I have a long history of ordering from Papa Murphy's, although never from this location. The directions for baking the pizza is very clear and something, once again, I'm very familiar with. All this being said, I regret ever ordering from this location, specifically. The workers are rude to the point of being disrespectful. The pizza came out horribly, and the first thought might be "oh, you probably messed it up, idiot". Normally I'd agree that user might have been the cause, but 3 different pizza, cooked independently in the same oven, one after the other, all came out the same way. The trays seem to be defective, as every pizza burned and each tray was turning black. The temp on the oven was checked 4 times and it was correct every time. Outside of that there was literally no flavor to any of the pizza, and while I would tell myself "you didn't pay that much for this pizza, what did you expect?" I've come to expect the pizza to be at least edible at other locations. When I called to speak with a manager a worker named Lek became instantly hostile at the mention that the tray might be defective. She claimed to be the owner after I asked who the manager was, and said no manager was there but when I started to explain my complaint she instantly became the owner. I've never had someone become so hostile and rude at the mere mention that a product wasn't very good. This location will never receive my business again, and Papa Murphy's in general will probably lose my business after the way they handled this entire thing. Do yourself a favor and just stay clear of this train wreck of a place. Side note, calling the 1-800 number to find a district manager to talk to, the customer service agent became very hostile and would not work with us at all. I don't know what your problem is Papa Murphy's, but you lose. read more

I don't normally leave reviews, but Allyonna at Papa Murphy's absolutely deserves the spotlight. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and made me feel like a valued guest not just another order. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and quick without ever making me feel rushed. I had a few questions about crusts and toppings, and she answered everything like a total pro, offering thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. Her energy was upbeat and positive, and it honestly made the whole experience so much better. The pizza? Perfection as always. But the service? That's what made this visit memorable. Allyonna is a gem, and Papa Murphy's is lucky to have her. I'll definitely be coming back, and it's all thanks to the outstanding customer service I received today. So much for $10 Tuesday. We ordered two large pizzas and was charged $8 more than advertised. The manager has a really bad attitude and was arguing with me. It was very confusing when I asked for my refund for the over charging. I will not be going back again. read more

However, when I called recently to use my credits, the person who answered had no record of it and only offered five dollars off my next order.
