We had just arrived in Stoughton, and checked into our hotel. We wanted to grab something to eat…read moreand saw Milio's across the street. The parking is very convenient as it is located in a small strip mall between the Walmart and Tru by Hilton. We went inside and checked out the menu board above the counter. There was no one at the counter and it was a few minutes before someone came from the back. They proceeded to take orders. We let someone else go in front of us as we checked out the menu. We each made our choices and proceeded to the counter. I decided to get the American Favorite, smoked ham, provolone cheese and lettuce without tomato and Hellman's Mayo on a wheat roll. We waited until our orders were called, we picked them up and decided to sit inside and eat there. I was very surprised to see when I opened my sandwich. It was obviously not a wheat roll and the ham and cheese did not appear anything like I saw in the menu image. I will let you be the judge. I chalked it up as another experience and ate the sandwich. The rest of the group was satisfied with their meals but not impressed. Fortunate for us we will not likely be in the area again anytime soon. We should have stopped somewhere else.

No problems any time I have gotten pizza from here (ordered over the phone for pickup). It's always super solid and I think their thin crust is the best in town. Sauce is up there too (Yeti's sauce lowkey might be better but Spinners has the better crust and sauce/topping ratio imo). Not a place really to sit and eat, but it's a small town pizza place- what do you expect lol. I get the thin crust Skinny Veggie with red sauce and it's sooo good. Mac and cheese is also pretty good. I have always wanted to try the dessert pizzas (how fun?!) but haven't gotten the chance. Their signature pizza menu is huge and they've got pastas and other side items too. That's only because I grew up in the Chicago area where bad pizza is hard to find. Ever since Marsala's went out of business, "ok" pizza was the only choice we had. Well, I like Lucas. The sauce is good, they did finally get a good crust, although I don't think it is hand tossed, it's consistently cooked properly. The sauce and fresh ingredients is what makes a pizza. Proper proportions of toppings, fast service add to the experience. It's my choice every time I get to make the decision. Sometimes my wife likes to go somewhere else and that's the only time I deviate (keep the peace) There are occasions where the crust needs to be covered more to avoid too much dry crunch. I forgive this as good pizza is hard to find in Stoughton. I realize that everyone is accustomed to the food they grew up with and other places suit them just fine. But for a guy that grew up with some of the best pizza in the USA, Luca's is as close as you can get to my home.
