I was worried the food wouldn't be fresh since their closing time was 8:00. I'm glad I was wrong. The food was fresh and delicious and the buffet was replenished right up until closing time. I was impressed with the variety of food available- various pizzas, a well-stocked salad bar, fried chicken, multiple sides, pasta, dessert pizzas, and ice cream. The young man at the register was very friendly and made sure we knew what to do since it was our first visit. I'm sad we don't have a Pizza Ranch where we're from. I would definitely recommend Pizza Ranch, especially the one in Mitchell, S.D., to anyone.
