however many neighborhood kids)! But it is clearly not and has proven it won't ever be without major changes to their management and operating hours. Every time we try to order within the hour of them closing-- they do NOT accept online orders and when you call they want to navigate you away from ordering... "you realize we close at 7"... "we don't have those specials anymore, the only thing we can do is (insert basic BS)"... "we don't do that special, check online for our updated menu" (which I quite literally had done prior to my call)... "we don't have those ingredients on hand"... "we can't do that order with only 30 mins left to close".... To me it comes down to costumer service and being willing to STAY open until 7pm. If you want to close early, then state that on your website and advertise it in the store, throughout the community, on the phone. Otherwise -- be OPEN the hours you state. To say this place is managed ineffectively over the years is an understatement. It is a disgrace. I've tried more times than I can count and to be disappointed continuously-- grrrrrr. This Papa Murphy's has been consistently good for the times we've picked up pizza from here. The ingredients seem fresh and the pizzas have been put together well. I would recommend them to others. read more

The kids were in there drowning. My on-line order pick up time was 4:37, a half hour after ordering. When I got there, two young teenagers were struggling to make pizza's one was being trained the order doing the testing was try to do his order at the same time. Don't know if any of the other three were a manager or not but didn't seem to care that there were about 50 tickets waiting to be made. The girl keep taking orders on the phone and the place was filling up with people waiting to get their orders that were late. Another kid in the back walking around not helping. I went and asked where in the picking order my order was at 5:00 and looked like about 5 tickets ahead of me. I got my order at 5:15. I think I was one of the lucky ones. If that was my store I would want to know, why I might be loosing business. Owner should have been there on a Tuesday night. read more

Been here many times over many months on different days. On Tuesdays whoever works there deliberately puts fewer ingredients on the pizza. Usually I'd give them a pass, but the not-my-problem attitude tonight really disappointed me. I picked up two pizzas right at their closing time, and noticed one pizza looked very different than the others I've had - heck, it even looked different than the other pizza I just picked up and was holding in my other hand. The woman's response, I quote: "Not much we can do, we're closed." She also tried to debate me that the ingredients are weighed to be the same, so they can clump together in the middle, and they have problems with that. There's just no way I can believe that one. What would have made me feel better: "Sorry, it's too late for us to do something about that, we have to close. Contact us when we open tomorrow." For what it's worth, the pizza tasted OK... was not as filling, but I managed to bake it for less time so it wouldn't burn. read more

Extremely slow and poor service. Waited a half hour for a single pizza. The team member did not understand any instructions and was working deliberately slow, leaving the other workers to do everything. Never have I waited so long for an uncooked pizza. read more

You kinda get what you pay for with this chain. Old reviews in place aren't really all that helpful, but it was pretty clean when I was there and no one looked entirely like a stoner. They do a great job. The people working currently as of Feb. 14th 2017 are awesome. Witnessed some picky women being condescending to a worker because she wanted " special ingredients " on the heart shaped pizza. The kid held his composure as she was gonna "watch him put the white sauce in making sure it was on the pizza" he did great and acted kind. This was around 6:30. Gloves are now worn by the staff and no one has coughed on our food recently BUT my wife went in there a week or so ago to place an order for pizza and cheese bread. Upon seeing no cheese bread in the cooler she inquired about the availability and was told they were out. When she arrived back to our car sans the cheese bread I called the store and placed an order and was told it would be ready in a minute. I asked the manager why he can make one up for me but not offer to do so for my wife when she placed her order. I was met with slack jawed silence and then told an excuse about the dough not being ready when she was in. Pretty dumb excuse being there was less than a 3 minute time lapse from the time my wife was told they 'were out' and my order but I didn't press the point. Expect slow service and a long wait. Lady was coughing all over and waited over 30 mon for half of my order. Great let down.

Bummed. Wanted a pizza entered store at 7:50pm & was told they were closed. I called earlier & was told they we're open till 8pm. Guess they didn't want my money. read more

I love it. The gourmet vegetarian pizza is paradise. The service is what you expect -- yeah, its just kids working but its Papa Murphy's -- a food chain -- not a private restaurant. If you order there, its cool to check out the nearby movie rental place to pass the time or call ahead. read more

We used to order from them at least 2 - 3 times a month, but alas never again. We've overlooked the not so clean conditions and poor customer service but after our last experience we just can't return. Too many choices in Stoughton to settle with this place. read more

While we don't go there very often, we have ALWAYS had very good service and very good pizza. Much better than a cardboard pizza from the grocery store and since you bake it yourself, its always hot! :) read more
