I loved PAPA MURPHY, but now I'm lost for words. They closed my original store I. Germantown y I dont even know. So know I have to ride to MISSISSIPPI omg. Traffic is no joke going and coming . The food is always fresh no complaints on that. Service is always great but Dammit why you have to be so freaking far..come back to Memphis.

I was excited to try their pizza and $10 Tuesday seemed to be the perfect time. I was terribly disappointed. I got the all meat pizza and the chicken and garlic pizzas on a thin crust. When they say thin, they mean paper thin. The cooking directions said to remove from the tray to crisp the crust after it had baked for 10 minutes. The crust was too thin and fragile to get off the tray. The toppings were fresh and tasty but that crust..... it was soggy in the center. I tried eating it with a fork and finally just gave up. I cooked it exactly as the directions stated in a new high end oven. I definitely won't try their thin crust again. The service was great with friendly staff. The store was clean inviting looking.

Really good. Lots of toppings to choose from and they do not skimp. The stuffed pizza is insanely heavy. The crust is average.

Dear Rotolo's Team,…read more I wanted to take a moment to share an experience I had recently at your restaurant because I believe people who go above and beyond deserve to be recognized. During my visit, I had the pleasure of being served by Elyssia F., a young woman who is working as a waitress while attending college with the dream of becoming a psychiatrist. What really touched me is that she said, "her goal in life is to help others in everything that she does". Elyssia is working hard toward her future, and like many college students, she has concerns about money and the financial weight of pursuing her education. But despite that, she showed me what it looks like when someone refuses to let their circumstances determine the kind of person they are going to be. My meal actually arrived without any noodles in my pasta. But somehow, that mistake became one of the best parts of the experience. The manager personally came over and made sure my meal was corrected. The team didn't simply replace the dish--they went above and beyond and even created a flatbread for my pasta toppings so that nothing went to waste and I could still enjoy everything that came with my meal. And while all of that was happening, Elyssia used her compassion, humor, and personality to turn what could have easily been an irritating situation into something I genuinely enjoyed. Then she did something I wasn't expecting. She got the entire team to sing me Happy Birthday. At that point, it wasn't just about the food anymore. It was about the people. Every person I interacted with was warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. There was a sense of hospitality that felt different from simply being "good at customer service." It felt personal. It felt like the people there actually cared about making sure I had a great experience. I walked in expecting to have dinner. I walked out with a story I'm going to remember. And that's why I'm writing this. Elyssia deserves to be recognized. Here is a young woman working hard to put herself through college because she wants to spend her life helping other people. She is serving tables today while preparing herself for a career where she hopes to help people tomorrow. I would love to see Rotolo's consider whether there is a way to sponsor, contribute toward, or otherwise help with Elyssia's college tuition. I realize that may not be something a company can simply do for every employee. But sometimes you come across someone who makes you stop and think, "This is someone worth investing in." Elyssia made me feel welcomed, valued, and cared for on a day when she could have simply done her job and sent me on my way. Instead, she helped create an experience I'll remember. And I believe investing in her education could eventually allow her to do for countless other people what she did for me: make someone feel like they matter. Thank you to Elyssia, the manager, and the entire Rotolo's team for an incredible experience. The food was great. The service was exceptional. But most importantly, the people were unforgettable. Please recognize this team--and especially Elyssia--for what they are doing. Sometimes the greatest impact a company can make isn't measured by another sale. Sometimes it's measured by investing in a person who wants to spend her life investing in others. Thank you, Rotolo's, for an experience I'll genuinely remember.

We were excited to try this place out, but the food didn't quite meet our expectations, especially for the price. I got the bacon mac and cheese pie, it sounded nice til it got served to me in the same skillet they cooked it in. Not sure, if we should've asked for the plate, separately. My bacon was uncooked and there was so much grease in the bottom of the skillet. My husband had the chicken Alfredo and I tried a bite because he said it didn't taste right and it tasted like their Alfredo sauce might've been out of date or something, didn't taste like Alfredo at all. Tasted like we will have food poison, in a day or so Very let down and won't be back!

I could not believe my eyes when my salad came (see photos) it was huge. I got it with everything on it and it was delicious. When my spaghetti and garlic knots came steaming hot and smelled great. The garlic knots are so good and have the right balance of oil and seasoning. The spaghetti with the meatballs was equally as good and flavorful. A great meal and of course I've got more than enough to take home. I have found that it does reheat well from it aluminum containers. Take a look at the photos for the full view of my meal.

The pizzas are sizable but two young adult men can do a number on it. I wouldn't say come for the ambiance or for impeccable service. (Both are fine.) Come for the NY pizza.

When I got to the counter, I was told they never received my order in their system-even though the money had already been taken out of my account. I was also told they couldn't issue a refund since they had no record of it. The explanation kept circling back to their "new computer system." I chose to wait while they remade my pizza, but as I stood there, I watched multiple orders get delayed or completely derailed. One family, who was already seated when I arrived, waited over an hour and ended up leaving without ever receiving their food. Meanwhile, another customer who walked in after me did have their online order show up correctly. To be fair, the staff was clearly overwhelmed, but they were sweet and doing their best in the middle of chaos. After another 30+ minutes of waiting, my pizza finally came out. As for the pizza itself: It was good..I'd give it a 6/10. I paid an extra $2 for jalapeños, but there were maybe three or four on the whole thing, and I could barely tell they were there. Definitely not worth an hour and fifteen minute wait or nearly $30 for a small.

Their plain cheese, and their pepperoni is absolute perfection. Slices had no slop jalop, but I'd say it varies depending on if it's been sitting. The sauce, the cheese, it all came together. The pepperoni pie is just as incredible, loaded with pepperoni and made right. The crust? Oh yeah. It's got that signature NYC touch. Maybe it's the water? It tastes right. The real deal is how it holds up later, and this crust is just as good sitting on the counter just as it is piping hot fresh out of the oven. It doesn't turn into teeth shattering leather as I've had the pleasure of experiencing with other places. Super friendly folks behind the counter. Fast service, and easily my favorite pizza spot in town. Worth it every time.

This place has a couple of tables to sit down and eat at just like at a typical NY pizza joint. Next time, I'll be trying the chicken roll and seeing if it's similar to the ones in Brooklyn. If you're looking for a traditional NY type place, this will be your best bet but the taste of the crust is completely different than back home, just keep that in mind. Still good though.
