I said that and the girl came over and said SO...there are actually two orders for you. And I looked at her VERY quizzically. (as you might imagine!) I explained what happened and she said "I'm so sorry, that's actually the second time that's happened since yesterday so I need to make sure our owners know." I said "not sure why you're sorry, not your fault!" So she said "these are both VERY specific pizza orders I can't just resell it. Would it be fair if I charged you the higher dollar amount, and you can just take all 4?" I said "hold up. That's WAY more than fair. It's the literal Pizza Lottery." When I pointed it out, instead of simply fixing it, the response I got was irritation and attitude. Like I was the problem for asking them to correct their own mistake. That kind of interaction is unacceptable anywhere, especially in a place that markets itself as family-friendly. At this point, it's not a one-off, it's a pattern. When multiple visits consistently come with the same poor experience, it reflects a bigger issue with management and expectations. We enjoy bringing our kids here, but the ongoing lack of basic professionalism from the bar staff and the wait staff in the bowling alley, is seriously dragging down the experience. It shouldn't be this hard to get decent service. We all know it all starts at the top.

I settled on a Lasagne slice, a Prosciutto Panini and an additional one to go with my lunch box. Their side wall was adorned with pickled and jarred items as well as pastas the like. On the far wall had their beverages and my lunch box came with my choice of drink. I settled on some Italian orange soda. Not sure what it tastes like but I will tomorrow for my lunch. They also have panini press machines. The nice guy offered to toast my panini. I only have a microwave at work so using that will just turn my panini into a solid rock. Microwaves and bread don't do well with each other. Overall a neat experience indeed. I think on my next visit I'll bring my wife with me so that she can try other things. She has a better eye at finding great things to eat more than I do.

My order was through the Slice app. I ordered half Hawaiian/Meat (pepperoni, salami, sausage mushrooms). The dough was thin crust New York style. The sides were curled up which I found unique but the dough didn't hit it for me. I found the meat side a little salty. Maybe it was the sausage or salami. I also noticed that the mushrooms disintegrated and were barely noticeable. Some cheese looked like it wasn't melted properly. What I did find however fascinating was the ranch dressing that I requested on the side. It's really delicious. Tastes like homemade. There's no option on the app to select these sides for purchase so I requested in the special requests box and they gave me two of them. I should have requested thick crust but the app does not have this selection as well. Maybe giving them a call could have fixed that. I would probably recommend stopping by and eating in person next time instead of using the convenience of delivery which I paid a small fee on top of the tip as well.
