The service here has always been excellent. Home town feel and the atmosphere is fantastic. Casual relaxing family oriented and an excellent date day/night setting. Co-workers get together for lunch and they have the seating area to serve a group. The food is hot, fresh and delicious. Staff checks in on you to make sure everything is to your liking and keeps your drinks refilled. They have a busy to-go service as I've seen clients pickup orders. I eat here often for lunch and dinner and absolutely love it.

The new look is a modern feel with grey instead of the bright colors. You're either going to hate it or love it. I like the change and think it looks nice. They did take away the game machines. Which I'm sad they didn't fix or replace them but I'm sure those machines are costly. Either way, we'll continue to come eat here when we crave wings and pizza!

Meanwhile, another customer who walked in after me did have their online order show up correctly. To be fair, the staff was clearly overwhelmed, but they were sweet and doing their best in the middle of chaos. After another 30+ minutes of waiting, my pizza finally came out. As for the pizza itself: It was good..I'd give it a 6/10. I paid an extra $2 for jalapeños, but there were maybe three or four on the whole thing, and I could barely tell they were there. This place has a couple of tables to sit down and eat at just like at a typical NY pizza joint. Next time, I'll be trying the chicken roll and seeing if it's similar to the ones in Brooklyn. If you're looking for a traditional NY type place, this will be your best bet but the taste of the crust is completely different than back home, just keep that in mind. Still good though.
